Simply the best pizzas you can find in Crans-Montana ! Original Napolitan Pizzas, thin crust, and only freshly prepared toppings. The tiramisu was out of this world. Fast and friendly delivery. I highly recommend!

A really bad customer service. They gave me the wrong pizza, instead of proposing a bonus or another option they proposed a pizza one hour and half later!! They answered with very aggressive manners, the woman was yelling at me on the phone and she hung up!!!

Pizza is not bad (for Switzerland), but costumer service is really poor! They gave us the wrong pizza and when we called them they did not spontaneously proposed to send a new one. When we asked they proposed one for 90 minutes later, because of the other orders in line. A replacement pizza should be a priority and if client is not happy with it, you should propose a reinbursement or a voucher. Nothing! It ended in shouting over the phone, both ways... but we are the clients and you should not do that!

A éviter en tout cas ne pas commander car au delà de 4 pizzas débordés, ne répondent ni au wathapp qu’ils prient pourtant d’ultiliser pour les conmandes ni au téléphone et quand au bout de 45 minutes ils répondent au téléphone c’est pour dire qu’ils n’ont pas pris commande pourtant lue les 2 petits vus en bleu à 18h ( message de 17h30) pour une livraison à 19h15-30. Bref encore des restaurateurs ancien electricien ou je ne sais quoi reconverti et croyant faire de la restauration. Avec ce Covid espérons que les touristes de la restaurations enfin disparaîtrons, laissant la place à de vrais professionnels, si cela arrive au moins tant de souffrance pour tous par ce Covid nous aura au moins débarrasser de ces.....
