Extremely poor quality food and very rude staff on the phone. Don't recommend at all. Update to response: the food quality was not good, the food was not packed correctly and the packet was already open. I tried to return the order to UberEATS but he asked me to call the restaurant. When I tried to call the restaurant staff was very rude and didn't even want to listen to the problem. The naan was very hard and cold. The response is a clear lie, there was no abuse from my side, I just said that I will never order from the restaurant again which is actually true, I never plan to order again. Please read other negative reviews also for a common theme of rude behavior.

We have visited Kormasutra many times and have always been surprised. From the welcome as well as the service, which is always authentic and courteous. The food was always outstanding. See you soon.....

Lunch buffet is good but often not complete and not filled enough. Mango Lassi wasn't fresh today, it bubbled strangely, I would still be charged even though I complained about it and didn't drink it. A pity …

We ordered Lam Bhuna (from North of India) & Chicken Coconut 🥥 Disch from South of India 🇮🇳 & Jasmin Rice 🍚 very rich of other vegetable - everything super delicious like fireworks in my mouth! Service very friendly, we spoke about India and different cooking in different parts of India. Got limoncelo on a house and very tasty warm dessert (3 Bowls in a sweet sauce) called "Gulab Jamun".. we got invited for the 14.02. Valentines Day for a dinner (39 CHF per Person). Food in form of a Buffet. We were very satisfied 😌 Very close to the Train Station Bahnhof Altstetten (4 Min walk). The Ambiance is friendly, warm, with Indian music in background, TV with Football, fairy 🧚‍♀️ lights modern lamps.

Hi , I ordered a Naan , Mattar Panner and Pulao for us (2 adult and 2 kids ) . The pulao has rotten smell when I open . When I asked the restaurant owner he talks very rude . He is not responsible for the food and UberEats who did delivery in 30 mins is responsible. I bought this food buy one and get one free offer . I think this guy trying to sell all the old food stuff. As I am India , pulao won’t rotten in 30 mins .I came for vacation from India after review I trusted this guy . He is not worth of being in Hospitality industry . I have photo of this .

Chicken curry was delicious but the vegetarian dishes were unfortunately too salty.

A real insider tip. It looks inconspicuous and a bit cheesy, but it is very, very tasty. The portions also look small at first glance, but they are more than generous. Everything is served in pots to share, very cool! The service is friendly and will gladly try to sell you something extra ;) Try the garlic naan or the mango ice cream. Really worth it.

Super Rude staff; sub standard food. Asked for the bill didn’t provide any and behaved in a very rude way. I have filed a complaint to the swiss authorities legally about this place as asking for a bill is customers right and denying that simply mean that they are stealing on taxes.

One evening I ordered 4 tandoori rotis. I even asked them to confirm that it would be non frozen one and they assured. But eventually they heated up frozen one and gave us. I was so disappointed by this dishonesty.😡

just avoid them, lady manager dared to shout at me as if i was a prisoner, threatening with police. they simply included into receipt smth that i DID NOT ORDER. jut avoid them, servants are ok, but boss is a selfish thinking he is allmighty person and u have no possibility to challenge anything he says, completely unprofessional and unpolite behaviour,

Super delicious Indian food. Perfect location (very central - parking spaces are rather scarce in the area) and a friendly waiter. I always go to the restaurant or have take away. The food is well seasoned and not too spicy and is beautifully presented. I can highly recommend this Indian restaurant!!

We have been loyal Kormasutra fans for years and have been diligently using delivery via Mosi since moving from the city center. The Peshawari Naan is our absolute favorite and simply delicious.

Great food and rich taste combination of required. The single destination is this place.

The food here is tasty, but scary hot. I had a Chicken Tikka Masala and I asked about the level of hotness. The answer was "it's medium spicy"... It was very spicy for my palate and it was only editable with the help of a big glass of milk. My wife has lamb in a spinach sauce and that was even more spicy. We ended up discarding most of it since we couldn't find a way to eat it. All in all, we enjoying the naan bread (garlic and paneer) and the food was good, albeit very spicy. We'll come again and ask for more mild versions.

Kormasutra Restaurant offers excellent quality Indian food. We were lucky to get a table for two on a Saturday - so booking wouldn't be a bad idea. The location near the train station is excellent. The Tikka Masala is offered as a house specialty: I can only agree with that. The service is attentive, friendly and efficient. Recommended!

There timing is different than what they say on google & in front door . We took a cab 30 mins and reached around 2:45 pm and they said they are closed.

The food was tasty, and the host was super friendly. If you are sensitive to spicy food, make sure to ask how spicy each dish is before ordering. For example, here the butter chicken was a bit hotter than in other places we've been to, which was fine by us.

I googled the restaurant and went to try it out. The owner (I think his name is Sami) warmly welcomed us and prepared a nice place for us to sit. The waitress was so friendly that we felt at home. Since we both (my buddy and I) only eat vegan, we asked the owner what he could do! And he offered us a whole range of different vegan dishes. The food came one after the other and it was delicious. I could taste that everything was freshly prepared. The price is mid-range but for the portions we had it was fair! I even took the rest with me! I saw that they are very friendly to everyone. I liked that very much. The place is very cozy! I would recommend the place for a family dinner. I will go again.

Rice without salt and soggy. Too much salt for that. Naan not fresh. Raita good. CHF 70 is clearly too much for that. Edible, but much better.

At first the butter chicken was delicious, but today it was like a tomato sauce. There were still a lot of bones on the chicken!!! You also forgot to deliver one of the two naan you ordered. We won't order again...
