Wanted to buy a new vape, which was currently on sale for 1.-. The employee first said that the ID card wasn't mine, but then said that I couldn't buy this vape, for whatever reason, and should buy another one for 19.-. In my opinion, simply unacceptable.

As if that wasn't enough, instead of a beef burger, I got a burger that only tasted like lamb, all other flavors were missing. As an apology we were given a large drink, very generously (irony). I've never experienced such an outrage before. Ordered for the first and last time.
