Spitalstrasse 8, 3454 Sumiswald, SwitzerlandI visited Bieri Bakery - Patisserie for a coffee and croissants. The staff is friendly but the service wasn't perfect. When I wanted to order a croissant from the service, she said that I had to go and see for myself, it could be that there was no croissant left and I would have to take something else. So I went to look at the bakery counter and decided on a sandwich. I would understand if the counter was far away and I might have to go up stairs, but for me it was just an excuse... The ambience is rather boring and not particularly nice but it's just ok. The sandwich was good.
