At the beginning when I discovered this place I had a rather good impression, the magnificent decor under the veranda with lots of plants made me predict healthy and tasty food. Unfortunately every time I went back, I was disappointed. Minimalist plate paid at a high price, feeling of always being hungry after spending a fortune. And once a dish of the day with a really suspicious taste, not great. The straw that broke the camel's back: paying for tap water to save the climate. No, really.

Le Bøtanik is one of the best café-restaurants in Yverdon. Its young and relaxed atmosphere makes it charming. The decoration has been tastefully done, as has the drinks menu which contains everything you could dream of for a drink with friends or even... with your grandparents! As for the catering part, the plates are made with local, tasty products and the plates are incredibly well prepared by the kitchen team. Then I stumbled across LeBotanik, what a gem, great service, excellent quality of food, good selection of local wines with a nice warm ambience, I will be back to try other things on their innovative menu, and not overly pretentious, I strongly recommend this gorgeous little restaurant ❤️❤️
