I'm from Germany and the food was the most expensive I've ever eaten. ...but the enjoyment, the wine, the ambience, the friendly staff, who all knew their way around the wines and recommended the right one for us... GRANDIOS. There was enough herb butter 😊 I won't forget the evening... (not just because of the fire alarm)

We ate the Entrecote cooked by ourselves in the lamp very good. We asked for and received a supplement of vegetables! Great local service very small mah nice.

We were here for lunch. Even though we were a little late, we were served in a very friendly and attentive manner. The food is great and the atmosphere invites you to stay. I will gladly come again.

Great restaurant with a beautiful garden terrace. We wanted to go to the tram depot first, but it was full. So we spontaneously ended up in the Klösterli. Everything was perfect, we would love to come back. We particularly liked the beer brewed especially for this restaurant.

Beautiful area. Perfectly restored old interior. Wonderful terrace. The service is relaxed but attentive. Children receive a box of pencils to color the drawings provided with. The food was very good. The vegetarian dish was very good but a little disgusting at the end (tastes too similar in our opinion). On the other hand, the children’s minced pork was excellent! Really very very good! The wines were also very good. So yes, 5 stars in the end.

Great address. The dishes are sophisticated and tasty and the staff is very attentive (special mention to the waiter who made the effort to speak to us in French). Vegetarian option possible, I highly recommend!

On a nice day, I went to this store because the parking payment machine only accepts coins, but they don't change coins. Haha (If you go up the stairs, there is a souvenir shop, you can exchange money there) Anyway, it wasn't the store I planned to go to, but the latte tasted really good, the cheesecake taste was okay, and the plating was done with great care. Prices are Swiss prices. (Cheesecake 13 + Latte 7 = 20CHF = approximately 30,000 won) The service was friendly and the bathroom was clean, so I leave 5 stars as a good memory.

Yesterday we simply celebrated life...and we were pampered (as usual here)!...from the aperitif to the grappa...everything was great. Greetings from the kitchen, starter, main course, dessert, wine, grappa and coffee 10 out of 10 points... ahhhhh and our absolutely likeable, attentive and friendly waiter, 100 out of 100 points... gladly again and again.

Very nice restaurant, with original dishes. We had a salad of excellent pickles and toasted nuts and a board of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by a spicy couli that divinely enhanced the flavors; Excellent Berner Alpkäse, the typical cheese of Bern. As a main course, the "Klösterli coffee" entrecôte to make the meat yourself on a platter on a very fine herb butter; different, delicious, but the meat not very tender. The desserts were excellent, especially the lemon ice cream to which you added a delicious herbal liqueur that gave it a super special touch. Very good wines and pleasant and willing staff.

I had the pleasure of dining at this amazing restaurant and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The amazing tartare was a burst of flavors that danced on my palate, while the goat cheese mousse added a creamy and tangy twist that was simply divine. The star of the show, the Vosne Romanée Cuvée Quatrain red wine, was a perfect companion, enhancing every bite with its rich notes and velvety texture. A culinary masterpiece paired with a wine that elevates the dining experience to new heights. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Perfect as a couple or family Top service

We drank two nice wines here. The waitress was very friendly and gave us two little karafs with wine, so we could share and taste the two different wines we ordered. We really enjoyed our drinks!

Rarely have such creative and high-quality cooking been served. What the kitchen does in such a small space is phenomenal. This conviction was also felt by the service staff, who presented the wonderful creations with unmistakable joy.

A small restaurant which offers a small seasonal menu that is always on point. The entrecôte is a classic, better to try it here than at the Café Federal. The three-course menu is elegant and delicious, offering classics brilliantly revisited. Attentive service and very warm atmosphere, especially on the mezzanine. We understand why it is difficult to get a table there without booking in advance.

Very nice place, pleasant service 😉 We only took things to drink and unfortunately the teas and drinks with fruit essences were very bland, too much water and really not very tasty.. A shame..

The food and service is perfect. The time restriction on Saturday evening is very inconvenient. At the end, pushing to clear the table is a shame and doesn't round off what was actually a lovely evening.

Wonderful, historic restaurant, tastefully renovated, loving menu with wonderful meat and vegetarian menus. Rather in the upper price segment, but this can be easily justified by the quality of the performance. Tram depot beer - would be a plus in itself. The 2.5dl Herrgöttli (incorrectly advertised as a "Stange" - and sold at this price...) without an alternative (4dl or Grosses) are a saumode that does not belong in a business that is located in a brewery.

Had a great dinner at Klosterli Weincafe. Food was innovative and well executed, and the service was very friendly. In particular, the tomato soup was creative with complementary flavors and textures. The chicken dish was also a standout. The sausage was delicious and clearly homemade. The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor terrace and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance. For those visiting Bern, this is one of the few restaurants in the city open on Sundays, so highly recommend making a reservation to come here.

A reservation for the outdoor area was skillfully ignored. In addition, we were informed about 5 times within the first half hour that our length of stay was limited.

I'm so fluctuating in my assessment. The extremely friendly and really attentive staff is positive. The quality of the food was also good, although the side dishes would have needed a little more time in the pan. As for the starters, the soup was fine and the salad was boringly green. The negatives, however, are that the prices are too high and there is no menu/business lunch on the menu. So with a starter, dessert and a drink you'll be off for 80 CHF.

Close to the bear pit we accidentally stumbled upon these small weincafes. Friendly and helpful staff, good quality and preparation of the dishes, excellent beer on tap and also the tasting offer of wine both in decline and in bottles. It is certainly worth a visit given the average standard offered in Bern. Tried both at midday and in the evening.

Everything was very nice here. Stumbled upon it and they took us even without a reservation. It has a great ambiance. The food was wonderful. The menus came in English as well as German. Felix, our server, took very good care of us. Would recommend to anyone.

It would definitely be good in terms of quality. But service was way too slow (only one waitress). Wait 20 minutes for a drink and then another 10 minutes to pay. Disappointing given the high prices.

Poor service, very unfriendly and very dissapointing. If you feel not welcome to be a guest, just not a good experience. I asked if I could have a salad as main course- she did not seem to like that idea and what I got was only green leafes and few pumpkin seeds- the most boring salad I ever have eaten. I ordered vegetables in order not to go home hungry and the answer of the waitress: "aber das kostet extra". No comment.
