Very good Italian restaurant. We had dinner there on December 24 with family. The service is impeccable, fast and with very smiling staff (despite a very "lively" evening by a group of guests). Tasty dishes with fresh and well-chosen ingredients. Very good value for money. I can only warmly recommend!

Savi's Trattoria: A Bittersweet Change As a long-time aficionado of Savi's Trattoria, I have witnessed its evolution over the years. However, the global change occurring in 2023 marks a decisive turning point. The Manzo filet, a staple of this Italian gem, has undergone a notable transformation. Once served in the pure Italian tradition with exceptional quality, this dish is now presented covered in a thick sauce of the day, accompanied by fries and frozen vegetables. Although the quality of the meat remains undeniable, this new presentation deviates significantly from the authenticity and magic of the first hours. Fortunately, the service and wine selection remain strong points. The competence and courtesy of the staff add a positive note to the experience, while the carefully crafted wine list continues to appeal to wine lovers. In conclusion, although Savi's Trattoria maintains its charm thanks to impeccable service and an excellent wine list, it is regrettable that its cuisine, once emblematic, seems to have lost part of its soul. A change that leaves a bittersweet taste for regulars like me.

The quality of the food is Michelin star and the portions are generous. Very attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend the menu de degustation. The pasta was delicious- a flavour fest. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

This experience was really but, in the kitchen the chef alway speak very hurt and too problems with the service, and the manager don’t resolution for the inconvenient.don’t came here again.

The food is very good and delicious. The service is friendly but they didnt take all of our orders and were absent most of the time to make any more orders. We were waiting more than 30min to pay. Well never come again here.

A dizzying drop in the quality of this restaurant which was once one of our favorite places in Haute-Nendaz. We ordered fregola sarda with seafood. What a disappointment to discover defrosted mussels and polpettes as well as canned tomatoes, all in a tasteless juice. The Neapolitan pizza is a little better, but the anchovies have no taste and the tomato sauce on the pizza leaves something to be desired. In terms of service, our glasses of Valais rosé are simply forgotten. One of the servers is nevertheless attentive and polite from start to finish. He apologizes for the quality of the cuisine and the prosecco as well as the fregola sarda will finally be offered to us. The new team clearly doesn't look like the old one. 😟

The kitchen is good (it's good and the dishes come out quickly), but the service leaves something to be desired (reservation apparently "disappeared", we are seated at a table clearly prepared and reserved for others... And... we forgets us... They come to explain to us twice the chef's suggestions, twice to ask us if we want an aperitif etc... In short, the room service is all over the place. It's good for the style to have Italian waiters in an Italian restaurant... But personally I don't care about the nationality of my waiter, what matters is that he does his job. In short, mixed experience

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but many other things were not right. The spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and pepperoni was just spicy, without any other taste. My gnocci were actually gnocchetti, but the dish was very tasty. Unfortunately, there was a lot missing. No spices or cheese were added after serving. Likewise, no waiter was “in charge” of the table. So it was difficult to reorder anything. The children's chairs do not have a center belt, which is dangerous. So not very suitable for small children. All in all it was okay. But nothing more.

We were very disappointed. 1. Mineral with sparkling water instead of still water as ordered 2. Sanbitter without ice 3. Wrong wine Montepulciano instead of Cannonau 4. Pizza Ortolana instead of Pizza Orientale There were ONLY two of us, so it would have been possible to bring what we ordered.

My two student friends and I (also a student) went to this restaurant with the idea of ​​sharing a good meal. We were not disappointed by the meal but not the service of the restaurateurs and the price of the bill. We had thought about ordering a bottle of red Syrah from Sicily for 42.-, we were very surprised when on the bill, the price of the bottle was 110.-. After initially telling the waiters that they had forgotten to charge us for the bottle, they arrived with a bill double the base price... (210.- instead of 100.-). We think we have been the victim of a scam and we believe we have been taken for young tourists who were not going to realize the falsified price. The sexist remarks made when paying the bill should also not be overlooked: “Are you the rich one? » “married or single, because I am looking for a rich woman”, … We are very disappointed and will not return.

50.- for 2 takeaway pizzas is still exaggerated! It's a shame because they're pretty good. No prices on takeaway orders is not normal.

This is the first time that he left a restaurant still hungry and fortunately he had slices of bread and for 49frs a little expensive for 5 small potatoes and the meat very good but too small to eat. barely 150g and the vegetables are very good. The tastes are always there but pay attention to the details. Overcooked pasta… a beginner’s mistake. Other good quality Italian restaurants have opened in Nendaz. At this price level, be careful not to let yourself go too far.

I was impressed with the quality of the pizza at this pizzeria. The calzone pizza was absolutely perfect and exceeded all expectations. The dough was crispy yet juicy, filled with fresh ingredients and the right amount of cheese and sausage. The egg ordered with it was perfect. The taste was incredible and I can't wait to go back. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed and the value for money was excellent. I highly recommend this pizzeria and will certainly come back.
