Terrible service. Part of the table had finished eating when I had to go and claim my plate. At the end of the meal, no one comes to clean up and the boss doesn't even apologize when we complain!

Value for money with the really good offer. On the other hand, 15 minutes to take the order. Plus I’m still waiting for the smell of my dessert. After 3 requests and 30 minutes of waiting, still nothing while the other tables barely received it requested. We stink ouuuuuuu

Poorly maintained restaurant , insects on the walls. Waitresses not welcoming. We were a large party and 1 third were sick. The meat was either overcooked or undercooked. Plus, it smelled like fish, probably cooked in the same oil. The pineapple spit was brought with a bowl that contained blood (reservoir used to hold the spit) I strongly advise against

To flee….. Order taken 3 times!!!!! I had my aperitif, my partner had it 10 minutes later…. They still managed to get the wrong dish!!!! More than an hour and a half of waiting before being served with all its inconveniences even though there were only 4 tables, one meat out of 3 was missing. All this took away my appetite a little and at the time of the note no action for all their mistakes from start to finish…. We are really disappointed.

Good Brazilian restaurant with Rodízio...💯💯

I almost never write bad review but this time I had such a bad experiences in years in a restaurant, I would never recommend anyone to go there. We ordered 10 menus and only 9 of us got food at regular intervall and they took about 30 minutes to serve the last person with two small pieces of meat for 55chf(and it was supposed to be unlimited) We complained but nothing exept the waitress laughing at us. Then the waitress offered us one drink for free to apologize for not having dessert then she still charged us for that drink at the end and laughted at us. They added some stuff that we did not even order and the food was really not that good overall. Worst restaurant I have seen in Switzerland so far

We didn't eat rodízio Expensive price for a restaurant with very noisy environment, tables very close to each other, paper tablecloth, some cutlery was missing on the table. the service was slow but we ordered things that took a long time to arrive and ended up not arriving at all. Twice the pineapple arrived and there was only the core of the pineapple so it was hard. Rodízio’s accompaniment is nothing special. The positive things that happened were: the employees were friendly and courteous (running around) and the meat was delicious. Disappointed with this experience I will not return.

The food was excellent, but in terms of people and service, it was very deplorable.. We order the rodizio (all you can eat) at 12:40 p.m., but we are not informed that the kitchen closes at 2 p.m.... so at 2:20 p.m., we wait for the rest, but we are told that the kitchen has been closed for 20 minutes. As a result, the waiters pass the blame on each other and end up accusing the boss of not having done what was necessary to take the order for the aperitif. In addition the waitress begins to invent the menu and kinds of meats that the restaurant does not offer, we wonder who is there to keep up appearances..? We went there as a family this Thursday, May 18 evening. We booked for 7 p.m. We bought vouchers, 8 vouchers and the handling of these vouchers went very well. No 10fr supplement as other people have mentioned in the reviews. Welcome with a smile from the waiters. Pleasant and kind. The + Wide choice of meats. Very good, fragrant meats. Free aperitif to start (mojito style). Waiters in charge of meats attentive, pleasant and kind. One of the two waitresses present is sunny, present, attentive and the service with her was very good! THE - Slightly limited choice of sauces. Rather Asian chili sauce. It would definitely have something Brazilian about it. Choice of toppings: rice, black beans, fried banana, potatoes and polenta. It would have been better to have a salad to go over the meat. (It is only served as a starter but it would be better to have it as a side dish). We were not warned that the kangaroo and the wild boar are by reservation in advance or at the time of booking, nor mentioned on the site, so it's a shame!

I booked with a voucher which they accepted with a supplement of 10fr per person, we were poorly received, the waitress ignored us, when we spoke to her she turned her back on us and sighed. We really wanted to go to a Rodizio again and we saw that this establishment had a bonus on realdeals and it was an opportunity to get to know this establishment. The truth is that we left very dissatisfied. There were some meats that seemed overheated and very hard, little taste and the little flavor it had was burnt, I suppose the flames were very strong and the fries were overheated. The only thing that was saved was the fried plantain and the ham.

Great discovery!! For meat lovers. Dinner as a couple, we ate well. The beef entrecôte meat on slate was excellent with 3 good sauces, fries and vegetables. Fast service, even though it was Sunday evening and the restaurant was almost full!! Heartwarming welcome !! Good evening and I recommend it especially for meat eaters!!!

Everything was perfect. Succulent rodizio, perfect horse steak, impeccable perch fillets, all the accompaniments and sauces are homemade, the homemade hot sauce is slightly garlicky and keeps its promises in terms of spiciness (I'm a chili-head it's slightly tingling but it's 'is really delicious), the welcome and the service are impeccable. And what's more, it's open on Sundays at 3 p.m. 🤣 9 months later still on top!

I had good real deals. The servers were very pleasant. They were not at all stingy with meat and very frequently came with the skewers. The meat is of good quality and varied. As accompaniment there were potatoes, polenta and fried bananas. They served us side dishes without problem as well as sauces. The gentlemen with the skewers were very friendly. For the winter, the insulation of the windows perhaps needs to be improved because there was cold air passing through and which was very disturbing.

First experience in this restaurant following a realdeals offer and surely the last too. Very long service, hygiene leaves something to be desired and food not at the top. We were served wine with midges, sauces that were all dry, it looked like they had been there for days... In short! Bad experience! I don't advise.

We had bought a Real Deals voucher, the restaurant was half empty but we were placed at a table with a hole in the floor. If we don't want a voucher, we don't promote it. The haughty and arrogant boss. On the voucher there are no restrictions on reservation days, but when booking it is only on certain days and at midday. Left to our own devices, 30 minutes before asking ourselves what we want to drink. The waiter drops the rodisio's bar to the ground but serves the customers as if nothing. The hygiene is questionable... the service is of the same level... we had a dessert included, we did not have it. When we added, we wanted to pay in cash, but we couldn't because the waitress left with the purse. How can we have a restaurant like that in Lausanne, the hygiene controller must have died. Consistency from start to finish in mediocrity. Simply avoid!

Go your way. So, having a voucher to redeem for a meal, the restaurateur invents his own conditions to make you pay more, insinuating your mythomania when you tell him that the conditions when purchasing a voucher are not there to be modified afterwards. What a shame.

We made a reservation at this restaurant expecting a huge treat. When the waitress arrived, very unpleasant, zero courtesy, not even good evening, nothing, she threw the plates on the table, we did not have the several meats mentioned on the “rodízio” and when we asked the boss why? So supposedly we weren't served, well because we arrived late! In short, the pitiful service and expensive for the quality, TO AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Old restaurant worthy of renovation. We came for a private prepaid event, we waited over an hour and a half for someone to come and ask us if we wanted something to drink, terrible service, they spilled the meat on the table and people and without excuses. Reservation for 8 p.m. We were seated at a table which was not set and where a chair was missing which we had to manage to find. After 30 minutes, we signaled our presence to the waitress who replied “we have to be patient”… another waitress passed by and we asked her if it was possible to order at least something to drink while we waited, response: “it’s not me who takes care of the terrace”… meanwhile, the one who seems to be the boss is stirring the air in front of the door… After an hour sitting without anyone coming to take care of us (neither card nor proposal of drink,…) we decide to leave and we report it to the waitress who addresses us with a “pleasant” “I can’t do everything”…. In short, bad experience which leaves no desire to come back.

Terrible service! We chose the rodizio all-you-can-eat menu (Chz 75/pers). We were sitting at the table from 7:30am to 11:30pm where 90% of the time was waiting for food. The picanha was served to us once and it was not in good condition. Then they invited us to leave. We were deceived by whoever runs this pseudo rodízio restaurant.

Absolutely sensational food and even better service . Germano , the owner himself and their colleagues made us fell so welcomed . Food is absolutely amazing/ fresh / loads of meat and lovely atmosphere. After too much fancy restaurants all we wanted is to be treated as at home . Must visit !!!! This is my 2nd visit, the first was satisfactory. If the concept of an all-you-can-eat Rodizio menu has proven itself and is attractive, this is not the case with the service which is detestable in this restaurant. Too much waiting between dishes and meats, unable to properly serve what is on the menu - we order a plate of mixed cold cuts, it arrives well after the starters from the all-you-can-eat menus, without cheese, the waitress leaves with the plate. .. Then comes back a long time later with the same plate: "sorry, there's no more cheese".. Not very professional.. It continues with the rodizio, the house displays 12 meats, the waiter asks you which meat you want and he answers: ah no it's not.. Still not very professional Then we bring you a small plate with a few fritters, bananas and fries, we tell you it's for 2! And you have to re-order of course! With the impression of disturbing what looks like the boss or head of the room, whose smile must surely come by mistake. So it's up to you, depending on your tolerance. I've decided: I don't recommend this restaurant and I don't go there anymore.
