Horrible experience from start to finish, waitresses without any professionalism, an address where sexism is blatant, CUSTOMERS are ignored and treated rudely

The staff is competent, the view of the lake and the mountains is magnificent and above all, the food is excellent. Thank you, highly recommended!

Simple breakfast, not many choices, nice view, good coffee, access from the shopping center.

First I will respond to the useless and nasty comment from Aye Noup who commented a few hours ago. This person must already have a poor life and surely doesn't have much to do with their life to come and comment on such a thing!!! This is totally false!!! I am a customer and friend of the waitresses. They're hard workers!!! Who work the day before Christmas with I don't know how many people to serve! They work without breaks without a moment to breathe and always smiling!! And even if at one point they don't smile, that's perhaps a bit normal, we are not robots but human beings!!!!!! The food is very good and the service is professional!!! We have to stop sending nastiness all the time while these waitresses are exhausted all day long!!!! Go to work and wash your mouth instead of talking such nonsense!! GO ABE!!!

Good. I don't know how this restaurant has 4 stars (looking at the names of the people who make the comments we can get an idea) but I'll tell you the truth about this place... which is to be avoided. We already go in and kindly ask for a menu, the absolutely unpleasant waitress throws the menu at us on the table... I've never seen that. By looking at their behavior towards other customers, we can easily realize that the waitresses are committing a racial offense. When we said hello or thank you we got no response in return. In short, the atmosphere with these people is like a low-class neighborhood bar. The view is still there, because on top of that our glasses were DIRTY, there were spills from old services... to vomit

Simply RUN!! I came with my mother in joy and good humor and the waitresses showed up very bitter from the start for no reason. did not understand our very simple request: two coffees, two creams, two sugars. They brought us 8 creams and 8 sugars and started to suck. We returned the excess and they didn't want to remove the creams and sugars that they CHARGED us for!! Charge ADDITIONALLY in a disguised way for pastries!

Place where the view is very beautiful but that’s all there is to it! The waitress was unfriendly, no sense of welcome!! We ordered 2 mocha shakes and were served milk with a distant taste of coffee. We complained to the waitress who was not professional! No empathy and 16fr for 2 glasses of milk. We paid and didn't even thank her, she had to choose another profession without contact with people!!! Really disappointed, I don't recommend this place!!!

Terrible welcome and we had a mocca smoothie which was just milk with a little ice and above all lots of hazelnuts even though we could have been allergic and all that for 16 francs! Inadmissible

Mixed following 1st experience thanks to voucher for 2 Mediterranean menu. Friendly welcome and service but not professional, or even sloppy. Rice and fries to accompany the meat, weird! No sauce to accompany the lamb skewer... One dessert with vanilla ice cream and the other with pistachio ice cream, without asking our opinions.

I am a regular customer of the establishment and I advise everyone to go there and share a good time with family or friends. Extremely competent, efficient and charismatic service, I had the opportunity to notice that the layout of the room and the decoration was magnificent and pleasant. As well as the impeccable cleanliness of the place. I had a taco and was blown away by the quality of the food, my most sincere thanks to this fabulous team.

Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star, if I could I wouldn't give one because this establishment is catastrophic. I ordered a kebab, the meat was inedible, hard to the bite, horrible. The loud music, nightclub atmosphere, prevented us from hearing each other well during our conversations. The staff let's not even talk about it, women with the language of city guys who work their jobs at the bottom of the buildings. So vulgar. I don't recommend it at all. The only positive point, the location and the view, the rest extremely disappointed.

Speaking of the staff, the team of waitresses were rude and spoke in a vulgar manner. The language used was completely inappropriate, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere for customers. The team's behavior was borderline scum, Additionally, the music in the restaurant was extremely loud. I understand they are trying to create ambiance, but it shouldn't come at the expense of guest comfort. The loud music made it difficult to converse with my table companions, which totally ruined our meal. As far as food quality goes, it was a disaster. I ordered a kebab taco, but the meat was rubbery and inedible. It was clearly poor quality, which is unacceptable for a restaurant that claims to serve decent food. Finally, it's really a shame that this place has such an attractive location. Unfortunately, the quality of service, food and attitude of the staff made my experience so bad that I will never set foot in this restaurant again. In conclusion, I strongly advise against Best Cappuccino... The slow service, loud music, order errors, vulgar behavior of the waitress team and poor quality of food make it a place to avoid. There are definitely much better options in Montreux, so don't waste your time and money on this disappointing establishment.

20 minutes of waiting to take the order, (it's almost okay, I'm understandable) until the Mr. Waiter takes the luxury of opening a conversation with a couple of friends who had just arrived, and of course take their order and serve them. There are better in Montreux, that was the case since we went elsewhere.

Great location by the lake. Tip: sit on the terrace. Beautiful view over the lake and the Alps. Unfortunately we had a cloudy day 😀 Service is friendly and accommodating. Prices reasonable.

Very surprising access to the tables in the middle of the passage which makes entry difficult, you have to squeeze through. Totally overwhelmed service even if not full. Desperate customers looking to pay are asked to do so at the cash register on their way out. After 30 minutes we couldn't order a simple cappuccino so we left
