Le Panetier in Vernier

I just got out of my first and last time in this horrible place. The waitress was very unpleasant, I asked for a hot dog 🌭 just horrible, the worst part was that she saw that it wasn't going well and nothing. I don't recommend this place 😡

No customer consuming on site and after 10 minutes I left without buying anything because the employee was too busy reading pieces of paper. Great customer service. I can't imagine the lunch service

Kitchen ok but waiter (gray shirt, close to fifty, passing today 05/07/2023) unfriendly. From the first approach, he indulges in familiarities and ends up talking to us really, really badly. Training to be reviewed urgently. There is a minimum of respect to be had for customers; especially since we came regularly, until today…. ❌

Very friendly staff but I was sold products that were not fresh.

Nice welcome from the waitress who is very smiling and helpful. The coffees are just exquisite!!
