Bought 422 gr of plain roasting sausage this evening, 5:19 p.m. at your Madeleine branch. I don't know who prepared this sausage but I have never had such a preparation before my eyes, nose or in the mouth: very fine size of the mince, presence of a majority of fat versus meat, rancid smell at the same time. opening and during cooking. In short, a rather difficult taste experience. Both Migros and Coop do better in their offerings. It seems to me that, given the price (27.- per kg) that you ask the customer, he has the right to expect a product of better manufacturing and ESPECIALLY preparation in the mouth.

We ate at this excellent butcher shop. There is only one table available, for 4 to 8 people. Excellent food, dishes prepared with care and very tasty. Little choice of wines, but excellent selection. Very professional and friendly service. Thank you, see you soon. We returned for a Wagyu based menu beff Suisse. A perfect journey to learn about this type of meat. Absolutely worth trying. Enjoy.

To the attention of our distinguished clientele, allow me to express your kindness and strongly encourage you to deepen your investigations. It is imperative to find out about the merchandise that you are purchasing at a high price, because there are alternatives offered at a realistic price, in clear opposition to these excessive prices which border on the absurd. The so-called Wagyu of Swiss origin, although it may share bovine resemblances, can in no way compete with the real Wagyu, coated with the Japanese seal and know-how, rightly described as a national treasure. This clumsy attempt to recreate a luxurious experience is cruelly overshadowed by this company's blatant failure to capture even a fraction of authentic refinement.

I really appreciate the choice and quality of your products, but I must admit that I am really disappointed by the reception received today. Barely greeted upon entering and with the clear feeling of being disturbed (I was the only customer) when I wanted to buy your offer of tartare with rösti I was not asked what sauce I would have liked (the offer provides 3 sauces to choose from), the butcher having probably decided for me… Too bad for the tartare that I no longer want to eat and for your great business….

What a shame to bring meat from Poland, which is enough to make us here! Many products are not homemade on site, which distorts the identity of the company, a bit expensive. That said, the meat is excellent, the staff competent and friendly and a wide choice of caterers that will make your mouth water! Very original concept, I love it!

Beautiful butcher shop, with prepared dishes that tempt you! The ham croissant and the meat rissole are incredible. On the other hand, their prices are scary... 12.90 for a ham croissant, a rissole and a packet of chips, don't go overboard either!

By going to a butcher's I am prepared to spend more than in a supermarket to obtain quality products. During our last visit we opted for prepared meals. We were charged 70 francs for two trays containing a normal portion (vegetables/meat/starchy foods). A price of 35 francs for a takeaway dish is, in my opinion, beyond reasonable. As the trays are filled on demand, it is very difficult to anticipate the amount of the invoice. So be careful.

Great meatballs and homemade products. They were very kind. The staff was patient with me despite the fact that my French is very basic and I made grammatical mistakes when speaking. :-) :-)

Not only are their products excellent and very reasonably priced for such quality, but the team is also adorable and really helpful! As proof, I forgot my Mastercard in the machine after paying.... I live in St-Prex and only go to Lausanne from time to time. I don't have a car and travel by public transport! Someone from the butcher's shop in Morges came in person to bring me my card to St-Prex after work! Hat ! This is worth noting because such kindness and helpfulness is more than rare these days! By far, the best butcher in French Switzerland. The meat quality is just out of this world and sourced from the best producers. Simmental beef, sisteron lamb, pata negra pork and many more to discover in this temple of meat.

The Christmas meal 🎄 ready to go: roast beef for 12 people as a main dish (cooked, cut, just...), a Tartare sauce to get back up on Christmas night, with the Dauphivaudois gratin (with a little Gruyère) and zaricots, it was “famous”, thank you team. (For a flexitarian, I had some.)

What a great place !! I highly highly recommend it to anyone. I had gotten to lausanne for a late lunch, and the place I had wanted to go to was closed for vacation. On top of that, most places had stopped serving any food by this time on a Saturday afternoon. After some wandering, I was lucky enough to find this place. You go in and pick what you want from the deli, they cook it on site for you and then you have it at their seated eating area, made to order. The food was absolutely fantastic and very very reasonably priced. I don't know if this is only local, or more widely available in Switzerland but 110% I would go back. c'est tres tres bien ! an update - after having ordered veal in other places throughout switzerland. *this* place was the best.

We called on their skills for a small private party organized at our home at the beginning of May 2019, and can only congratulate ourselves on our choice. The attention paid to our request, the quality of the services, the professionalism and availability of the people with whom we dealt... all factors which ensured the success of this event. La Bouche qui Rit is a small, close-knit and professional team that achieves beautiful things.

This is the 4th time that I have come with friends for dinner and each time we are well received. Meals and staff at the top. Recommended for your original outings.

Concept, meats and food all as excellent as each other!

A very wide and good quality choice of meats. The place is clean and inviting. The service is friendly. There is even a loyalty card. Everything is there to make you come back. The prices can sometimes be a little scary for certain products (Kagoshima steak for example) but they are truly exceptional products. In addition to the butchery side, there is a catering section offering leather for you the piece of meat chosen in the butchery.
