I recently visited this lovely café La Pause in Charmey and was absolutely wowed. From the moment you enter, the warm atmosphere envelops you, creating a welcoming space where you can relax. The decor is superb, with attention to detail that makes the place both elegant and comfortable. The service is impeccable: the staff are always smiling and efficient, which adds a pleasant touch to the overall experience. The coffee, on the other hand, is delicious - a real treat for coffee lovers. It’s clear that quality is a priority here. Superb place, everything is homemade and delicious. The carrot soup was amazing…! The team is very nice. I recommend 100%.

If you pass through Charmey you would have to stop here The decor is magnificent, we feel good there, it's warm, friendly and above all very good! The food is excellent as are their desserts, it is served quite quickly, the quality/price ratio is nothing to complain about, there is even a place for children with board games and coloring, a very nice terrace... I will come back every time I visit Switzerland!

A very nice place.... we stopped twice in a week after hiking They have very good ciders and yet I, who am not one for all pastries, fell for it! It is a very pretty establishment with a magnificent terrace....but unfortunately with the very major work just opposite the setting is no longer as idyllic and will completely block the view....a shame

Excellent pastries, great welcome, perfect location. The lunch meals are delicious and made with love. Good things have a price, we prefer to go there maybe a little less but enjoy it every time!

It's a bit hidden next to the Coop and looks rather unspectacular, but the desserts and other small appetisers are impressive. And they taste fantastic.

A very pretty tea room with a superb terrace and an incredible view of the Moléson! The quality/price ratio is very good, I had a tartare and the meat was great and well presented. In addition, the couple who manage the establishment are very attentive to customers and they always have a smile! If you are looking for a peaceful and welcoming place for your breaks and moments of relaxation, you are in the right place! 👍
