The interior is just as beautiful and interesting! There is a lot of history behind this building. The meal was excellent, one of the best I’ve ever had in Geneva! The chef is a true professional, attentive and helpful! I loved everything, the starters, the main courses and the desserts. Since there were 6 of us, we were able to taste almost everything! It's a very high level of cuisine, it's not far from the Michelin star. On the other hand, we feel that it is a small team and that they have recently taken over, the service could be a little better oiled. 2-3 details such as the lack of choice in the cocktail section, advice on wines (a little expensive by the way). But otherwise it's a very big yes to eat there, with exceptional value for money.

An absolute cozy and historic bistro in the heart of carouge. We had a very warm welcoming and enjoyed every detail. We were lucky to try the delicious Christmas menu with a stunning presentation of every single dish. When you are from Geneva or just here for a a weekend you definitely need to have them on your list! (it was so worth it coming all the way from Lausanne) Always pretty booked so make sure to plan in advance. We are looking forward to our next visit.

As for the display of prices, forget it's a surprise. After all, we don't discuss prices in an establishment for snobbish people. Given how little was served on the plates, you will not be restored. Fortunately, a bakery is open opposite.

The French-speaking cantons tend to be between 3.20 and max 4.- per dl. I forgot to ask who the winemaker was... but in my opinion the restaurant doesn't pay much more than 11.- to 14.- per bottle...and I'm talking about the price of the bottle..! it is clear that the price per liter is much lower!!!! therefore magnificent margins.... for this restaurant.
