Awful service for the price. Being part of the youth doesn’t mean it’s okay not to treat us as actual clients, as we pay tge same price as others. Just wasn’t a nice experience.

The saleswoman does not inform you that it is possible to buy macarons without buying an expensive box. (As if macarons weren’t already expensive enough!) My mom went there with my 3 year old son, after choosing the 6 macarons she wanted, the saleswoman asked my son if he wanted a macaron. Obviously, he said yes. When we left, my mother was a little surprised to see that she had been charged for this last macaroon. I find this way of doing things rather dishonest, or at least very inelegant.

Very disappointed with the candy pink nun inside the strawberry mousse was salty the choux was not of the day and no trace of vanilla finally a lot of talk for not much

Very nice home. Magnificent atmosphere in the pretty shop where you can quietly enjoy the moment of choosing your macarons before having the joy of offering them and/or tasting them! We bought some today to give at a wedding abroad. I believe that these little haute couture cakes will delight the bride and groom and that their marriage will LAST a long time! 💖🙏🏼🕊️✨🌳😋

We went to buy macarons, we were poorly received by the saleswomen, no smile, we asked a question about a macaron, the saleswoman told us you just have to read, it's shameful for this big house. I do not recommend your store.

The macaroons are excellent, but sometimes you feel like you're intruding when you ask for information. In addition, the prices of the boxes are not clearly mentioned, you may end up with a higher score than expected!

Despite the excellent quality of the products offered, this in no way reflects the service obtained by the staff on site. In fact, a member of my family wanted to please me with one of your creations and was unfortunately served without consideration or politeness. In my opinion, hello and goodbye are primary things to demonstrate in the service which must be more exemplary in this type of establishment. Very disappointed

Macarons still good but deplorable reception (saleswoman very stingy with information and very unfriendly) as well as hygiene (she gives you change with the glove she used to catch the macarons: scandalous for the sale of food products! )

A pleasant little cafe with a large selection of macaron to choose from! I chose Marie Antoinette (an earl grey flavoured one) and a blackcurrant one. The first one was alright but the second one was really good! You can feel the soft yet chewy texture of berries inside your mouth. It was small but a scrumptious taste nonetheless! If you are going to eat it by yourself, better buy the ones in paperback. That will cost you only 2.70 CHF per piece, while if you choose to put them in their beautiful boxes, 2 pieces will cost you 9.00 CHF.

Dishonest, I take 6 Macarons for my son, she gives them to me, without asking, in a box that costs 10chf. That’s 4 chf per macaron instead of 2.50 chf, pathetic!

This is the worst La Durée I have had in the world - avoid the place ! Getting your tea in a plastic cup and fork and knife in bamboo is like having a cheap picnic in an supposed chic and elegant French rand café!

Very nice selection of macaroons...would stick to solid flavours next time as the Ispahan and Sa Majesté tasted too much like potpourri and soap respectively. Citron is an absolute favourite of mine :)

I don't spend 26 balls for a box of 8 macarons when they cost 2.50 per piece... what's more, a saleswoman spoke to us in a very annoyed tone after we kindly pointed out to her that we were looking at the window and that our choice was not made... in short, this shop perfectly reflects the "bourgeois" atmosphere of rue de Bourg(e) and it's a shame because their macaroons are delicious...

Ladurėe is Ladurée but 42 Fs for 12 macaroons is that reasonable?
