The La Fontaine tea room is a real local treasure! Not only do they serve an incredible selection of beers, but their menu goes above and beyond with delicious burgers, flavorful roast beef and perfectly grilled ribeyes. What makes this place even more special is its dual function as a local grocery store and tobacco bar. It's the perfect place to relax with a cup of tea or for a hearty meal, while still having the convenience of shopping for essential items. Their warm atmosphere and friendly service make every visit enjoyable. A must-have!

I was a regular customer of this place, 2-3 times a week. One day, I stopped with my partner and my son. While my companion bought bread, I went to the toilet. Immediately upon leaving, an employee was waiting for me and immediately asked me: “what are you drinking, Madam”. I felt obliged to consume and very uncomfortable, as did my son who did not understand this request because we just had to buy bread. So I paid for my glass of water which I drank from the fountain next to my skeptical companion. This event made me no longer want to go back.

Could do ten times better, lousy service, on the other hand nice place to stop for a walk, very good beer. Too bad food products are poorly presented and do not make us want to..

Do not be alarmed by the celebrities present in the window. Here you will find excellent croissants and bread.

We came there almost every weekend to taste the excellent artisanal pastries from Charlet. Please note that we are now selling you low-end industrial pastries for the...same price. We will never set foot there again. In addition, the reception there is often detestable (with a few exceptions). Edit after response: so due to the general increase in prices we must suffer a drastic reduction in quality and be sold industrial products instead of supporting local artisans. Great mentality.

I had the most wonderful experience at La Fontaine Ollon. The hosts, Sebastien & Luisa couldn’t have been more helpful. The prices were very good, the meal ( and breakfast) plentiful. Best place in Ollon!!

I had a freshly baked pain au chocolat and a coffee while Einstein read a book. He must be a slow reader because he didn't turn a single page... Or maybe he was just wondering of what he should order next. I understand him, they have a big selection of bread among other tasty stuff. Their tap 🍺 is also quite good. They're friendly and they are open on Sundays. I know there's no other boulangerie nearby, but I believe they really care about their clients and the service they provide. Otherwise Einstein or Charlie Chaplin wouldn't be there. 😅

Perhaps it would be appropriate for employees to wear gloves and masks when serving! The plexiglass is a protection for them but neither mask nor gloves to serve the bread that we consume like this makes me very perplexed!

Great place, very tasty, I'm a fan of sandwiches but the pizzas are very good and very reasonably priced (the margherita at 12.-). But ultimately everything is relative.
