You know what ? A restaurant like this feels good. I went there without looking at the comments and there... I admit that it deserves, by far, the maximum! The quality of the food (charcoal and homemade fries!) is there, the magical atmosphere and now the staff. Bravo for your work. Despite two large tables for birthdays, we were served without delay (I was surprised), and thank you again for the little attention to having put on the music for the little one's birthday, this attention touched us. Very pleasant place. Extremely attentive staff with impeccable professionalism. Nice card that whets your appetite!!! Our choice fell on charcoal galore for 4 people. The meat was exceptional, the sauces delicious and the fries crispy. For dessert, the caramel flan is a real treat. I highly recommend this excellent family restaurant!!!!

3.- for tap water for which I already pay taxes it is a shame. Unfriendly waitress. Very good food though. It's a shame. I don't think I'll come back. I don't find it normal to commercialize a public resource which belongs to the canton, to the confederation and in no way to any private company whatsoever.

It's a shame to go to a restaurant and see lasagna served at 23 chf, industrial and not great. They look like those from Migros. If you can't handle dishes, don't offer them. It’s also a shame to offer beer from the north of France when we have plenty of good breweries in the area. Otherwise the pizza and the veggie burger are ok and the service is very friendly but does not compensate for the level of the cuisine.

Formerly a listed building abandoned in the fields at the beginning of the century, after renovation and development, the Vieux Pressoir welcomes you on the heights of the Rondeau de Carouge with a large shaded terrace and an open interior space: you can eat there on the floor below the old renovated frame or at the counter set up on the lower level. Very greasy cuisine, basic pizza with low quality ingredients, Ikea style decor inside. Taste is missing as much on the plate as in the decoration.

Excellent beef charbonnade! Quality meat and unlimited for 40fr! I highly recommend ! On the other hand, the wine is really expensive but they have to make up for it somewhere. I really recommend in any case for the beef charcoal!

hello I was there on March 10 with my friend and his sister, for us 2nd time.bone cuisine, place, nice ms but service to be reviewed. and there are only 4 places of park and locked you must reserve your table and your place of park. good wines even if a little expensive. and there are plastic tents like igloos, so cool. My friend and I will definitely come back. State in Valais we appreciate Crouge and surroundings. The restaurants have more reasonable prices for the most part. go there it's worth it

Since the takeover by the new owner, we have appreciated the continuity and quality. The choice of daily specials is varied and rich in every sense of the word. The two Portuguese dishes on the menu are a delight and a challenge for big eaters.

I was looking for a place to eat on the terrace and I passed this magnificent restaurant, the same evening I went to eat there and honestly, a great restaurant. Impeccable service, with great care for customers, super friendly and pleasant. The terrace and the locking system are also super pleasant. The meals were delicious! I will definitely go back and I highly recommend eating there.

9 of us came without an invitation and what can we say about the welcome! Smiling, charming and very friendly. We had charcoal galore and what can we say about the charcoal, tasty and super tender. Very well served and with a smile! My colleague had a typical Portuguese dish, I felt like I was in Portugal by the beach. What followed were some tiramisùs and cheesecake, so let me tell you that if you dare to say that the portions are stingy you will have business with me! Very generous, bring an extra spoon to share! In summary, very charming, qualified staff and clean service! I recommend this establishment! PS: A small gift from the house at the end of the meal, I might as well tell you that they have a sense of hospitality!

Very good pizza, but the shrimp cocktail was hot, the avocado was a little black, the perch fillets were not the best! The location is great although parking is a bit complicated. The service on the other hand is excellent and the waitresses are super friendly, smiling and helpful!

Having water after 30 minutes and the meal didn't even arrive after 1 hour. Friends had warned us, I advise against it!

Finally our family restaurant reopens its doors at Vigne-Rouge. Covid measures respected, tables at a good distance and beautiful terrace. Blanket for those who are cold and tent for evenings in the rain. Good pizzas, good burgers. You will have to improve the morel sauce by letting the morels soak in the cream for a long time! Dish to improve. A little too much waiting but everything has to fall into place. We will return there for the atmosphere, the terrace, the friendly servers, the reasonable prices and the Nutella donuts!

We bought two takeaway menus. Disgusting fries, burnt hamburgers, really disgusting meat, dessert we're not even going to talk about. Usually I look at Google reviews before going to a restaurant, but here the reviews don't reflect the quality of the restaurant's food at all.

A quality restaurant, both architecturally and culinaryly. A pleasant setting with a very large terrace, excellent for sunny days. Warm, smiling and fast service. And on the plate the flavors are there. I had a steak with café de Paris sauce and the quality of the meat was extraordinary and the sauce creamy. The homemade fries and the fresh vegetable pan were perfect. Thank you again and looking forward to coming back to taste other dishes

A great time spent in a jovial and warm setting. A simple menu offering cooks plenty of time to prepare quality dishes (Alentejana pork carne and excellent carbonnade!). A service that has nothing to complain about and the memory of a good meal on a terrace lit by the setting sun.

Waiting more than 30 minutes for the meal bill and asking for it 4x, all because of a table number error, it's very unpleasant... It would have been in good taste to warn my partner and me that you could not find the bill while apologizing, it costs nothing and is in good taste. It's a shame because the service was pleasant so far and the meal was good...

Ordered two Diavola and a marguerita. One Diavola arrived without salami, and the margherita without extra mozzarella as requested. For 56frs it's very very light. Even if the ingredients are good, it's not worth that price!

Le Vieux Pressoir is a restaurant that offers pizzas and other specialties. You can order takeaway or eat on site. Located about 8 minutes on foot from Rondeau de Carouge, you can also go there by TPG bus, by car, bicycle, motorbike etc... But not yet by helicopter or plane. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The house is an old building which has been completely renovated (therefore a place of historical interest).

Good morning , Pizza ordered to take away on site, 1 hour wait contrary to the 20 minutes announced. Pizza was finally served cold (in my opinion they were ready 30 minutes before, then forgotten). Service from the employee, without real courtesy or polite phrase "here's for you" when she finally gives us the pizza (neither "sorry for the wait" nor even simply "bon appetit or have a good evening" etc. ... ) The pizzas remain decent in terms of taste (after reheating in my own oven, which is a shame). For the price offered, we have the right to expect much better and yet we ask only the simple minimum: welcome, polite words, hot dishes and served on time. Luckily, there are so many other wonderful Italian restaurants in Carouge!

The dishes are really delicious as well as the desserts and the quality of the products a real treat!!!😋 the restaurant calls itself come a casa and b1 it is the case I go there more than regularly and I feel at home there Me and the entire team are wonderful, welcoming, smiling, and professional. Their formula for children appeals to children and parents because the entire menu is offered with a dessert and a drink and I won't tell you the price!!! Because when we see it we will believe it in all that. I continue to go there whether with family, friends, or even alone because there we feel like family like a house so a big thank you to all the team and see you soon as usual😁

Very good dishes, staff a little dissipated but very friendly. They were very charming when I said it was one of the guests' birthday. Small regret, evening with singer (very good indeed and good musical repertoire also) but the sound was very very loud for a restaurant. The idea needs to be reworked ;)
