Really nice coffee with super delicious food and cake. Great staff and atmosphere is cozy. It is definitely one of the nicest coffees I have visited in Switzerland. So warmest recommendation.

We came here because the website had great offers like acai bowl, scrambled tofu etc. When we arrived, we found that the menu had been greatly reduced and there were hardly any vegan alternatives left. The staff was very unfriendly and told us that the website was not correct at all and that we shouldn't look there. Huh?! Then please update your menus on the website if everything is wrong. What kind of statement is that supposed to be? Very disappointing.

Came here because of the menu advertised online and the vegan options. When we wanted to order on site, we were rudely told that everything online was wrong and that these menus were not on offer. A much smaller selection awaited us on site with hardly any vegan options. It's a shame... then maybe you should adapt your website instead of advertising with menus that you don't have.

After a hike we longed for a coffee with something sweet. We found that here and were very satisfied. The original ambience conveyed a casual atmosphere, a mix of liveliness and cosiness. We felt very comfortable there, even with tired legs. The icing on the cake would have been to get a friendly smile from the staff…

The Focaccia Vegetable Salad was fantastic!! The selection of food is very large, but also expensive.

Very pricey, but the coffee and pastries were certainly not worth the money. The atmosphere is very nice though.

Was there yesterday and today. Food very tasty. Service was at times... Not very friendly. I ordered a flatwhite yesterday. When it arrived it was none for my opinion. I then asked whether this was the correct order. The waiter was a little annoyed and dug out the piece of paper and said that I had ordered a medium flat white (I ordered a classic one - well that can happen.) He said he could make another one, I said no, okay, I'll try that one . I got a large, watery, not very good coffee with far too much foam. I then went to the counter and asked if I could get a cortado instead. The barista (same waiter) was annoyed and wanted to lecture me. He assured me that I had gotten a flatwhite, but my coffee had nothing to do with his definition. The cortado was ok. What bothered me the most was the barista's instructive manner. I work in the same field and try to be courteous to my customers and not lecturing. Ordered a cortado again today and got a coffee in a taller glass (not yesterday in a cup). Kl. tip Vlt. Try teaching the barista the definitions of coffee drinks (ratio me / espresso / largest of the cups) and do a training course for customer contact. I'm pretty sure I won't be coming back. It's a shame. Food and location were very good/nice

There were empty dishes on almost every table that hadn't been cleared away while the staff snacked and chatted behind the counter. After the foam was gone, my warm Ovi was still almost half full of milk. Too bad for the price

Amazing food, cozy atmosphere and relatively close to Bolgen. The price is not cheap but the quality and portions make up for that every time. Great for kids too with a dedicated play room

Excellent coffee! The chef creates fantastic dishes, even the simple bacon & eggs are works of food-art.

Cool coffee, lots of choice from pastries to pasta, pizza etc. The prices are a little higher, but the quality is good.

First had a tomato soup which tasted quite good. The herb bread was quite hard, so definitely not fresh and probably from the day before. Also the coockie was hard and not fresh. Very unfortunate.

Soup was good, salad too, coffee a bit bitter. Condition warm overall 5 stars, especially a very nice atmosphere.

Great place to spend a lazy afternoon or the apres-ski

Long queues to order at the bar. When you finally get to ordering you have to know the table number, understandable but this should be communicated in the queue. Or hang a table plan at the checkout. Cake and selection top.

Absolutely lovely place. The coffee is the best in town. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. It's a little pricey, but you get a lot in return.

Kaffee Klatsch, I have always been a big fan of yours and have always recommended you to others. The quality has deteriorated a bit over the years (greasy preparation, etc.), but today was really the pinnacle. As I often do, I ordered a Caesar salad. I got a bitter packet salad (not lettuce like I used to) and an Italian ready-made salad sauce like I would get in any apres ski or kebab shop. No bread or butter with it. I'll get dessert somewhere else now.

Nice place, great coffee. I can recommend their apple cinnamon roll. Friendly staff who leave you alone to enjoy your food and drinks. No bussing tables as long as you're there either. Order at the counter.

Overrated. Great atmosphere (comfortable outdoor area), but very expensive and mediocre food. If you order Flat White you get a bowl for CHF 6.50...

A good coffee with a beautiful garden and a large selection of various little things. I ate a wonderful apple/cinnamon cake that I can only recommend.

I've been to the Kaffee Klatsch several times now. They have a large selection of “Ceasar” salads (also vegetarian options with e.g. organic tofu). The salad today had a lot of bitter varieties in it, it's a matter of taste 😉 My friend had the perch nuts, they were really great. Very crispy and a flavorful tartar sauce. The pizzas have always been good so far, burgers too ☺️ The tarts are also good and the amaretti (especially the ones with vanilla instead of chocolate). Unfortunately, the coffee has always been bitter (coffee, cappuccino), as if the piston had not been cleaned of old coffee often enough, and the milk seems to have been heated for too long. Admittedly, we are spoiled with the good machine at home 😅 The homemade iced teas, on the other hand, have always been refreshing and delicious. The fact that you now have to fetch the bread with the salad yourself instead of having it brought to you has its advantages and disadvantages. The foccaccia bread and foccaccia rolls are really good!

I was there on a Sunday morning. A lot of activity and a corresponding hectic pace among the staff. What's annoying is that you have to pay at a cash register. But the restaurant is well worth seeing! 👍

Beautiful place, modern and traditional successfully combined. The offering is also extensive. If the offer now matches the price or the price matches the offer, then you get the full number of stars. But at the moment, in my opinion, the price/performance is not adequate.

We made a written reservation for the Sunday brunch buffet and this was confirmed to us. We traveled to Davos specifically to find out that there was no buffet this Sunday. Unfortunately that doesn't work at all!

The Kaffe Klatsch is a long-standing tradition in our family. To fully enjoy this, I recommend going for a snack. It can get very busy, but it usually seats up to 8 people.

Knew it at the old location. Was great. New is not necessarily better. Fortunately, the quality of the goods has remained the same.

Great cafe bistro we wine menu and some Swedish heritage. Well located and Swiss clean. Larger than the original Klatsch at Promenade.

I had the Swiss Burger. Was quite delicious, with lots of fries and sauerkraut on the side. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had nice lunch. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Cool selection of sweets. They do a nice Chai Latte tea. We had Nippon Burger with Teriyaki sauce (this one is rather on the sweet side), Kaffee Klatsch Pasta were ok, Cesar salads were nice.

We came here after a hike and spontaneously ordered delicious dishes for an early dinner. The seats outside under a parasol are very comfortable and thanks to the greenery, trees and some lawn, you hardly notice that you are right next to the promenade. It also looks stylish inside. Reserve a table, note the table number and then order inside at the counter. The food is delivered. Crispy fish with salad, a burger with baked vegetables and a salad plate with chicken fillets were all very tasty and the freshly prepared iced teas in various fruity flavors were refreshing. Maybe a little too much salad dressing. - Recommended.

A bit disappointing, no proper greeting, slightly dingy seating, thin espresso, exorbitant prices, a good name is in the process of being damaged, it's a shame.

This week I was twice at the Klatsch and informed on allergies. Both times I received my food with the stuff I asked not to add. They did take it back both times and served the plate correctly the second time. Taste is good hearty food just wished for a bit more attention to allergies.

I was irritated when we paid 13chf for two cappuccinos. Unfortunately, the taste of the coffee wasn't worth the horrendous price either. In our opinion, rather mediocre. We are used to high prices for good coffee (city of Zurich) and we often deal with coffee and baristas. However, we find this disproportionate here.

Cozy café, fantastically good vegan cake, but unfortunately it was only in the range on the third attempt. I would be happy if vegan cakes were available more often in the future! Otherwise, always worth a visit :)

Local with a unique ambience, Swiss country house style meets shabby chic, with miscellaneous crockery from former restaurants in the area. But CHF 6.50 for a cappucino is too expensive, especially if you have to order and pay for it self-service style at the counter. Depending on how busy you are, you'll have to wait in line for 5 minutes before you can order.

We have been going to this cafe for many years. The quality of the food has gone down a lot lately. And the coffee is just disgusting. Slops. We told the kellner about this, abd he were answered that they know about the poor quality. Very nice((

For these prices it should be cleaner... Spaghetti and ??? on the bench and on the floor and despite a note (I'll clean it up soon) nothing happens Chai latte and korvapuuusti excellent 👍

Excellent coffeehouse with nice menu and good food in the middle of Davos. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere with beautiful light and many seating options. Pizza and burger both delicious. Wifi could be easier to access—but then I’d be there all day!

Unfortunately it's not a feel-good atmosphere, just a stressful hectic atmosphere. You have to wait in line for a long time before you can order something. Far too few staff, I recommend adapting the operating system, for example via an app with Yoordi. The food and drinks were expensive but good.

A good flat white and the cinnamon rolls were top-notch. The breakfast buffet also looked impressive, although we didn't have time to warrant the buffet.

A special restaurant, no chair or table is the same. You have to order and pay at the counter and then the food and drink will be brought to you.

The quality of the food is great... the coffee ☕️ is very good 👍🏻... the staff is very friendly 🥳 when the restaurant is full it can get a bit chaotic. Personally I don't think it's a bad thing, on the contrary it adds to the atmosphere!

The right meal for any time of day. Delicious. There is a delicious brunch on Sundays. Mostly in Portuguese hands. A bit annoying that you have to go back to the front and pay directly for every coffee.

The Kaffeeklatsch takes place twice in Davos. I really like the furnishing style of the restaurant, which basically creates a good atmosphere. However, due to the many families with children, it is very noisy and anything but comfortable here. I also didn't think the cakes I ordered were anything special and didn't know why the high prices were justified. In addition, the service staff was sometimes a bit confused, which made ordering the food a bit complicated. I would recommend this for families with children as it also has a special play area, for everyone else there are better places in Davos.

The cake is delicious, the coffee can't quite keep up. Unfortunately, the staff was quite unfriendly and seemed very annoyed when taking the order.

Great gastronomy. But I would integrate the menus on the tables. Guest sits down....looks for something from the menu....orders at the counter.... Chalkboard was a bit confusing. But still great gastronomy. I'm also a restaurateur...and this is just my feeling.

Looking for a place to pass your time in Davos when the weather is not letting you stay out? Do you want to have just a coffee and read? This is the place! Very nice and cozy, with a good offer on food, drinks and desserts. We went with the family to have some relaxing time while raining... It was great: babyccino, Heidi coffee and white wine! All in one place, with great sitting for reading!

The terrace is cozy and quite quiet, even if there is a street next to it. Our food was very well prepared, there was enough and it was beautifully presented on the plate. Only recommended.

Really nice place, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, brunch options. It is a café, but it has a lot to offer. Dog-friendly place as well (e.g. They have water for our 4-legged friends). Inside, outside are both good to sit down. The place is usually full of people, but one can find a table without reservation, unless in peak hours, when it is really full. Close to everything, easy to find. The place is clean, restrooms included. Can only recommend!

Fabulous place situated at the end of Promenade amazing food would highly recommend easy access limited parking tho toilets very clean and large with baby changing facilities not accessible for wheelchair (toilets).
