Great place. Very clean, nice atmosphere, super friendly and fast young service people, incredibly good pizzas. We were happy.

Pizza was very good. Tiramisu not great (too hard/sweet/warm). Very busy and very loud, but if you don’t mind that it’s a nice atmosphere :-) quite slow but if you’re not in a rush it’s ok

We enjoyed our lunch here and would recommend. Two of us had salmon tartare which was fresh and well presented. Another had aubergine parmigiana - which they enjoyed. We all had local Gamay wine and also coffees and sweets. We didn't award five stars for food only because we ordered tiramisu which was huge and lacking in coffee flavour / dominated by cream... disappointing given this is a staple for an Italian restaurant. Please don't let this put you off going. It's a good restaurant with very good service.

Noisy place, sometimes fast and expensive service. Alcohol in cocktails non-existent...or almost!! Thanks to the pizza maker who raises the level with these good pizzas.

She had a smile on her face the whole time and she even sang along to the music to herself :) Had a pizza and it was great, im quite picky when it comes to that. I strongly recommend this resturant!

Last April, as for two years with my partner and my mother-in-law, we came to eat on Sunday. The team had changed... We were on the terrace, we waited a long time before we came to take our order, the table was never set. Our 3 pizzas arrived almost an hour later (I should point out that there were no people), but not at the same time, and lukewarm. No cutlery. We asked to reheat the first pizzas and then waited another 10 minutes for the cutlery, so we ate cold... It then started to rain, we were getting water from everywhere and no one came to see us for us move… we then waited a long time for the waitress to take care of us, too busy giggling with two men. When she finally came, we asked for the bill and she told us that we had to cross the entire terrace under the float because she didn't want to take the TPE outside when all the other customers had paid their way. table… We told her our dissatisfaction, she rolled her eyes!! We made it clear at that time that we would make a comment on his behavior, and THERE, the unacceptable happened. We received an email from the owners of the restaurant - whom we have never seen once in 2 years - to tell us that we had made racist remarks against him, that the restaurant would refuse us in the future.... Never seen ! Accusing customers with always impeccable behavior of racism to hide incompetence and lack of respect is shocking. I would like to point out that the law condemns defamation! We could easily have filed a complaint. We were 3 witnesses and this waitress made serious accusations wrongly, NEVER did we make such comments, disgusting…. Nothing was verified by the bosses before making such accusations! And reading the recent comments, nothing is going well with this new team. However, special mentions for the pizza maker Giovanni who is great and very kind! And Bastien who was great, you should regret it… In return to your completely obsolete response… No defamation on our part, an opinion has been issued on the quality of your service, so we are fair. Reviews are used to describe our experience. Again, NO thoughts or anything else was uttered. And for your information, clothing does not make a monk, you know neither our origins nor our religious confessions. Any professional and fair person would show humility as well as questioning... Not all bad opinions are completely invented. As a reminder, your staff themselves called us 30 minutes later to apologize flatly for the behavior of the waitress, wanting to ensure that we would remain loyal customers. They saw it and were in complete agreement. When she saw that it would come back up, she invented this serious story, and you, for believing it without any verification. The food was excellent, and personally as a polish girl visiting France the stuff don't know if I could name drop the exact waitress but regardless the sweet polish girl welcomed me and my aunt in the most excellent way so definitely would recommend it

I had a pizza and it was served barely lukewarm. I asked if they could reheat it for me and they took the pizza and brought it back to me not even 5 minutes later and still lukewarm... It's a real shame, because the pizza dough was really great. The spicy oil available is basically olive oil, it's not really spicy.

Italian place only in appearance, courteous waitress but she didn't speak Italian. Ordered pizza, overall produced with good ingredients but far from the standards of true Neapolitan pizza. Prices in line with those of other similar places in the area. Perhaps by searching you can find something better and in any case it is not a stage worth mentioning.

Reservation through the Fork, there were 4 of us on Friday September 22, young atmosphere, fast and friendly service, hearty dish, the only problem is parking, which is not easy in Nyon...

We were there by bike when we were passing through. Incredibly delicious food (especially the pizza), lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I can only warmly recommend it!

The pizza I ordered was OK, I did ask for extra Gorgonzola cheese but the servers forgot about it. Overall the service was relatively bad, one of the servers mocked our mediocre French and spoke super fast intentionally. The other tried to compensate for her colleague. The atmosphere was really nice outside. Overall it is a nice place but they need to train their servers better, especially how they behave towards foreigners..

Our first visit to a successful Swiss pizzeria. Pizza Calzone Puccia excellent. To recommend and repeat during our next visit. The staff is really friendly and deserving.

I was extremely disappointed with the restaurant, not because of the meal and the waiters' service, but because of an incident. We arrived at the restaurant around 1 p.m., we made a reservation for outside, it was me, my mother, my husband and my 2 month old baby. While waiting for our lunch, I asked the waiter if he could warm my daughter's bottle for 30 seconds. He was super nice and went inside to warm up. I waited more than 5 minutes, no problem, normal with all the work he had to do. When the bottle arrived I saw that it was full to the brim, I was shocked because my baby only takes 120ml. I made the bottle just before leaving home, I'm a mother and I know exactly how much I put in. I asked why the bottle was so full, because someone had put something in it. They denied it! (of course.) I didn't give the baby this bottle because I was afraid and I ended up giving him another bottle that I had in my bag without warming it. When leaving the restaurant we asked again what had happened, they still said they didn't know but one waitress made it clear that maybe someone could have put an ice cube in it or the cold water because when she took the bottle It was very hot. This is unacceptable, and you have no right to respond by saying I'm lying because I know exactly how much I feed my baby. If you dare respond by saying that this is a lie, I will pursue my rights, because what happened was very serious. And also my husband posted a review and you responded saying that he is denigrating the restaurant because of a baby bottle. It's not just a bottle, it's my baby's life and a customer who was at the establishment and someone added something to my daughter's milk. Don't you dare say it's a lie. I am very angry about this!!!!!

The people are very nice but that doesn't make up for the bad takeaway food. Really disappointing, for example, the lasagna had to be vegetarian because it lacked meat.

We asked to heat our daughter's bottle, it was filled to 120 ml. When the waiter came back with it, it was over 150 ml full!! We asked him the cause of this change in quantity. He went to the kitchen to inquire but no one could answer him. The manager came to us at our request and was sorry for this problem which could not be resolved. While speaking with a waitress, she explained to us that the bottle was too hot and that she had asked the boss to cool it. But the latter did not admit to having filled it with cold water or to having put an ice cube. I find this unacceptable and dangerous for our 2 month old baby.

The pasta is excellent! Good choice of wine. The staff is very friendly, smiling and efficient. The service was fairly quick, with little waiting time.

We waited no less than an hour and a half to be served two pizzas during the evening of the music festival in Nyon... Unfortunately the restaurant was not crowded and therefore the wait was not justified . In addition, the servers did not pay attention to their customers. Some were attentive and others unpleasant... after waiting 1h30 for a pizza which cooked in 3 minutes, the pizzas were very good. Damage.

We've had 5 separate people attending our table and yet for us to order, have a beer each and eat a pizza took 2,5hrs... service takes terribly long. We've got one extra drink calculated in the receipt which nobody has ordered, scam? Also waited for it to be corrected another 15 mins and 3 people from the staff consulting each other... pizza is OK. A bit too salty and too much cheese. Second visit here, because friends didn't believe it would be that bad, never again. Btw, There is a GREAT Lebanese place just around the corner, and no I am not friends with them.

Yesterday we were a table of 10 people and we were extremely poorly served. There were 2 children's menus. They weren't even allowed their ice cream that went with the menu! The digestive was poorly served and I'm not talking about a waiter! So experience more than zero!

Service much too slow... arrived at 7:00 p.m. left at 9:00 p.m. to eat a salad and a pizza. Poor organisation. Service staff who don't even know how to use the cash register and applied the discount correctly. Damage. Very good pizza.

too much waiting to eat 2 pizzas and 2 children's menus. we arrived at 6:45 and at 8 p.m. we didn't even receive the children's menu. My son fell asleep and his menu was taken away. no doubts about the quality but if you would like a "normal" service, that was not the case this time

We came to this restaurant for a birthday. I do not recommend this restaurant! The majority of the staff are rude, not a smile. Besides the waiting time, the price is not worth it. Having seen the old comments and the customs clearance from the manager, I confirm having been at the Puccia in Nyon opposite the castle.

excellent pizza (dough in particular) but very very slow service and waitress (Barbara) not friendly. 40 minutes for 2 pizzas and 10 minutes for 2 ristretos… on the other hand, very friendly waitress Sherazade.

The atmosphere is nothing to write home about and the standing of service quality is uneven but the pizzas are great! Size, taste and fresh ingredients: all wonderful. The prices are Swiss. Paring in old town Nyon is a bit tricky: I recommend using the Perdtemps parking and walking the short distance. It is very central so if you're traveling via public transport or staying in one of the few hotels in town, it's ideal. If you don't like noisy, make sure to avoid the game night that is held there regularly with great success.

Good pizza, however we waited over an hour for pizza and focaccia. We apologized for the delay and promised a discount, but in the end nothing of that. We have been forgotten, so I forget you too.

The pizza is good, however, with lean toppings, and served on a wooden board, the pizze cools quickly. In addition, board hygiene is not the best.
