Good food, nice environment and service.

Tastes good, but small portions for this price.

Waiter, very helpful and friendly, very tasty food, a pleasant and warm atmosphere, I highly recommend it. I will definitely come again.

We used to come here, liked the place and meals. But that ends. There has been apparently a change in staff, and some new members won't look close to the meals or cuisine. When ordering, needed to explain several times what I wanted, already suspicious. Asked for an extra fried rice, and got this plain rice full of oil, small, for 16 francs. Received no receipt. Sad, we really liked the place.

The spoons are too flat. The food was excellent but difficult to eat because of the flat spoons. Otherwise a great experience!

A really good and above all authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Anyone who claims otherwise was still in Vietnam. Bo La Lot is highly recommended and the coffee is excellent too

This restaurant is one of our favorite in Zurich. We ordered by delivery few times and always so good. Hope we can eat there soon. Heo Quay Banh Hoi and Bola Lot Banh Hoi are our favorite. We order by Uber some time. Some time the foods are perfect, some time it is not so fresh and noodle and rice are too hard and we are disappointed. But still we like this restaurant and keep repeating. So, we are happy if the foods are always perfectly good.

Food was good without being extraordinary, gyozas not worth it but fried duck was tasty.

Went here for a work lunch, staff assured me they could make my dish vegan but halfway through eating I realized they had added egg.

staff needs more training. we taught them how to use a new paying method that they have been accepting for 3 months. when they asked for our user and password it sounded very fishy and we are not pescatarians.. food was okay, but nothing out of this world. pad thai was very blend. pork belly was served cold.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and offers various Asian dishes. During our visit a few months ago, we were served by several waitresses, although we noticed major differences in the service. Although the food was beautifully prepared, the taste had little to do with Asian cuisine. The feedback was received somewhat surprisingly when people asked about the food. Overall, it wasn't bad by any means, but there's no need to repeat it at the moment.

Very friendly staff and authentic Vietnamese food. Very easy to come by train. I love the Phở the most.

The food was ok and the portions were sufficient. However, it didn't knock my socks off. The service only spoke English and somehow I had the feeling they were unsafe. Good value for money and if you're nearby, it's a good place to stop off.

While the starter food was actually very good, I was served shrimp for the main course that was rubbery and gnarly. My personal assessment: cooked at least 2 days ago. When I asked the service staff, who only spoke English, about the disgusting shrimp, the previously very acceptable English was suddenly too bad to understand my feedback (I speak fluently myself). The waiter immediately withdrew with Thank you, Thank you. Like I praised the food. I found the way I was treated as a customer to be even worse than the culinary faux pas.

Food is okay (though nothing special), but it gave me a bad diarrhoea.

We walked in for late dinner at 22:00 and they still took us in. The service was amazing. The food was tasty, well portioned, and decently priced. We had traditional viet noodles that not all places served. Was missing a few things but overall a positive experience. Will visit again.

Had Pad Thai with beef, and loved it. All the meals on the table look amazing and were thoroughly enjoyed by all. Would done there again and recommend to friends exploring the area.

Tasty. Food came out quick and hot. Pad Thai was a bit on the sweet side but still good. Tofu was nicely prepared. Convenient, with great hours. Excellent service! Good value. 4.5, but that option is not available.

Nice place, well soundproofed despite the immediate proximity to the train. Friendly and smiling waiters. However, the dish ordered was not up to par at all, I didn't like the fris noodles (it looked like they were not cooked). On the other hand, peanuts are good

They claim authentic Vietnamese but i strongly disagree..i ordered starters and main course so much Sugar or Sweetener in the food..i have been eating asian food everywhere but this doesnt deserve to have good rating as 4.5. Also so much mint leaves in the salat.. Never seen in any Asian restaurant may be i need to go Vietnam to check if they do so...

A chic vietnamese restaurant in Zurich. Much awaited and probably the only one so far. Food is served fresh and hot. Very satisfied with our meal. Must have the seared fish with salad! And the japanese rice cake!

We ordered roasted beef and pork belly. I think this is one of the best asian restaurants.

The restaurant is on the giesshubel train station and is part of vision apartments. The menu is small but has some unique options and some pretty standard one. The Vietnamese coffee was a nice touch

Me and my friend had a really nice ladies evening at La Lup. The waiter took time for us to explain the menu and considered our special requests (vegan, no pork). The food was delicious and the portions good. The Ambience was classy and comfy

The Italian waiter spoke to us in English and French. The food was good, we enjoyed our ordered dishes. Too bad one of the desserts ordered was no longer available.

Walked by this restaurant on my way to Sihlcity and feel lucky to have stopped. The reviews don’t mislead: the service and food quality are both very good. I had the red curry 🍛 and while it was mildly spicy 🌶️ (mentioned on the menu) it had a great flavor. Great spot!

"Bun bo Hue" is very good, as in Việt Nam, and the restaurant is open non-stop from 11am to late evening

Not the best but very good, especially that I think my palette isnt suited for the Swiss taste. Its near my hotel so this is a really good way for me to enjoy what I am eating.

Great service, fresh ingredients and delicious food :) we had Tom Yum Soup, Pho, Summer Roll and the Pad Thai here and recommend all four dishes.

After saying we are vegetarian, they put egg. Don't understand how egg is vegetarian.

I was there yesterday with two of my friends and felt super welcomed in the place. The service was really nice and we were helped to choose the best dishes - which were good portions and incredibly tasty. One of the best Pad Thais I had in Zurich. We will definitely be back!
