I came to l'espresso with the intention of getting advice on choosing a coffee machine. I received very individual advice, was able to get to know the systems and taste coffee without feeling pressured to buy. My request that I would like to come over again with my wife was taken seriously. I will definitely come by here again and see with my wife which machine or system suits us best. Great service from Lespresso from the next day it should have been delivered but the delivery company Planzer couldn't deliver the package for whatever reason... I was at home all day and never came to me, at least they tried to deliver the package but I think they have it never intended to deliver today and then just blamed ourselves that no one was home. It's such a shame that you can't rely on it anymore.
