Bakery with good bread options in the center of Lutry. Our favorites being the Nordic, corn and walnut bread. The cakes are delicious. The staff very friendly.

The service is deplorable. All the customers looked at each other in the queue for bread several times, not understanding the way the waitresses spoke to the customers. For my part, I don't go back there anymore, knowing that right next door in Paudex, people smile, are friendly and the prices are not exorbitant. Here 7.- a braid, 8.- the cookie, really? Soon, 5.- the croissant or what?

Excellent pastry... prices a little high CHF 7 per slice and especially not displayed... waitress a little pushy too bad because we don't have time to look and discover.

Not acceptable !! I bought a mille-feuille in the Lutry pastry shop. What a bad and unpleasant surprise to see a praline buttercream instead of a real pastry cream as the recipe requires. This is not the reflection and seriousness of the great Pastry shop, and of your brand too.

We have been customers here in Lutry since the opening. But as prices rise in a stratospheric elevator, we go there less often. I just had a bad experience last weekend. Market day, a little hungry? A ham croissant. Sold for 5.40 to take away! This is a good seller and it will be difficult to find more expensive on the Lake Geneva region... More serious, the croissant is filled with a pink, compact and dry mass. Homemade? Worse still, the dough is not cooked, it remains soft and translucent around the stuffing. I know it is difficult to perfectly cook puff pastry filled with ham puree but at such a price it would be useful to review the cooking method and the choice of products. Next time I'll go to the nearby butcher's shop, the croissants there are very appetizing. Obviously the Moutarlier house does not respond to any opinion, whether good or bad, which is a shame… I found last Saturday, at the Riponne market, an excellent ham croissant for 2.80.-…just a little smaller?

Frankly, way too expensive. Small sandwiches, little choice.. orange juice at 8chf.. Still a long way to go to reach the prices that are offered... We need to wake up and stop taking people for pigeons!! Disappointing !

They hoovered the shop and cleaned the coffee machines with customers trying to enjoy the patisserie - impossible with the noises generated. Unfortunately this did even continue after pointing out that the cleaning noises are a very unpleasant backdrop.

It’s 9:10 a.m. no more bread, no more croissants or pain au chocolat. I wonder why open! And that’s because this is far from the first time I’ve written this review. If you are lucky enough to have some, they are good pastries (price accordingly of course). The bread is good but value for money and quantity is still average. So for the bakers: It would be cool to review your quantities! THANKS

I have rarely been treated so poorly in an establishment where I am a client. I spent thousands of francs on birthday cake and other pastries but it is more than certain that I will never set foot there again. I stop there with my daughter and order 3 pain au chocolat and a sandwich. My daughter takes a few minutes to choose and the attendant makes us feel that it annoys her. I don't pay attention to it. I pay and ask before leaving if there are toilets because my daughter has a pressing need. He tells me NO, the toilets are exclusively for team-room customers and he adds, they are not public toilets!!! And all with an aggressive tone as if I had come to beg and I was disturbing him in his work. In fact, what you need to understand is that this establishment doesn't care about its customers. I had just left 25 chf there but the toilets were no good for us. These companies should clearly be absolutely boycotted!!

Impossible to pay by card or Twint if you don't spend more than CHF 5.- Just science fiction in 2022. It would cost the Moutarlier family too much. Given the prices charged by this brand, they must really be having a difficult time making ends meet.

One of the best bakeries in Lutry..the large cakes are delicious (with red fruits and dark chocolate..) and the croissants and pain au chocolat are delicious in the morning...

It's 7:15, certainly early given the official opening time at 7:30...but two employees are inside, they can't think of anything more proactive to do than close the curtain in my face and letting me freeze to death outside instead of at least letting me wait 15 minutes in the warm or failing to sell me a few croissants before opening time... Ridiculous, poorly polite, unfriendly...

Minimum of 20.- CHF to pay by card, it’s really excessive.

Order of 5 Samba cakes for a birthday. Magnificent but oh misfortune a poorly written brochure Happy birthday Manon instead of happy birthday Mom. It was a shame and I was very disappointed because it was for the mother of a little one. I think that for the price paid per cake and in addition the wafers counted in addition we can hope to have what we ordered. The cakes were excellent.

Again such a bad expérience here. After ordering and giving the QR code, being refused as a customer because I did not spend 20chf, but only 16chf…no question if I would like another bread or something. Just refused because I happened to have the wrong bank card. Unbelievable. Never again to this place. It’s not a bakery, very often they don’t have bread nor croissants. Passed again today at 10am on Saturday and nothing. Why, I have no clue...

Patchy quality! Using the words from another reviewer: less than half of the time pastries are delicious and freshly made and the other more than half of the time they are not! Bought a lemon tart which was clearly at least 24 hours “old” with a soggy almost wet “crust”. Am happy to cash out and pay really (!) expensive pastry when the pastry is really good 👍🏼 unfortunately quality is unreliable and daring to ask in the shop if pastry is fresh of the day and to then get the “who do you think you are/we are” is not a cool experience. Just put the old stuff at half price !

The desserts are excellent and the croissant the best around. However, sometimes old croissants and old bread are sold the next day, which makes the quality "patchy". They add oil to some of their breads so that they can keep it better and sell it over 2 days.

A place that we will certainly avoid, as the staff was so unpleasant on Monday April 5, 2021. We thought that, as other traders do, members of the same family (3 people) were accepted together inside, so that everyone can make their choice. Unfortunately, we were thrown out and the man who worked there was very unpleasant and derogatory both to us and to someone on the phone! Nothing to do with the “Swiss welcome”. To be avoided at all costs because in blatant contrast with the other confectioner in Lutry, where smiles and friendliness are essential.

Quality products, certainly. But there was a big lack of organization on this Thursday, December 24. For a day like this, it would have been necessary to set up before opening the store by already preparing all the bags with the logs and the name of each customer, ready to take away, so that things could sell quickly. This would avoid having to spend 10 minutes per person laboriously searching for orders in the system, and going back and forth throughout the store. Result: queue of 30 people and 45 minutes of waiting in the cold. And covid has nothing to do with it.

For the birthday of my partner who is French, who works in gastronomy, we ordered a Paris Brest. In our opinion, it is the best Paris Brest that we have eaten to date.... I recommend it a thousand times.
