Be careful at the front desk. Their service staff are scammers one after another. When I first arrived at the hotel, a receptionist told me that the parking fee was 50 cents per hour. The next day I stopped at the door and asked the receptionist again. He told me that it would cost 30 Swiss francs to park overnight. When I told him about the parking fee on the first day, he told me that parking for 11 hours on the first day would cost 22 euros (note that they told me on the first day It’s 50 cents an hour). Finally, I asked him if there was any free parking nearby. He told me that there was only a McDonald’s nearby that had free parking and it would have to leave at 8 o’clock tomorrow morning. People like us who live in Europe don’t know about McDonald’s. Are all parking spaces free? I was not familiar with the place, so I parked in their hotel for two nights and charged me nearly 50 francs. There was free parking directly opposite and next door to their hotel. The next day was a legal holiday and you could park for free on the road. The damn fat man never mentioned it, use this money to buy you a coffin, you won't live much longer at your weight, and your originally happy journey was ruined by you, a liar!

Great hotel located just outside Geneva airport.. cozy rooms, great staff and positive vibe!! Breakfast spread is quite good! We stayed for a night and became a fan of the hotel.. from outside it looks like a run down property, however the rooms and lobby is fantastic.. Will definitely recommend

Very good treatment, a very nice hotel, and very comfortable if you are going to use the airport next door. The small details you find when you arrive at the room are appreciated.

It is possible to refuse to sign this paper, because of course this is an abuse on the part of the hotel. Perhaps one day they will change their policy? In the meantime, every time I'm threatened that they won't give me the room I booked online if I don't sign the paper, I have to tell them that their policy is simply illegal and that they can cancel the room for me, but that it's up to them to inform the online booking sites that they refuse entry to customers who don't accept direct debits on their cards... As luck would have it, this unblocks the situation. In short, really good rooms, just a lousy policy. (And don't agree to sign the papers they hand you if they're unacceptable, nor the illegal pressure tactics).

Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. The room was clean and the hair dryer had a good flow of air. Stayed here for 2 nights. However, instead of staying for consecutive nights, I stayed there for one night, then traveled from Geneva Airport to another country for one night, then came back and stayed here for one night. I left my carry-on bag with me while I went to another country. It was helpful. A free shuttle bus runs to and from the airport. Reservations are not required from the airport to the hotel, but from the hotel to the airport, you must specify a time when checking in. From the airport, go straight through the arrival gate and the hotel shuttle bus stop is just outside. Shuttle buses for nearby hotels leave from the same location. The first night, I waited there leisurely and then the shuttle bus came and I took it. I wanted to take the shuttle bus at the hotel's first departure at 5:50 the next morning, but when I asked when I checked in, I was told that it was already full and I couldn't take it anymore. I had no choice but to book a taxi, but the meter cost me 20.7CHF... On the second night, my flight to Geneva was delayed and I couldn't catch the last shuttle bus, so I had to take a taxi again... Even though there was a shuttle bus, I couldn't use half of it...The homepage said to contact me if you're going to be late, but since I'm overseas, I can't make phone calls, so I sent an email, but they didn't notice. . I can't help it... I think we were unlucky with the shuttle bus, but the staff were smart and helpful, and the breakfast and room were good.

Hotel Room and Airport shuttle was excellent. Two female check-in staff members were very rude during my recent experience. I arrived at 11 AM after a 12-hour flight journey while fasting. Despite my request for an early check-in, one receptionist told me to wait due to server issues. After waiting for nearly an hour, I approached another receptionist, who curtly informed me that check-in was only possible at 3 PM. After two more hours, I tried again and was met with similar rudeness. Eventually, around 2:20 PM, I was given a room. However, the checkout staff, Mr. Karim and another young lady, were friendly and helpful. It's important to ensure that staff members are young and friendly to handle situations professionally. Additionally, a 3 PM check-in time is not acceptable in many hotels worldwide, and this should be addressed.

I have been going to NH for several years. Never been disappointed. Really great service and friendliness and professionalism from the staff at the top. Very good and generous breakfast. I especially appreciate the service for the eggs, made to order, and the bircher. Breakfast at 6:00 a.m. and even earlier with less choice, a great deal if you have to leave early. I really recommend.

The staff really make this hotel a fantastic short stay location. They could not be any more helpful, even after checkout. They stored my baggage before check-in so I could explore the city, they gave me a free travel pass for the tram, and they stored my bags after checkout and organised a free airport transfer. Customer service is absolutely top notch. They all seem to speak 3+ languages too, which is nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable too, but a minor gripe is that my double bed was two singles pushed together with single bedding, which was a little unusual! The TV has barely any channels but if you're here on holiday, you won't be watching it much anyway. I stayed in the "quiet zone", but there were several very noisy children screaming and parents playing children's TV at full volume through the night, so that was a little annoying, but not the hotel's fault. A drinks menu with prices would be nice in the bar area, and a restaurant menu with prices in your room would drive sales. Decor is great and the building is well maintained. The location is close to the airport on a quiet retail estate, five minutes from the main tram route to town or CERN. Make sure you check out the Alpine Garden and Reptile House over the road too!

Enjoyed my stay here! Only had one night in Geneva so decided to stay close to the airport. This hotel is great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy peasy shuttle service to the airport, and short 5 minute walk to the tram into the center of Geneva. My room was very clean and fresh. Great value and would stay here again!

This place is overall a great value, especially if you need a quick place to bunk before/after a flight. Easy shuttle to and from airport running pretty early/late. The beds are firm and the pillows soft. Plenty of lighting options, well stocked bathroom (hairdryer, soap, etc.) hotel is clean and well kept. If you are a light sleeper you can hear the sounds of planes take off/landing, but they are often pretty brief (45sec at most) and happen most frequently during day (only heard 2 flights on a Friday night between 10pm-1am).

J'ai séjourné hier, j'ai été sincèrement choqué par l'état de la chambre. La chambre était rempli de poussière ( j'ai du faire moi-meme la poussière car je suis allergique).Uniquement, deux coussins sur le lit. Baignoire rouillé & l'évacuation bloqué de la baignoire, j'ai mettre une pince a cheveux pour évacuer l'eau après la douche, les serviettes veille et désagréable, ni repassé. Franchement, je suis pas difficile mais c'est pas un 4* du tout, 2* hotel c'est le niveau que j'ai vu hier. I stayed at the hotel last night, I was horrified by the state of the room, very very cold, very dusty ( I had to remove the dust myself with tissues because I'm allergic) There were only 2 pillows on the bed, the shower was rusty and the evacuation water was broken and blocked, I had to use a hair pin to let the water evacuate after the shower, the towels were not ironed, old and very uncomfortable. I'm not very difficult person to please but clearly that wasn't a service of a 4* only the price was a 4* otherwise I would not give it a 2*. I'm a member of NH hotels and was very very chocked.

Für _eine_ Business-Übernachtung geeignet, liegt weit außerhalb von Genf, nähe Flughafen. Das Hotel ist etwas abgewohnt, leider waren das Restaurant und die Bar geschlossen - wenn man abends etwas essen will, muss man weit laufen oder fahren. Das Frühstück ist Corona-bedingt umorganisiert, hier hat man sich etwas einfallen lassen!

I stayed for one night i was suppose to receive a package, It came late from another hotel. Before i leave i told them i’ll pay for the shipping once they get the package they were suppose to send to me! They never send it they took my credit card info and I signed an agreement to pay once i get the package I got nothing since October 2019

Very friendly staff. Great buffet in the morning. Loved my stay here. Very affordable as well. Only problem is that it’s very close to the airport so lot of noise from incoming and outgoing flights during the day. So can’t leave the windows open. With windows closed there is no noise.

Gutes Hotel direkt am Flughafen. Nettes Personal. Zimmer groß, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr gut. Im TV alle deutschen FreeTV Sender empfangbar. Mein Zimmer war sehr leise, hab von Fluglärm nichts mitbekommen.

This is a good one. Very convenient location, walking distance to the train that gets you to the center of Geneva in 18 minutes. Hotel offers free train pass for your entire stay. Free transfer to the airport as well and you don't need to reserve it. Full bar, but they are running out of whiskey for some reason. Full restaurant as well. Nice rooms and good service.

Very outdated and 80s atmosfeer. Rooms are clean but feel extremely outdated. Prices are high and service is extremely limited. For a family stay I would not recommend it

Nice hotel staff is polite and funny

Personale cordiale e gentile. Staza doppia comoda e spaziosa, box doccia da rifare, si allaga il bagno dopo la doccia. Trapunta sintetica troppo calda. Colazione buona se non fosse che si mettono a friggere le uova in sala senza una adeguata aspirazione, esci dalla sala colazione che sembra tu abbia lavorato in una rosticceria. Ok per qualche notte vicino all'aeroporto ma non di più. Comoda navetta gratuita.

The room was clean and ok but the restaurant needs urgently Gordon Ramsy and the kitchen nightmares! The prices are extremely high especially if you are a visitor. The food comparing to Macdonalds is worse! Bad quality frozen food, that is cooked badly. On the other hand the staff was really polite and obviously is not their fault if the hotel had chosen to serve that bad food that advertise as fine dining cuisine. Thanks god Easy jet paid for it.

Super hôtel! C’est la deuxième fois que je viens au NH airport pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport. Navette gratuite, chambre confortable et service au top. Un avis spécial pour Mounir de la réception qui nous a accueilli avec un sourire (charmant) et une qualité de réception digne de ce nom. Je reviendrai.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Empfangshalle machte allerdings mehr her, als mein Zimmer, dass schon in die Jahre gekommen war. Abgeplatzter Laminat-Bodenbelag und fehlende Dichtungen in der Dusche, die das Bad beim Duschen schwimmen ließen, blieben mir besonders in Erinnerung. Sehr gut kam das inklusive Nahverkehrsticket für alle möglichen Verkehrsmittel an. Mit der Tram in die Stadt und dem Wassertaxi so oft man wollte übern See war die Tour genial. Beim Frühstück gab es nichts zu meckern, sogar frische Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet.
