Friendly service, I recommend everyone to visit

I apologize in advance as this review does not concern the restaurant itself. I parked today at the back of the restaurant in a parking lot belonging to them, and I wanted to thank the tolerance they showed towards me. In fact, they left me a very courteous note which I greatly appreciated. I didn't consider visiting the establishment, but now I do! There should be more such caring people!

We received an exceptional large cup of coffee, complete with mini orange juice and mini croissants on a small plateau. The advantageous price! The premises have been recently renovated.

Excellent! They are new managers since November 2022. A young Roman couple. He is in the kitchen and he is passionate about his job... this really shows in all his dishes. She is helpful, charming, cheerful and gives very good advice... I like good Italian food that you generally only find in Italy. Well, this time we can enjoy Italian dishes in Switzerland that you can't find in other Italian restaurants! Excellent wines too... A treat! I've been there twice and I'm going to go back... Bravo!

Very kind staff, warm welcome and modernly decorated. Nice ! But... the meal is a disaster. It says “Hamburger frites” on the children’s menu. When my daughter's meal arrives, there are fries, a chopped steak with melted cheese on top. Never seen that. Paying 15.- for that and lying about the menu title... a shame. When I ask where the hamburger bun is, they brought me 10 minutes later 2 slices of toasted toast... ???? As for the mussels I had, not so much weird taste and texture... (not cooked enough??) I hope I'm not sick. Very small portions. Dessert: tiramisù served in an espresso coffee cup, just like the soup as a starter. Main course + starter + dessert = full like a starter in a normal restaurant. We were so hungry when we left! This restaurant is very bad and has nothing Italian apart from the waiters, I advise you to take 2 minutes by car to get to the Puidoux communal inn ☀️ ---> Thank you very much for your response. Indeed, I think that the title “chopped steak” would be more accurate than “hamburger”. I imagine it was the cheese/seafood mixture (banned in Italy?) which gave this taste. Anyway, I didn't get sick. Finally, yes I am talking about the menu at 23.- which it would be preferable to serve as a main course only (in larger quantities) and possibly present the starter as an appetizer. Nice continuation.

Recently, after having often heard the Logis du Pont mentioned, I decided to book and spend Easter Sunday there with my family. I couldn't have made a better choice!!! Maximum efficiency and friendliness in service, well-prepared dishes, high quality raw materials. After 20 years in Switzerland, it's nice to know that there is still a restaurant that serves "REAL" Italian cuisine! Menu from 70Fr. Which in my opinion was worth double... Thanks Logis du Pont.. keep it up!!!!

I was in Switzerland for a few days on holiday, being Italian I was looking for something familiar and I happily found this very good restaurant. Logis du pont is a restaurant not far from Montreux (where I was staying). Already from the welcome it was a pleasure to enter, smiling and polite they immediately made me feel at ease. When it comes to cooking I can use a term that in my opinion is also reductive: "SUBLIME". A choice of dishes, each more inviting than the other, which is confusing as you would like to try everything. The gnocchi with cuttlefish and mandarin, a dish that left me speechless. Speaking with full knowledge of the facts, being always around for work, I can confirm that it was a unique experience that I highly recommend to Swiss people who have the possibility of having a restaurant nearby where the chef, in addition to his objective skill, has that passion that manages to conquer. My best wishes and thanks from Italy.

This year I was on holiday in Switzerland and with great pleasure I discovered this Italian restaurant "Logis di Pont" where I spent New Year's Eve. I felt at home due to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. But the real surprise was Chef Adriano's proposal at the table, surprising from the appetizer to the dessert. All excellent and delicious. Advice for everyone: Go there.

Very friendly welcome, tables well spaced, nice place. Very fresh salad. On the other hand, the experience ended less well. We order 2 “coffee time” desserts, i.e. 1 scoop of movenpick ice cream and 1 coffee (fr. 6.50 each). I ask for a coconut ball and I am told that there is no guarantee that there will be any left because it is almost the holidays and that it has not been recommended. The waitress came back and told me that she found some at the bottom of the freezer (that didn't reassure me). The ball had a funny face. In fact there were gray-black spots like mold. The ball broke into pieces. We could clearly see the pieces of ice like when the ice melts then is refrozen and we leave it in the freezer for a long time and it frosts on top. The black plate that went with this dessert was greasy with lots of unidentified marks and the pompom...an insect wing stuck on it. When I pointed out the inedible ball but didn't want another one, the waitress said a moment and left to get busy clearing the terrace. We went out to pay as she wasn't coming and then I still pointed out that charging us 6.50 for dessert was incorrect. Answer, ice cream is part of coffee. I was thinking of canceling this line and paying for my coffee, seeing that offering my coffee would have been commercial... Still 80.- the bill for 2 cokes, a salad, shrimp and two desserts. Ultimately, we will not return to this restaurant.

Never in my life have I had to pay for the boss's meal and drinks. He sat with us, and ate, drank and even dessert. When we asked for the bill he broke = we paid around 150 CHF more for the owner to eat in his restaurant. Amazing.

On a visité plusieurs fois ce restaurant. Deco joli mais un peu froide. En dépit de cela, l’ambiance est chaleureuse. L’accueil est agréable et la nourriture est très bonne.

Terrasse ultra-bruyante en bord de route, mieux vaut se réfugier à l'intérieur dont la déco est plutôt réussie. Service un peu verbeux, mais rien à voir avec le patron qui vient vous raconter qu'il avait 5 ou 6 restaus à Yverdon, dont des gastros. T'es venu faire quoi à Puidoux mon gars ? Pas très à l'aise dans cette ambiance, nous avons mangé correctement (à l'exception du café gourmand où tout était flasque et mou) des plats tous "faits maison" selon ce que l'on nous a répété plusieurs fois. Etait-il vraiment nécessaire de le répéter à l'indigestion ? Nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir testé mais une fois nous suffira.

Curieux de voir de l’intérieur cette transformation d’un bâtiment assez vétuste je suis tombé ce jour-là dans un lieu sans atmosphère. Et trop peu de monde. L’agneau sauce moutarde est plutôt réussi par contre j’ai trouvé les rognons trop sauceux! Le service est intentionné.

The restaurant room is modern and spacious. it can be opened with a large sliding window. very pleasant even in a large group. the coffee room is smaller, very simple, which is perfect. the terrace is very good also its only fault is the noise generated by the nearby road especially during rush hour. The cuisine is of good quality. Pasta, meat, fish. At each of our meals, a small appetizer was offered to us, as well as a small cocktail, both of which were very appreciated. the service is very professional. It's always nice to get greetings from the chef during the evening! We come for all kinds of occasions, in groups or as couples. the welcome is always pleasant and friendly. It is with pleasure that we will return soon.

Repas de midi en semaine : 4 formules du jour au choix à prix doux, ainsi qu'une carte variée comprenant des poissons du lac, des pâtes fraîches, des viandes et des salades composées ; filets de perches au Dézaley délicieux, filet d'agneau très copieusement servi (pensez à préciser la cuisson voulue).La terrasse est un peu chaude et nous ne fumons pas, aussi nous avons consommé à l'intérieur. Parking gratuit, accès handicapé yc pour les sanitaires ; plusieurs langues parlées, dont le russe)

De passage, nous nous sommes arrêtés pour découvrir après la réouverture. Belle terrasse, intérieur sympa, bon accueil. La serveuse toute seule pour servir plus de 25 personnes à assuré, service un peu long mais nous étions pas pressés. Belle assiettes, bien présentées et bonnes. On reviendra certainement.

Habitant la région, nous allons régulièrement mangé et la qualité constante car toujours au rdv, les portions sont généreuses et l’accueil professionnel, convivial. Le gérant et sa dame sont forts sympathiques. Le personnel également. La générosité est toujours présente que cela soit grâce à des amuses-bouches à chaque fois, avant le repas. Une autres fois, nous sommes allées que boire un café et nous avons eu des mignardises offertes! Ce soir, ce fut un amuse-bouche crevettes, sauce safrané et poireaux. Délicieux. Puis nos plats étaient excellents ; très bonne qualité/prix. Entrecôte de bœuf : bonne cuisson, viande tendre, frites allumettes très bonne.Portion généreuse. Salade pêcheur : très grande assiette.Salade verte avec beaucoup de poissons différents...cuits meunière comme filets de perches ou filets grillés ou encore crevettes. Excellents, fins. Allez y sans hésiter

Restaurant très bien refait. Cadre agréable. Nappes et beaux verres dans la salle à manger. Nourriture bonne. Le fait de proposer des demi desserts est intéressant. Après son service le patron passe dans la salle pour saluer les clients. Nous étions pas plus de dix. Il passe chez tout le monde, sauf nous, je n’ai pas trouvé cela sympa ni faire play.

Travaillant à Puidoux je recherchais un restaurant dans les environs de la gare. Cette auberge était judicieusement placée. Dès l'entrée on sent la rénovation récente avec des beaux meubles. Une dame à accueilli un client et s'est rendue avec lui dans la salle à manger. Je suis resté à côté du bar en attendant. Un cuisinier, que je pense être le patron, à passé devant moi sans même me saluer. Il faut dire qu'il était au téléphone. Après avoir raccroché je n'ai pas eu droit à plus d'attention de sa part ni même de savoir si je désirais manger. Après une bonne attente je suis sorti sans demander mon reste. À sa décharge je précise que j'étais en habit de travail. Si vous êtes ouvrier passez votre chemin. Il serait dommage de salir cette belle decoration. Continuez quelques kilomètres jusqu'au lieu dit Le Pigeon. Accueil sympathique et bonne cuisine

Even if the surveillance cameras were set up by rednecks (dangling wires) the menu and the choice of 4 daily menus is pleasant. The service is fast. However, recently opened, this restaurant clearly met a need because it is already busy on weekdays at midday. The parking lot is large, it's very practical. Good luck, I advise everyone to try this address to get their own idea.

Warm welcome, completely new restaurant, very classy with good acoustics. Careful and attentive service. White St Saphorin from the Imhof family, very good as an aperitif. Avocado aumoniere garnished with crayfish is excellent as a starter accompanied by a very good Italian chardonnay. Succulent beef medallions with an equally succulent green pepper sauce. Nous avons pris les côtelettes d agneau aux tomates confites ainsi que les panciotti mare e monti ( farcis aux gambas, zeste de citron et piment) avec gambas, morilles, crème, safran associés aux piments doux et épices les 2 à se relever la nuit. Les filets de perches très bien servis.Les patrons sont absolument adorables, attentifs et très sympathiques, la cheffe de rang une très grande professionnel. Bravo à vous pour votre engagement et professionnalisme. Et au plaisir de revenir encore partager de nouvelles saveurs

The decor is very nice but I was very disappointed that despite the advertising made around the quality of listening in terms of allergies, I was only offered to REMOVE the sauces! Furthermore, I was served rice with butter although I specified that I was dairy intolerant! When speaking with the waitress (who apologized), she simply said that "they had to write" this welcome sentence for those with allergies but that they didn't really have time for that sort of thing. ! Disappointed and sick!!
