Les Brasseurs in Nyon

I ordered sauerkraut. It wasn't great, neither the meat nor the cabbage. I shouldn't have... Because I got sick!!!! In addition, the waitress was unpleasant, she put pressure on me while I was still looking at the menu. So I ordered a beer while I chose my dish. During the addition she didn't want to give me the combo formula. In short, in any case I will not return there.

On a Sunday night, I had a lovely little evening here, it didn't have as much of a buzz as the other Brasseurs locations I've been to in Geneva or Lausanne, but it was still great. The staff were mindful, the style and vibe were perfect for the organization I had with me and the brews were spot on! Can't turn out badly with them up to this point!

There were only 5 of us for an aperitif. Not much room, we ask where to sit. We ask the question of what it is possible to offer us as a place. The lady on duty on February 1, 2024 received us like a dog in a bowling game. Not nice. We went elsewhere in Nyon and had our aperitif. Too bad we were looking forward to drinking our good amber beer. I would come back, but if the waitress is there again, I come away just as dry.

The waitress service is good, it is a pub for Bieber, not for lunch or dinner. I ordered an entrecôte and it had an Indian-based sauce that really affected the flavor of the meat completely and couldn't be eaten. I repeat, to go to Beber may well, for lunch or dinner I do not recommend it.

Being (very) popular on social networks, I am happy that my server recognized me and offered me a discreet table to eat without being disturbed by possible fans who would pass by. We stopped with my partner for lunch last Thursday. Because last time we ate very well there. But this time the Paella royal was on the menu for the dish of the day. So we ordered it very nice waitress, I must admit. But Paella much less so. Lots of very small mussels and almost all inedible, the shrimp overcooked or I don't know what because they were really mushy and all soft. And to tell the truth we had a very bad stomach ache all afternoon. Really disappointed with this visit to Brasseurs de Nyon. I really hope this gets better and doesn't happen again.

Spent a lovely little evening here on a Friday night , wasn't much of a vibe going on for some reason as opposed to the other Brasseurs locations i've been to in Geneva or Lausanne; but it was great nonetheless. Staff were attentive, decor and ambience was just right for the company I had with me and the beers were on point! Can't go wrong with them so far!

Venu sans réservation à 19:30, on m'a trouvé une table. La cuisine et le service ont bien travaillé et nous ont offert un excellent moment. Le directeur est à l'écoute de la clientèle. Je recommande sans hésitation ! Les directives sanitaires sont respectées et bien signalées.
