L'Enclos de Valère in Sion

There is no better. Everything is beautiful there. Everyone is nice. It starts with the manager, and it ends with the cook. So 7 was SUPER GOOD. 10 stars out of 5. Nothing to throw away, nothing to criticize. Just that my lamp didn't turn on. The TOP exterior setting. In the evening it must be this divine. The cozy interior. I arrived at 1:30 p.m., and they accepted me. And I left before the customers who had arrived before left. Will make it very welcoming. The waiter had a very nice shirt. The carpet board is super good and super well presented. And above all delicious. I can already see myself celebrating my 70th birthday and privatizing the restaurant. Hydraulic framework. Very pretty WC, with period furniture. I came away with 38 - I'll definitely come back.

Always a real pleasure!!! The meat was a little undercooked for my taste, but excellent nonetheless. I've been going there for over 30 years and it's always delicious!

Superb restaurant in the town of Sion. We were there for my wife's birthday, we had the tasting menu and everything was very well presented and tasty. The service was very cordial and we really appreciated the attention given to the dessert for my wife's birthday. We weren't able to use the terrace because we came in winter, but in summer the outdoor space is magnificent. If you are passing through Sion, go there without hesitation!

The most beautiful terrace in Sion!

Lunch from the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, an exceptional menu as much to the eye as to the taste. All accompanied by carefully chosen wines. L’Enclos is a safe bet. Small downside, the staff, although very friendly, do not wear uniform clothing and identify with the establishment.

I wanted to thank the entire enclosure team for the service, their professionalism and their kindness during our wedding that we celebrated there! It was perfect and thanks to them we had a wonderful time! Thank you from the heart.

For us, it is undoubtedly one of the best addresses in Sion. The welcome is warm with a really nice team, especially with families. The terrace is worth the trip. The flavors are authentic and original, and the wines always go well together. We really like it and recommend it without reservation! THANKS :-)

Superb place, friendly welcome, very pleasant atmosphere. Cuisine up to what one would expect from such an establishment. The best part is the shaded terrace where it's nice to share a good meal in good company.

Very good service, friendly Large cheese platter Rather traditional cuisine, good meat However, there are some negative points: little work on the side dishes, tomatoes in winter, raw vegetables that are not very tasty. Desserts are everywhere without any originality, which stand out with the price of the menu (panna cotta, crème brûlée...) and a local wine list which is reduced to large productions from Provins and Varone.

Wonderful kiwi terrasse, beautiful flowers and cosy atmosphere. Great stuff, very kind and very friendly! We felt so welcome! They even allowed me to cut a flower (in order to grow it at home). I really would love to return there again when I pass by Sion.

The most beautiful terrace in the city of Sion. The place, almost confidential, is located at the foot of the Château de Valère. We feel far from everything and time stands still! Very kind welcome. Nice card. Fast and efficient service. Well-mastered traditional cuisine. Reservations essential in good weather (and, remember: the “trademark” of central Valais is the sun!). To recommend with eyes closed !

Nice experience for my family. We were here for our 15th wedding anniversary. Perfect combination of haute cuisine and relaxed setting. Food was prepared with care and nicely presented. Ingredients are all local. The wine list is exceptionally local. The selection of cheeses for desert was one of the best I seen in few years. The knowledge and service of the maitre d'hotel was remarkable and if you do like cheese board some time that opportunity you should not miss.

Very good restaurant I was at lunch time and had the menu of the day, everything was very good, in fact some things need to be updated such as the flavor and presentation of the dishes.....new ideas need to be added to the menu....Overall, everything is very tasty. 😋 experience was great, plus they charged extra for dessert 🍨 than was entitled to on the menu.....🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Very beautiful garden and excellent food, very good quality of the food and beautifully presented - recommended at any time. However: we didn't feel welcome at the reception, the staff spilled our dog's water without refilling it and in the end no one took care of our table.
