Great location for smaller concerts.

Cool concert location... every now and then you would have to tell the serving team that if there are two people at the bar and both take care of the tap and the payment, it would probably be more efficient if one just taps and the other takes care of the remaining cold drinks and the cash flow takes care.

DragonForce, Amaranthe and Infected Rain. Not a concert venue! Infected Rain was awesome, but Complex 457 is disappointing.

great room and great atmosphere, a very, very good Mother Mother concert that I won’t forget!

I've been to the complex several times. The location is ok, functional, industrial, black. Won't win any beauty awards. Room layout very good. There are several ways to access all areas. I find the small gradation of the hall positive, which allows even smaller people to have a good view of the stage. Unfortunately, the balcony or upper floor is designed in such a way that you can only see anything if you stand in the first row directly at the railing. However, the balcony often remains closed one way or another. Fumoir with ventilation that is a little too small, no covered outdoor area. Bar offering good, catering (food) consists of some standard snacks and fast food products. Burgers, fries, that sort of thing. Catering often remains closed and only the bars are open (although there are several of them, well spread out). The sound system or acoustics are still poor, it is sometimes difficult to hear something and if you don't know every song of a band by heart - or even if you do - a lot of imagination is required to hear something.

Excellent concert from Infected Rain, Amaranthe and Dragonforce. Several bars and well-marked WCs. Close to Coop Pronto and Mcdonald for a post-concert snack if nothing consumed on site.

The toilet was already very dirty at the start of the concert, as were the urinals. After the concert: Men's toilet flooded, approx. 1 cm of standing water on the floor, floor in front of the cloakroom also wet and sticky. Prices very expensive - for 1 Redbull CHF 8.00!!! The bar operation was very slow: 1 person always serves 1 person and so has to go to the tap for every order, back to the customer, then to the cash register, then back to the customer to collect the money. The mixing of the sound wasn't really great, and there were several partial failures of the sound system during the concert. A location that I unfortunately can no longer take into account.

The location itself would be good but the sound is always subterranean. This ruins the entire concert. The inherently good infrastructure is of no use. It's a shame... I was really looking forward to Silent Planet and Polaris but lip reading at the concert is uncool.

Far too many people for the size of the place to properly enjoy the concert. Poorly adjusted sound and no air conditioning.

Dragonforce, Amaranthe. A star for the nice bouncers and employees. Unfortunately I have to agree with all the bad reviews on all other points. Really bad sound. Cold chicken nuggets. Clearly too many tickets sold. Drinks very expensive. This was our third time there and the sound was really bad every time. Wardrobe disaster. We're not coming anymore. Too bad about the money. It's a shame for the bands when people run away at the beginning or middle of the concert. If you want to have a nice evening, don't buy a ticket for this location.

Not a concert venue! Repeatedly extremely disappointing. Despite high-quality acts, an underground experience, "disappointing" doesn't have enough negative connotations to describe it.

Great location and the prices are okay.

We can highly recommend Complex 457 because of its staff. On March 4th we were lucky enough to see Zara Larsson and were pleasantly surprised by the entire team. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Despite the large crowds and the long wait for entry, the team managed to make the entire process very efficient while maintaining calm among the excited fans. We would like to thank Kami for being so accommodating throughout the evening.

Positive: Very good location. Parking options perfect. Options for retreat if it gets too loud. Absolutely fair price, concert as well as food. Large wardrobe Negative: Waiting area not covered. The hall was relatively cold. Too few toilets, especially for women. Anytime again, thanks to the great organization and the friendly security.

40 minutes for a hamburger with 14 people waiting...and 5 staff!! Seems like a state machine to me because 10.00 francs for something like that and 8.00 for a cup of beer is out of proportion. You can't get any laurels for Battle Beast's performance. They had fun in the entertainment and were just great...

Completely overbooked the last time we were there. People had to stand in the doorways and so on... The sound mixing was also suboptimal. I dont think their system is planned out for the whole accessible room.

Were poorly mixed at Masego's opening act. The wardrobe is really not well organized. You pay 6 CHF to queue for half an hour before and after the show. It would be nice if you could do something about it.

Was at 'The Amity Affliction' concert. The toilet and cloakroom are clear, sufficiently large and clean. Two bars, expensive, but that's normal 😄 Can go out at any time, staff absolutely great. Beautiful and large location.

Would be a nice location, but the cloakroom doesn't work AT ALL!!! You stand in line for an eternity to be told that you have to go over to the other part of the wardrobe, WHICH IS ASSEMBLED!!!! If you want to divide it up then inform your customers, you idiots

Unfortunately, this was the second time that I left an event in the complex early. The sound quality was very poor in both cases. Despite our attempts to move to a better place, the singing could not be heard at all. The drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are overpriced. It's a shame, because both the location and the parking options would be great.

Unfortunately, more tickets are sold than can be properly provided musically. The prices are a bit “sporty” for the playback and space comfort provided The parking conditions are great for the journey, hence the one star.

The slightly stronger bouncer with the beard was the biggest Huan I've met in years. When we arrived, he first reached into my jacket pocket without asking. When I pointed out to him that he wasn't legally allowed to do that, he didn't want to let me in anymore. Please dismiss immediately. It was also really loud in the hall.

Bouncer doesn't even listen to how you have to get out and is very hostile. There is nothing to eat down in the club and you are not allowed to go out to get something from the gas station next door.

I was at the Milano concert, a girl was causing problems the whole time, I went to tell security and the jokers didn't do anything because they got along with them. I found it very disrespectful. I won't be coming back!

We were at Cian Ducrot's on November 2nd, 2023, the acoustics for this musical setting were really good, the drinks prices were unfortunately disproportionately high and afterwards there was a waiting time of over 30 minutes at the cloakroom

Good concert hall. Drinks are very expensive: 8.- for 4dl of beer. Otherwise good music quality and reasonable ticket prices. Parking next door in Letzipark is good and cheap!

Very cool place for a concert. Cozy atmosphere that is not passed on to security. Very aggressive, even though there is no danger to anything... E.g. when queuing in a row of two...

It was a great industrial/metal concert! The service at the bar was super friendly and very nice! The only annoyance was at the entrance check. I understand that you can't take food and drink inside... BUT my colleague, who I hadn't seen for a long time, had to give away the expensive Läderach chocolate that was wrapped as a gift that I had given her... it was then thrown away and we We didn't even have the opportunity to look for it in the box when the concert was over and take it back with us. We weren't even allowed to take it with us and leave it at the cloakroom like the bags. What a shame!

Actually the location would be good. I attended a concert there. Marc Amacher support and Jared James Nichols...they were both great. Unfortunately it was way too loud...very poorly tuned! Very unfortunate

Good music venue, see lots of bands there over the years

We were at the hives and it was just great. The store is ideal for a rock concert.

Went to the Montez concert last weekend. Top artist and top band. Well, that was all. Directly next to one bar, a female person had a medical problem, the bar employee just said: "It's not my job, we have a medical post at the stage for that. It's none of my business." Furthermore, Montez himself had to arrange for the location to be ventilated because incredible heat had built up. He also asked for water for everyone. In my opinion, this shows the incompetence of this location, as an artist has to work to ensure that certain cogs start turning in the background. Once and never again.

Totally overcrowded concert, way too hot so many people fell over. If the artist himself has to make an announcement about how to act in such a situation, then this shows a great deal of incompetence. Unfriendly employees who were not interested in anything. Once and never again!

Too many people in little space, my wife had beer thrown at her by people pushing through the crowd, never again a "standing concert" like this!

Cool concert, well organized team but extremely poor ventilation. The air quality is stuffy and really warm.

Dead South in Complex 457 was pure horror and makes me doubt whether it was even legal with what felt like 10 cm2 of space per person. Stuffy air, lousy sound quality and hardly any possibility of being able to move at all with this crowd only makes me come to the conclusion: " Complex457 never again ". It's a shame, as the restaurant is otherwise very easy to reach, both by public transport and car.

“Dead South Concert” The hall was completely packed and I would say significantly overbooked. It was just hard to bear. Those who avoided the last third of the hall were rewarded with catastrophic sound, unbearable air and heat. Like some others, we left the hall after 4 songs. It's a shame, because the band - in a suitable location - can play sensationally. Complex 457 - NEVER AGAIN!

I have tried to follow the concert of Death South. The experience was miserable. I left after few songs. The organizers squeezed way too many people into the hall so some followed the concert in corridors. It was hot as hell. I certainly will not visit this location again.

To be honest, we found it a bit understaffed to have 1 lady at the bar at a sold-out concert during the week... and we also found it far too crowded...

Location is visually great. You can see the stage clearly from many corners. Unfortunately, poor ventilation. We stood further back. It was incredibly hot and it was very difficult to breathe. In addition, we had to wait in line for a long time to get something to drink. Very slow service.

The worst place I've experienced for a concert. 1) The heat was unbearable (and it was a rather cold day outside!). 2) The place is too small for the number of people that were there. It was packed everywhere even on the sides where you couldn't see much. 3) The sound was very bad from the side/back. We managed to move a bit towards the center of the room and it was better.

Small restaurant with good infrastructure. The heat and air quality at the Dead South concert was miserable. The sound quality and view of the stage were below average. Although we are used to a lot of things and regularly go to small concerts, like many other visitors, we left the restaurant early.

The single-most horrible concert venue I've ever experienced. Way too many people, way too little climate control. It was insanely hot. People were choosing to walk out instead of pass out. This place is a hazard and I hope there's never a need for the crowds packed into the concert hall to evacuate in an emergency. A regional website states the maximum capacity for the space is 500. The concert I attended was likely double that number (or more). I'll never step foot in Komplex 457 again.

I had so much fun going to The Dead South concert. It also took too long from the opening band to the main band. THE acoustics were so miserable that all you could hear was the bass at the back where you go up to the stairs. You couldn't hear the band's great instruments at all. Too bad. We left AGAIN after the first song. I don't think the place is made for this kind of music. More for metal and stuff. Really really disappointing. The air was very stuffy and hot. IF YOU EVER PLAY ABROAD GERMANY OR SO I'LL GO THERE.

The most odd place for gigs that I've ever been to. Small and narrow and very hot on the gallery floor. However it's pretty good acoustic so it's more suitable for listening than watching!

We went to the Ava Max concert and I felt very comfortable. As a rather introverted person who tends to avoid large gatherings of people in small spaces, I have to say that there is nothing wrong with the complex. Entry and security checks were quick, friendly and thorough. In the complex itself you can stand down in front of the stage, or look at the gallery and over the railing from above. Another big plus is that there are a lot of drink serving points and toilets (~5), even though the complex is quite small (just over 1000 people can fit in). Service staff was very friendly.

The security officers at the Ava Max concert on May 13, 2023 in the gallery were sometimes questionable... first the front area is cordoned off, only wheelchair users + their companions have access (absolutely fair). After a while, employees literally gathered up crowds of children (small to large) and placed them there for a better view, which was okay in itself. However, it said "1 adult per child", which unfortunately was not adhered to. Then it was said that there was "no more room" (at the request of a mother + child), shortly afterwards the next load of children was unloaded. In the end, the view was sometimes completely obstructed for other (including smaller) visitors due to the many (larger) parents and family members. Entry into the cordoned off area was very random and at the whim of Securitas, which is unfortunate. Clear and fair rules should apply. (Everything else was great)

Good concert location with a large parking garage in the neighboring building and a bus stop right in front of the house for easy arrival and departure. Restaurants and shopping centers are also in the immediate vicinity.

Following a concert on April 29, 2023. Place much too small to accommodate 2000 people. Very poorly ventilated, no air conditioning. This is not normal for a concert without seats.

Very nice concert hall. Modern and bright. Exceptional welcome. Security service at the top and very smiling. Covered and very good quality parking right next door (the first 3 hours free and more). Access to the room rather nice. Drink prices a little higher than rooms of the same level. But correct. Small to medium sized stage highly visible to almost all spectators. Honestly… it’s a beautiful performance hall!

Wow, this complex has a horrible sound quality and super bad ventilation. It's very loud and very confusing. Forget to hear a proper metal solo in this box. I've hear some other bad sounds, but this one goes on the top of the list. Otherwise, the location is great, good access in Zurich.

Nice (rather small) location for concerts. The sound wasn't that good where we were standing, but we had a good view of the band. Otherwise, I tend to like smaller halls like this because it simply seems more “familial”.

I attended a concert last week. Positive opinion on the room where the concert was held. Negative note on safety. Until a moment before entering, no one was seen. They didn't put us in barriers right from the start, as happened on the other European dates of the tour. When we spoke to them and told them to let one person in at a time, to avoid the entry of the crowd pushing to enter, these people laughed
