Bad service, 15 minutes to be served every day of the year they shoot funeral heads. You don't have to come to work. Honestly looking forward to the center opening a new bakery.

Calm atmosphere, welcoming staff. Too bad the quality is not there and the prices are overrated.

I have been coming here for breakfast almost every morning for years. The staff has hardly changed; It's a good sign. The spill is very good. It's the only place where I can drink coffee without adding sugar! To recommend!

I don't recommend it, I don't know if it was a salesman or manager who served me but he was drunk working with terrible service. I took a mille-feuille at almost 5 balls for a ridiculous portion with a horrible taste (too compact and tasteless like pastry cream and you can't even taste the strawberry coulis) I suspect even if it's not a product from the day before, it's so bad! I returned the mille-feuille and the only thing the gentleman told me was that he was a bad pastry chef and no apology or refund. Honestly pathetic and horrible

This is theft. The prices are totally outrageous! And what's more, the quality is not there. It's really not great and scandalously expensive, I wouldn't go back. And hygiene is not there. The floor is dirty... The waitresses are friendly, the only positive point of this place.

Coffee is good, sandwiches cold as ocean.

I have been going there for years with my family but today I found insects in my sandwich. I went to complain to an employee who removed the insects before showing it to his manager who came and my throws away a plate with a new sandwich, telling me that it wasn't her fault and that what's more, she hadn't seen any insects. I explained that I preferred to get a refund rather than eat insects again and she said to take the sandwich to my house and leave. It’s a horribly disgusting place in every way, I wouldn’t recommend it to absolutely anyone.

This place has changed name and no longer cosy how it used to be. However the price is correct. As for the interior, i am sorry to say so, it's been cheaply decorated.

Not many choices for grabbing a bite to eat with friends in this place but practical in a shopping center

The waitress and saleswoman are friendly. Everything is good, sweet and salty. I have been faithful to it for more than 10 years.....I like the new version a little less, the small corners of tables and benches were more intimate. We didn't participate in the neighbors' conversations.

Bad and bad service, I ordered a salad and unfortunately, there was a long hair in my salad, disgusting 😲😨. Unprofessional service, waitresses could wear a hat and tie their hair up properly. We expect improvement.

Friendly welcome, great choice. But toilets with an access code and poorly designed for small children do not make sense.

Dirty, even though there are no customers. non-existent service... Finally, it's more interesting to chat with friends while people are waiting to have a sandwich.... Well done... I definitely don't recommend it.

To avoid ! Their expensive “cappuccino” is black coffee with a mini shot of coffee creamer. The desserts are often dry, and the staff are unfriendly. For the price, go to a real pastry chef!

This place was friendly and the products were good but since the renovation, fortunately there are waitresses who brighten up this place which has become cold like a bad cafeteria.

Good restaurant near the main entrance of Balexert. Large selection of first-class meals and desserts. You can also buy food to take away directly from the entrance. It has enough space and comfortable chairs.

Recent renovation. Too bad the atmosphere is no longer there.

The coffee éclairs weren't delicious, the patisserie must be on vacation. ..

Highly recommended cafe. The selection includes - various cakes "salted". Salads, soup and smaller menus. Very tasty cakes in the afternoon. Good coffee and good selection of cold drinks. Self service. A comfortable sofa corners. Easily doable with a wheelchair. And what also counts, friendly and helpful staff.

The lady running the cash register at the sandwich counter outside the cafe proper routinely shortchanges people, particularly preying on non francophone tourists. I lost some coins the first day. The second day she tried to shortchange me 10 franks!

Unpleasant welcome, no smile, depending on the day and the waitress. Terrible coffee, and above all, everything is very expensive and not very full, (sandwiches, tartlets 4.- with barely 4 mini slices of apples of 1 millimeter) the quality is passable. It is better at Migros and cheaper. Go on your way...

Deplorable service. Our coffee was not made as we wanted and she had not done it yet. She was told to rectify the situation. She poured coffee, telling us that's how it was here and didn't want to reimburse us. Plus she started shouting at us and the other employees. In short, it was disgusting.

Coffee of very poor quality and much too hot, systematic refusal to make me another one. Terrible service and employee with a very negative attitude when I asked for another "shot". Many other superior options in Geneva.

My very first breakfast in Geneva was at this outlet and I still remember it to this day. I still remember the delightful pastry I had with my coffee. I chose it because of its location, which is close to the entrance facing the Ibis hotel. Plus the colours are really inviting.

The place is clean and cozy, a really great cafe if you want to sit and work in a corner or spend some quality time with friends. Coffee is great, so was the croissant I got (although it was cold). The only drawback I felt was about the number of staff - felt it was quite understaffed and couple of people there were working really hard to keep up. I waited for quite a while but couldn't even get a chance to get the wifi password, but the balexert wifi works great for an hour.
