We ordered two pizzas and Neapolitan one was with anchors, which were very bad-tasting. Too salty and just 🤢 for all of us. It was for hours in our mouth after that pizza. The dough is too crunchy, that it scratches the gums. I thought you can’t make pizza too bad, but seems like this was it. Another pizza was quattro formaggi and it was good, we enjoyed it! But once again, the dough… Salad was very good! We enjoyed the dressing. We ordered mixed salad. And another thing - I ordered tea for around CHF 3.85 and I got simple lipton teabag… I would like to mention that waiters were really nice and very friendly!

We were probably unlucky. After a not very welcoming welcome, as we mentioned that we wanted to eat little. We were served a cheese crust, much of which was securely attached to the bottom of the Dutch oven. The caprese salad was good though.

Classic, family-friendly place, 10 points for fondue

Food was delicious, but the waiters were simply unfriendly and rude. If you wanted to get rid of us quickly, that's a no go! impertinence

I've been there several times. I don't recommend all the dishes. The fondue, for example, is not great, for a tourist I think it could be okay. On the other hand, the meat or the salmon dish are really good for a reasonable price. The pasta is not bad. It's clearly a passing restaurant so rather touristy but the food is good. Chalet atmosphere.

The food is great, unfortunately they don't know much about coffee, but it doesn't matter. I recommend having pizza with you

We were looking for a restaurant to eat a fondue and ended up at the cluster d'or because the other better rated restaurants were full: nice surprise, the fondue was very good, the service too as well as the background music :-)

The service is good but the dishes are not great. There are a lot of dishes on the menu, which is generally not a good sign. In short, the lasagna is just “ok” but the salad dressing was pretty good.

An adventure we will laugh about in 10 years but not right away. My partner's dish, an untatable pizza, you might say, no, the pizza had a strange smell, it's already off to a bad start, I take my courage in both hands and I taste it…. What a misfortune to have had this courage, impossible to continue the adventure I pass my turn. My dish: the Parisian steak, rare on the edges, well cooked in the middle so everyone is happy. Result of the races: a stomach ache won for me (entrecote) and a trip to the McDonald's for my wife (pizza) Apart from the waiter who gives the best of himself in this special atmosphere, the boss ignores you for many long minutes because it is not his place to welcome you to his restaurant.

Caesar salad without Caesar sos, without ham. Spaghetti carbonara just from spaghetti with cooked bacon.

A disaster, the waiters were not at all welcoming, the fondue was inedible and only served with industrial supermarket bread for 25 Francs. To flee !

We were very comfortable, the service was attentive. We ordered a fondue and pizza for the children and we were satisfied. Prices adjusted to what Geneva is. We recommend the Swiss experience.

The food is cheap for the people of Geneva. The pizza and lasagna were delicious. The small fries were also offered, which I personally find better. So the price-performance ratio is completely fine.

Very good pizzas at a reasonable price (between 15 and 20.- for most). The interior is spacious, the terrace is rather pleasant, and the owners and waiters are rather friendly. What I tasted other than pizza was also very good, but I explored it less. I recommend !

We decided on this place since it was one of the few open and willing to feed us on a street full of bars. Homely place, since they opened they have the kitchen open and you can go to eat at any time. The man explained and advised us on the dishes, highly recommended

Absolutely delicious! Had dinner here as a family of four and were thoroughly impressed. The service was friendly and the food was prepared fast. It was also decent value for Geneva which is hard to find! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Welcome, simple service. Mixed atmosphere with radio nostalgia, we almost did karaoke... Simple steak, simple green pepper sauce, fries and frozen vegetables. We left disappointed. We won't go back for that price.

Fondue bourguignonne at €82 for two people, at that price, we expect quality... Not at all. Served just before a poor salad, the bread is not fresh and defrosted, the sauces that accompany the fries are not good. Speaking of fries... frozen and loaded with oil. The meat wasn't that appealing. The restaurant is old-fashioned, with cut-out paper tablecloths, the floor is dirty and the waiter sweeps the broom next to us. In short, €91 for a mediocre fondue bourguignonne and two cokes, either we are in a hidden camera or people have missed their vocations.

Excessively long service. The waiter in the back room obviously has his "favorite" customers and when you are not one of them you have to be patient 🙄. Average food, caprese salad is a tasteless plate of tomato mozarella. In short, I don't recommend it.

I tried fondue chinoise and fondue au fromage and I drank pastis.. the flavor and presentation is perfect. After meal they served us limoncello with coffee... Simple food done right. The host is very welcoming and professional. If you are looking for a quick, homey, and affordable meal, I highly recommend this place. You can either sit with the crowd around the counter, or walk toward the back of the shop for a more peaceful setting. There is no need to worry about the host not noticing you. He remains attentive even though he spends most of the time in the front. I had the Grappe d'Or pizza, which is basically dried beef & arugala pizza with tomato sauce. The combination was perfect! Both has strong flavours but compliment each other well. The pizza crust did feel a bit too dry, but the olive oil is there to help you overcome that dryness. I absolutely love how the olive oil has been flavoured with bay leaves, rosemary, and dried chilli. This makes the oil itself so aromatic and the flavour multi-dimensional. The restaurant doesn't have any outstanding decoration or posh atmosphere. It's simple, delicious, and efficient. If I were to live in Geneva, I probably will revisit the restaurant many times.

Decent Italian a short distance from the main train station. Portions are good, with the starter salads are enough for a main. Pizzas ok but nothing special.

The food was really good. The pasta portion was not that big but ok. Unfortunately, they do not have a place for baby diaper change and the space in the toilet is really small.

I would have put 0 if possible. As soon as we arrive, the waiter gestures wildly, without greeting or anything, to tell us “no”. 2 minutes later they agree to install a couple. We go back to see them and the waiter says “no I’m not looking at the head” without us even saying anything about it. Clearly racist. To flee !!!!!

Easily reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot from Cornavin train station. Whether perch fillets, entrecôte with Geneva gratin Dauphinois or well-topped pizza with a thin base: a treat for the palate and wallet. Lively hustle and bustle in the Pâquis district. Casual, agile, friendly service. A revenge!

Very good restaurant. The quality of welcome was perfect, fast and efficient service. Varied menu to satisfy all palates, unlike anything you find in Geneva. The little extra homemade Italian dessert Fior Di Late is a real treat.

Déjà les fondues ne sont pas terribles. Mais en plus nous avons été confiné à l'intérieur avec une trentaine de jeunes pour un anniversaire, sans masques ni barrières anti Covid19. Alors que nous avons du mettre notre masque pour aller nous asseoir.

The fondues are not great. Birthday indoors with 30 people without masks or hygiene barriers. The bosses don't care. The only positive point is the meringue with gruyere cream.

Wir haben wirklich zwei glückliche Familienessen im La Grappe D'Or genossen. So gut, dass wir sofort zu unserem zweiten Besuch zurückgekehrt sind! Vielen Dank für gutes Essen und freundlichen, aber professionellen Service. Alles war hausgemacht und wurde schnell von uns und unseren Kindern verschlungen!

The fondeau is quite average for the prices it has. The service leaves a lot to be desired, with bad manners. I do not think I'll come back.

Nous avons manger le soir du 31 dans ce restaurant. Menu special du soir : salade composée et entrecote sauce aux morilles avec frites, 40€/personne.La carte des aperitifs affiche un prix different de celui facturé. La salade composée presente 3 feuilles de laitue, 3 grains maïs avec quelques carottes rapées et une demie tomate.La fameuse entrecote est en realité un filet et nous cherchons encore le gout des morilles. En ce qui concerne les frites même la cantine d’un college fais mieux, du surgeler tres tres bas de gamme.Enfin, le serveur coupe du pain, le fait tomber parterre et le remet dans la paniere. Evidement le pain non fini des autres tables est servi a celle qui arrive apres.Et pour finir le serveur se trompe dans l’addition même pas d’excuse. Pour le prix, c’est a fuir.
