Discovered very recently. Had a daily menu. A classic dish very well cooked and beautifully presented. I gave it 3 stars because I ordered sparkling water with a base of blackcurrant syrup and I was charged 5.7chf for the water, no problem and 3.2chf for the syrup base. 8.9 for 5dl of fleet... that's in my throat....

Given the very limited number of dishes on the menu, we expect perfect mastery of the preparations and an explosion of flavors in the mouth. It is not so. The GRTA egg at 64° was bland, didn't smell of caramelized onion or coffee crumble. The same goes for the sweet potato gnocchi, which taste very banal. In short, very insufficient quality/price ratio.

L'os à moelle était bien grand pour une entrée, cuisiné parfaitement, un vrai régal ! Le tartare était au moins autant bon. Dosé exactement comme nous l'avions demandé, accompagné de pomme allumettes maison, c'était simplement délicieux !!!Le tout accompagné d'une bouteille de vin nous a coûté moins de CHF 150, ce qui est plus que correct.Bref, merci au Bistroquet pour cette belle soirée.Un conseil, foncez dans ce restaurant !!
