Totally unprofessional!!! And totally racist entrepreneurs!!Never again!! Only for Swiss guests! The fact that a man would throw me out from under my neck is unbelievable! I am not a man ! And I wasn't drunk! Just because a woman has a lot of money!! Thanks very much! It was very pleasant with you! I come from the catering industry! I serve different mentalities every day, but this is far too much!!! As a unit manager, such personnel were given notice of termination without notice! Nothing more about it! Simply awesome!! I'm shocked !!!

My favorite place in Zurich, the food is always delicious, the staff are great and the Dine&Dance concept on weekends is brilliant. Just to have a drink or something to eat this place is beautiful, friendly and surprising :-)!!!

Unfortunately it wasn't that great. Huge chaos. Food arrived after about 2 hours... Orders were forgotten and although the prices are quite high, the quality of the food was rather sufficient. But the staff was always friendly.

The three of us were at Leos for the first time, Essen and then Oriental Event, service was friendly & courteous. Locally very nice. Starters were great and nice portions. Unfortunately, 2x beef for the main course was not of good quality, too tough. However, the fish was great. Then they came towards us. Thanks for that. We were seated next to the speakers, it was a bit unfortunate and too loud. Generally too loud at the party, the party was cool, with an oriental dancer. Only the DJ has no idea how to play the music to suit the mood of the people. So the whole thing died down and was just annoying after midnight. As feedback for the organizers of the Oriental Party. But we would be happy to come back on another occasion.

Has the management seen the bad reviews at all? Is it not interested in customer's opinion? Management should read them and react immediately!

The service was good but the food was horrible! I found plastic on my plate and it was really disgusting.

Apart from the beautiful ambience, it's a complete disaster. Never seen such an unsympathetic crowd in a bar. You could also call it the sugar daddy bar. I have no idea what else this bar is supposed to represent.

More of a contact bar with arrogant old guys. Bar overflowing with used glasses. The waitress dances around in the stuff. Music and location is OK.

This restaurant has nothing to offer other than the beautiful decor and the great ambience. The menu salad is served with ready-made sauce. The beef died at least three deaths before it ended up on the plate. The service staff didn't really care about the feedback about the bad food; the lady only showed a little emotion when she didn't receive a tip for the terribly unfriendly and slow-motion service. Never ever again!

It wasn't our first time at LEO but we've always enjoyed it so far. A nice restaurant with delicious food. The service can be hectic when the restaurant is full, but they always try to be friendly. The concept with a bar, restaurant and then a party location fits very well and I like it. Nevertheless, the music can get a bit too loud, so eating here earlier in the evening is recommended. We'd love to come back!

Again and again we see how the bouncer doesn't intervene, 3 weeks ago an incident last weekend was exactly the same. Women pick on each other because they are too drunk and you just watch. A bouncer should quickly recognize such things and intervene. Drunk women partying there with older men and behaving very badly doesn't belong in such an elegant bar. We party a lot there with company partners, and that's very disappointing. What does a bouncer do there for? Really questionable

We ordered four drinks. Two have arrived. We waited 45 minutes for the other drinks, which never arrived. Very unprofessional. When we said that we had been waiting for a long time, the employee said: I'm sorry, should I get on my knees now. In the end we didn't have to pay for a Coke and Hugo. At least that.

Every evening I find a beautiful rooftop event in Zurich

The ambience, the service and the food are simply top. I really like the variety from bar to party location with restaurant. I really enjoy coming here for dinner, aperitifs, dancing or even coffee in the afternoon. I would be happy about a larger selection of vegan menus. Unfortunately there is none on the menu, so I always have to order focaccia. This results in one star less. Otherwise great. I'll be back soon. Kind regards, S.

The Leo restaurant in Zurich impresses with an excellent interpretation of Italian cuisine. The superbly prepared dishes, from the pasta cooked to perfection al dente to the aromatic sauces, reflect the authentic flavors of Italy. Ambiance and location: top Food: flop These were the most uninteresting spaghetti ever: soggy, no obvious sauce, bland. The green salad could not come with French sauce. And that despite really generous prices (both for drinks and food). A pity! Once and never again.

Despite appropriate behavior and no unusual behavior, I was suddenly escorted out by the bouncer for no apparent reason. I neither argued nor was I otherwise disruptive. My condition was part of the general festivities and in no way noticeable. It was confusing and frustrating to be excluded without a clear reason. It's a shame that what was actually a promising evening was marred by this inexplicable decision. We reserved a table for 23 people and it was only by chance that we noticed that a private party had been booked through us. The management should be too ashamed, so you don't go around with the customer. We'll see to it that we close the Leo as quickly as possible place a new management otherwise the restaurant would be okay, the management is absolutely incompetent and unusable

Completely overpriced fancy restaurant with tasteless cuisine. There are far better Italian restaurants in Zurich. Nothing to offer apart from the chic location. business lunch Side dishes “Risotto” tasted like jasmine rice cooked in salt, far from a classic risotto. The strips of beef were tough and dipped in an indefinable watery sauce. If you think about a delicious tiramisu like from your last vacation in Italy, you will be bitterly disappointed. Ladyfinger biscuits without amaretto and coffee taste. Strange creation. Access to the terrace during the party is narrow and requires one step No recommendation from me.

Very nice service, unfortunately the tuna was a bit too dry. But the dessert was a delight!

A very nice place but that's about it. The eye eats with us, unfortunately those in the kitchen don't know that. The service is very very bad. Pizza falls on the floor and is still charged! Espresso is forgotten, waiters first re-set the tables or prefer to stand around with their hands in their pockets rather than serve the guests. Drinks were provided at the bar, but no one felt addressed by the waiters, so I fetched the drinks myself. Sorry Franco!

Very nice shop in an equally beautiful location, high above the rooftops of Zurich. But why is the service so unbelievably substandard, some of the waiters hardly speak any German and don't even seem to know the slightest about their own menu. Why is there a lack of even simple common sense? As is well known, the boss is no stranger and has also been successfully running other restaurants for many years. Why doesn't anything work here? Service very very BAD! Manager super nice but there are too few staff and they don't keep up, forget you and only promise you the same thing. Very very expensive! That's the last time they've seen me.

Unfriendly and arrogant staff. Communication in German was difficult. The staff is totally unfriendly to “normal people” and you had to point them out several times that you wanted to order. However, when it came to visitors with an LV or Gucci scarf, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Really sad!!!

Food is far from delicious, lacks seasoning, takes forever to come, and portions are too little for the prices. It took 45 minutes and three reminders for an order of cola. It has a nice view of Zurich, and the interior is well decorated, but not enough for a second visit.

This restaurant deserves its bad score. Food is cooked without love or passion. Pasta was not al dente, meat and vegetables without any flavour and THE worst "thing" that any waiter ever called a double chocolate mousse. Waiter was frendly but very slow.

The staff actually smoke right next to your table - I’ve never ever seen this - quite unbelievable! Awful bruschetta - not a fresh tomato in sight. Do not waste your money. The interior is nicely decorated and the terrace has a lovely view but surely the management do not accept staff smoking in their dirty chef uniforms right next to guest tables!!!!!

Best “Spaghetti Carbonara” ever. Traditionally without cream. With incredibly crispy bacon. The saffron yellow spaghetti is beautifully served on a large black plate with a rough surface. Very stylish

I always enjoy going to Leo. Very nice restaurant. One of the few restaurants where you can still get a real Italian carbonara without cream. I was really excited about the food again! For me one of the best spaghetti alla carbonara in all of Zurich! I would happily recommend Leo and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Unfortunately, even after the feedback and new glass, the wine still had pieces of cones in the glass. The response from service was “I emptied the entire bottle through the sieve”. It was then announced that this glass was on the house - but was still charged. It was a bit of a shame because the atmosphere and food at Leo is great.

At the street parade with the Classic rnb party was 1. The first Dj on TOP, really the best view also great. I just thought it was a shame that the prices were so exorbitant, for the drinks as well as the pizza. It's not a spectacle what you can order there, you can order it anywhere, so I thought it was a waste of my money for a pizza that was smaller than a delivery service or other restaurant that only cost 20 to 25 .-, we had to pay almost 35.- (for a pizza). Drinks are exactly the same, they are even more expensive than in a club. So, I wouldn't go there often if I just wanted something to eat or drink, I would go somewhere else. I would only go there if there was such a cool party again, otherwise not. Otherwise, the first DJ was great, the ambience, service and the view were great. Thanks for the great service. :)

I was in the Leo bar today and am very disappointed with the service. I placed the same order with 5 different waiters and my drink never arrived. I was also completely ignored when I complained to a waiter and the cola was brought to me, which wasn't even carbonated and tasted like chlorine. Extremely disappointed not worth recommending. The spot is cool but the employees are of no use. Lg

The food was tasteless, really at canteen level. Under no circumstances order the carbonara, soggy and tasteless. But the Scaloppine al Limone were also simply bland and tasteless, bad sauce, mediocre meat. You pay for an expensive and fancy Italian restaurant and get bland cafeteria food. Total failure - why such a bad restaurant in the world? Really rip off. I hope they change it soon

I been here many times. This place was good for a drinks. But, not for eating as the food is not that good at all. It was a shame for a a good location they have. I wish they could do it better. It such a shame

Franco (owner) is often around and gives the place its genuine identity and soul.

The good: view outside of the restaurant is great, the place itself is beautiful as well. The bad: The dinner costed 100 CHF for one person and it was not worth it - this does not include drinks. The vegetarian tartare was bleak, salmon pasta was without salmon and tiramisu was more like soup. Our experience with the service was also problematic - seemed that they avoided us and had to catch them ourselves rather than them being proactive. Also we have waited a long time for food. Started at 7, got snacks at 8, main course at 9 - just waiting throughout the evening.

Numero Uno in Zurigo Whether alone or with my daughter - Leo's is a must. We feel comfortable at all times, the service is top and the employees are very friendly. The food always meets our expectations, is authentic and freshly prepared. If I am satisfied and happy after visiting a restaurant and I experience this feeling again and again, the restaurant becomes a regular restaurant - a “place to go”! I can then relax wonderfully in a place like this because I know that the quality and service are always right. Thank you Franco and team for many wonderful hours and culinary highlights!

Bad service; the waiter forgot about our order and we waited more than an hour for some pasta

Beautiful place, good food, fine drinks. It has a hefty price tag, but the service was also great. A little more shade would be desirable, as the sun hits the roof terrace in full force.

The location was pretty and the food was good. We had the lamb chops which was a little hard to cut through. The flavour of the risotto was good but a tad to salty. The carbonara was delicious! Overall good service but we would have appreciated the drinks coming faster (it took over half and hour for us to get our drinks).

Very poor experience for me and my friends at Leo. We booked 1 month in advance and our reservation was cancelled the day before. We eventually managed to reserve the following month and ended up on a day with fixed menu fo 99 chf (when making the reservation nobody told us). The service was terrible, they weiter spilled wine on the table repetedly without even cleaning, we were asked to pay our drinks in the middle of dinner and got charged more than what the menu said for our wines. The waiter even took our rose bottle away before finished. Food was average, personal at the entrance very unfriendly.

Bad DJ (music is not varied at all) employees are super unfriendly, stress to no end (with supposedly difficult guests), security guards are aggressive (if there are problems they are blamed first and then asked) drinks are overpriced and not well prepared, and guests are very old ( Not attractive for young people (over 50)), toilet is reasonably clean, dance floor leaves a lot to be desired (very narrow and uninteresting)

Food comes in slowly and not all at the same time for our table. No cocktails after 10pm despite having a bar with, at the time of writing, staffed with 8 people behind the counter.

We went to Leo for dinner and partying (Soulmate). Will be the last time. At the reception we already had a very stressed and unfriendly receptionist. My friend paid in cash (you have to pay the 99 per person for the 3-course menu with aperitif at the entrance) because she didn't have any change at the reception, so she promised us that she would bring the change directly to the table. Unfortunately that didn't happen, as it was “only” 2 CHF, we didn't bet on it. We had a hair in it twice while eating. Once in the salad and once in the tiramisu. I ordered a cocktail and after 15 minutes the bill came, but I had to order the drink again because it never arrived. We knew that the party started at 10 p.m., but we were not informed that we would not have a seat after that because we were given the table on the dance floor. There was also no cloakroom for items. So we stood around on the dance floor with the presents. The bartenders are not trained and were also very unfriendly. We can't recommend the Leo and think it's a shame because the party actually meets our taste in music exactly. Hence the two stars...

We wanted to order a capuchino and latte machiatto and the gentleman said there was only normal coffee. 10 seconds later he lets out 2 cappuchinos. We were told there was no service so we had to get our drinks ourselves bring space. shortly afterwards one was given one Couple next to us served drinks. On top of that, they are very unfriendly because I asked for the card.

Well, beer was forgotten to be served and after 1 hour it was pointed out that card games were prohibited at the table. The waiters are absolutely not attentive and the service does not justify the prices. Nobody speaks German in the shop. Ridiculous, I will never visit this snob shop again. The funny thing is that we played an Italian card game: Scopa, so much for dolce vita...we were very disappointed

I visited the restaurant on a Saturday with my husband and 5-week-old baby. Despite not having a reservation, we were promptly seated at a great table, and the waiter was considerate of our need to have the pram nearby. The food was delicious, and the waitstaff were kind, friendly, and professional, keeping our glasses full and providing exceptional service. When I requested a cup of boiling water to sterilise my baby's pacifier, the waiter quickly brought it to me with a smile. Although the bathroom facilities were somewhat challenging to access with a baby in tow, they were clean and suitable for changing. I will definitely be returning, with or without a baby!

We reserved a table at Leo without a la carte three weeks in advance. The service was fine until the salad, the location and the atmosphere were amusing, but we had a few things to complain about, which cost us 220fr. for no proper service, an hour wait and the entrecote and broccoli were cold and raw. When we got the dessert, we had to get up again and during the dessert, when everything wasn't eaten yet, we had to leave the table and we didn't get the café either! We then went to the manager and she served us a drink and promised us a new table, which we still didn't get after an hour. But the Soulmate Party was great!
