Food, location and atmosphere were amazing! The servers were clear and had humor when serving. In life, as we know, it’s a giving and taking… come with bad mood, don’t be surprised if the service is not your favorite. We loved our experience here and stayed extra long because of how enjoyable it was. Merci!!

Really bad, pasta severely overcooked and chewy. Unwelcoming and rude staff. Expensive for the horrible quality they offer. Completely ruined our experience. The only plus is the nice terrace, but that's not nearly enough to make it worth it. Stay away if you're looking for a pleasant peaceful meal that leaves you happy and satisfied.

At the end of the day I added Filume!!!!!! excellent, exquisite, mouth-watering.. I also made the slipper!!!! I felt at home, a bit in Italy, excellent service, courteous and friendly!!!! I will definitely be back!!!! Thank you😘

Rather cold reception, we were made to wait in a corner (we were bold enough not to book), and then we were quickly seated. Decent dishes nothing more, arrives at 9:30 p.m. the staff starts running everywhere, clears quickly because at 10:00 p.m. everything must be closed... apart from the pleasant location, quite disappointing. What a shame, La Nona's little restaurant has become a factory in 2023 (tables on top of each other, endless waiting, etc.). Beware of the dessert scam, they are offered to you on a tray (defrosted) but be careful: they will be on your bill for at least 10.- each. We locals leave the place to the tourists with a bitter feeling….too bad but maybe one day you will regret it. I give 2 stars for the cuisine, the culinary transmission was well done.

I had read several reviews talking about the staff and we didn't have a very good experience in this regard either. One of the waiters who served us was anything but friendly. The one who took us to the table when we arrived on the other hand was quite friendly. The food was good. The restaurant has a very nice terrace with views of the lake. Normal prices for the area. We ordered a half portion for a 3 year old girl and they told us that they did not make half portions. They have a park next to the restaurant where children can play.

Visited three times, three times satisfied. The food and service were very good. The seating could be more inviting (old cushions and broken chairs) as could the menu display in front of the restaurant. Otherwise, gladly again.

Example of beef in brioche bread is shredded stew in a brioche with fries and salad. Large and thick ravioli with dry stuffing in a strange thick tasteless sauce and 7 ravioli crushed with parmesan. Only the squid is worth tasting but be careful cold. Expensive and bland open white wine Bottle of lukewarm sparkling water even though it's hot, the tables are small and the plastic tablecloths really don't look good. Very very poorly seated Stay expensive... Restaurant empty in winter and crowded in summer

Friendly welcome and service. No waiting, everything follows within a pleasant time frame. Beautiful shaded terrace. We had booked on the site, confirmed by email. With a friend, each a plate of different pasta. Very tasty. Correct quantity. The only downside is the price, a little high in my opinion. Fr106.- for two plates of pasta, an aperitif (kir), a small bottle of sparkling water and an aperitif in the form of a small 50g salmon tartare.

I didn't have a proper meal, just snacks and drinks but not impressed with the food and especially not with the waiters' attitudes. It's unfortunate because it's a beautiful spot.

Although there have been negative reviews about the staff, I personally don't have any negative comments. The staff was friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The food was decent, although the pasta Ragu consisted mostly of pasta with tiny tiny chunk of meat. In my opinion, the portion size was a bit small.

Very inappropriate comment when I announced that I was coming with my dog. “Dogs can’t stay home on a Saturday night.” And when I asked for his name he refused to give his identity. Obviously I can't talk about the kitchen because I haven't been in a place with such disrespectful people.

The staff was totally overwhelmed, had made reservations and were not prepared at all. Long waiting times, wrong food delivered and at different tables. (At the neighboring table he wanted to order a pizza for the guest as a way to make up for it. He couldn't replace the wrongly ordered food, it would probably take too long) The worst Italian food ever. Neapolitan cuisine? Please go back to Napoli to see what they're serving up. I love this little family restaurant, the owner always welcomes us incredibly well, the dishes are tasty, the nonna sometimes even comes to cook, I love it! Also their summer terrace is very bucolic, and tastefully decorated interior.

Beautiful and charming place on the waterfront. Romantic decoration with small lights. We tasted a caprese salad, pasta with sausage and a rib steak. Everything was very good. The only drawback is that the restaurant must close at 22:00.

Not attentive and cold service. We have the impression of being intrusive and the wait was exaggerated. Added to this are table neighbors who are particularly noisy and who listen to each other talk but who speak for everyone, enough to ruin an evening at the restaurant when you find yourself imposing the conversation of others. And finally the kitchen, the purpose of our visit, which really does not compensate for the rest which makes us regret not having gone elsewhere. We finished our plates on principle, but will not return.

Two stars because they still accept people of color, but not children. Disabled people who have tics I didn't ask.

Very poor welcome and not at all friendly service. No children's menu or possibility of making a child-sized portion even though my son is 6 years old, it's unfortunate. We are refused after an extra portion of fries (I have 3 children) even though we order them extra and they appear on the menu. Really disappointing to be so uncommercial and friendly when you choose to do a service job.

I've never been there, but I would like to support the team for their courageous choice to offer a restaurant... preferably... without children. I myself have four and we can perfectly love children and support their position. I would have even gone further in the reasoning by establishing, for example, from 14 years old. There are enough classic restaurant choices to not make this situation a nuisance. Peace and bon appetit!

Expensive for the meal Maus it's still good. On the other hand, the Tiramisu made last with three biscuits soaked in coffee and a mountain of crème fraîche, nothing to do with real Tiramisu. Big disappointment.

We were very well received. The meals were very good! An atmosphere like in the South of Italy. The staff was very friendly: they speak French, Italian and English! We recommend this restaurant.

The service is attentive and very pleasant, but putting the bills on all the tables at 10 p.m. on a Saturday evening to close quickly on the chef's orders is more inappropriate, especially having accepted our 8:30 p.m. reservation. All the tables were shocked by the process, and clearly we will not be coming back after this bad episode, including the chef shooting down her staff in public. I still give it 2* because the servers were very professional and very embarrassed, and the place was pretty. But the owner's behavior removes the other 3 stars.

We went with friends to dinner last night and all four of us loved this place. To begin with, the setting is very beautiful with a very very pleasant terrace. The staff and service was top notch; They are very friendly, professional and we felt a real pleasure in sharing with their customers. The dishes were not only beautiful to look at but also delicious. A very nice discovery!

I finally found the real atmosphere of an Italian family restaurant with its fresh pasta and its tasty cuisine made by the mamma and the nonna in the kitchen. The service is warm. The setting is also idyllic, in front of pine trees plunging over the lake. It's a little corner of Paradise. I always feel like I'm there on vacation.

A restaurant that doesn't like children doesn't like life. You should consider moving if the play area, the children, or their parents are bothering you.

DO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT WITH CHILDREN! We reserved a table the day before, mentioning that we were coming with a stroller. The person told us that they do not have a children's chair or children's menu, without us asking the question as if she wanted to put us off coming with a child...We should have canceled at this stage but we kept our reservation . The next day we arrived there, the owner made a very strange face when she saw us arriving with a stroller, she immediately asked us if we had informed them that we were coming with a child, we replied yes. She makes us understand that it is very annoying for her and places us at a table. We ask if they have a changing table, the owner very dishonestly tells us no and loudly in front of all the customers "you can't change him here, go outside! » great welcome! She subsequently ignored us throughout the meal...This restaurant is next to a playground, too bad, the owner should specify that she does not wish to welcome children...

On March 27 we booked for 1:30 p.m. we were a family of 4 adults, a 4 year old child and a baby. Already (but we were warned on the phone) they do not have baby chairs. We ordered starters and hot dishes, and asked for buttered pasta (not much choice) for our daughter. We waited 2 hours to receive only three plates, starters and hot dishes at the same time. My mother-in-law never received her dish, and our daughter never received her pasta. She herself asked 4 times, the last time she said “sir I’m really hungry” to which he replied “me too. This is finally where I decided to leave with my family. They made no move and crudely justified themselves before apologizing. This is by far the worst experience I have had in Vevey, and here I am simplifying. Bad service, staff not at all nice. I will definitely not come back and I will never recommend it, quite the opposite.

Italian excellence, authentic home cooking with mother and daughter at the stove and a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. What more could you want? Oh yes, in front of the restaurant there is also a children's park so the little ones can distract themselves and stay in sight while enjoying excellent Neapolitan cuisine and more.

It used to be a great family place. We went today and it was a disappointment. They have changed the name (now it is called Filume) and the menu. The quality of the food went down. Smaller portions for higher prices. The worst thing was their policy change regarding children. We had our 2-year old son with us. I asked for the high chair for him to sit in (because I knew they had one in the past). They told me that they do not have one any more. I suggested that they should get one. Then, the waiter told me that with the playground right next to them, the restaurant was full with children. So they decided not to provide a chair and menu for children. So, I asked them straight if they do not want children in their restaurant and he replied with a simple “yes”. Honestly, it is the first time that someone replies like that in my face that we are unwelcome after being a regular customer in the past years. Very disappointing… Not recommended for families or for anyone actually.
