Incredible! The Lunch box is extremely well served and delicious. Service, price, and ambient is great. I was told that this is the best Asian place in all Zurich, I think it's highly possible.

I went there for lunch with friends and it was excellent. We ordered different dishes and were able to try out a variety of flavors. I can highly recommend this. However, you should note that many dishes tend to be dry. It is advisable to either choose dishes with sauces or ask for them. I would also recommend reserving the tables in the restaurant in advance as it was very busy.

The food was good and portion sizes were big. We enjoyed the bubble tea as well. The only downside is that there is very little variety in terms of food that is not spicy and even the food marked as "1 chilly" was too spicy for us.

You can pre order if you message them on Facebook for takeaways or if you are in a rush for dine in Definitely need to reserve seats if you want to eat there Hot tip is to book their grilled sea bass - giant pot of goodies with spicy tender hot fish - perfect for a gathering Some of my other favorite dishes include their boiled Yangzhou dry bean curd slice (this is the only place I could find it in Zurich - warming : giant portion and amazing soup) Boiled fish with pickled cabbage - tender and flavorful 3 cups chicken - just on point Fried duck blood - authentic !

Everything was excellent! We went there on New Years Eve, and found out about the amazing celebrations that the owner had prepared for the guests. The duck, rice, veggies, everything was so tasty! 很好吃！They even had little pieces of chocolate for us at the table for the special occasion. Highly recommended 💯

A while ago I had dinner at Lotus Garden with a good friend. We didn't know the restaurant before, it was a completely spontaneous visit that was worth it and we were both thrilled. What stands out is that it is relatively small and fairly minimalistic, yet cozy with its very own atmosphere. The service or The service was very friendly, especially the male employee who explained everything very nicely when you had questions about one of the dishes, the ingredients, spices, etc. The food was really tasty and a feast for the eyes, what really surprised me was the large selection of different dishes that I have never seen or eaten before. Somehow it wasn't as classic, typically Asian as we know it from other places, it wasn't greasy or heavy. This combination was therefore not entirely convincing. Conclusion, I would love to come back :))

The Lotus Garden is inconspicuous from the outside. Relatively small inside with few tables and seats, but all the more friendly and authentic. It's now such an insider tip in Zurich that you can't find a place without a reservation, neither for lunch nor dinner.

Large portions of delicious duck and veggies. Recommend going in a group and sharing several options - until now have loved them all. No reservation needed on a weekday, would recommend doing so anyway. Go-to place for Szechuan/Chinese food in Zurich

The food was amazingly good and tasty.

We LOVE this place. They have all the Taiwanese comfort and staple food dishes you could hope for! They have many vegetarian dishes and are also happy to make dishes vegetarian (like the mapo tofu). Some of my favorite dishes are: their scallion pancake, tofu teppanyaki, eggplant and tofu dish. My partner enjoyed the three cups chicken, braised pork and the crispy duck! Amy and her staff are so lovely and hospitable. The restaurant has limited seating and is always full so it’s worth it to book a reservation!

Best Chinese Taiwanese food I ate in Switzerland. I Ordered the Crispy Chicken(雞排) and it tasted amazing and was not greasy, better than many I have eaten in Taiwan. The lunch box also includes a Tea Egg, which was delicious. The milk tea flavor was good and not sweet. The waitresses were really kind and attentive. Definitely we will come again, totally recommended.

The restaurant's dishes are good and worth a visit. Both the boiled series and the dry pot series are delicious. I didn't have time to try the other ones. The portions are quite large, which is quite affordable compared to other Chinese food in Europe. The waiters are great, the store is small but very clean!

Lotus Garden is amazing! I’m a Hongkonger living in Zurich so I am very picky on East Asian food. They mainly do Taiwanese and Sichuan cuisine. The food is authentic and the portion is huge, which is the real thing because they are made for sharing. Service was excellent, the staff are enthusiastic to recommend dishes and nothing is too much trouble for them despite the restaurant got really busy. I will definitely come back often!

Favorite for Taiwanese food in Zurich. They never disappoint. Food is simply amazing and the staff very friendly. Unfortunately they are often fully booked and it gets very loud - the acoustic isn’t good.

One of my new favourite Chinese restaurants in Zurich. The Sichuan dishes were great (we had Mapo Tofu, Fish Hotpot, and Chilli Chicken). They also have scallion pancakes which are difficult to find in CH. overall the food was excellent, fresh tasting, and service was fantastic.

We came for lunch on a week day and the place was super busy. So definitely reserve a table. The food was authentic and reasonably priced. I will definitely revisit for dinner and try the other dishes.

An okay restaurant to fill your stomach but not making you want to go back again. It is supposed to be the best restaurant in Zurich serving Sichuan foods, we tried saliva chicken and yuxiang eggplant but they are nowhere even close to the authentic ones. Sadly disappointed.

The food was really good, the service was great, they were kind and helpful. Bonus point, they had free sanitary products in the woman's bathroom which is always great to see, very thoughtful.

I'm a regular and have tried almost everything on the menu, most of which are delicious. This restaurant is one of the best in Zurich. I don’t recommend the lunch special set. Although it’s cheap, I really don’t like the side dishes that come with it. The distance between tables in the restaurant is so narrow that you can hear the conversations at the neighboring tables clearly. Ich bin Stammgast und habe fast alles auf der Speisekarte probiert und das meiste schmeckt gut. Dieses Restaurant ist eines der besten in Zürich. nicht nach meinem Geschmack. Der Abstand zwischen den Tischen im Speisesaal ist so gering, dass der Nachbartisch alles hören kann, was gesprochen wird.

This was a nice suprise. Most chinese restaurant in Switzerland are catered to the “white” taste buds but this was legit! Too bad it’s a bit far from my place. Would go more often.

I found a super delicious Chinese restaurant in Zurich. The food portions are large and the staff are very friendly. (Remember to make a reservation to avoid a wasted trip!) We ordered Scallion pancake Mapo Tofu Boiled beef Salted egg yolk prawns Sweet and sour shrimp Passion Fruit Green Tea lemon Red tea

My friend said it is the best Chinese restaurant in Zurich. It tastes really good and the portion is good. I don’t want to say whether it is authentic or not, but the taste is pretty good. As for the price, don’t look at it. This is Zurich, and any sky-high price is reasonable.

Very authentic taste. And the portions of each dish are quite large. It was fully booked at early six o'clock, but luckily the landlady helped us find a seat.

Authentic Chinese food. The lunch box costs the same as the Migrosrestaurant lunch menu. Friendly, pleasant service. The restaurant is small and has narrow seating. The toilet is in need of renovation.

On google its stated that they open at 6.00pm but got there earlier at 5.45pm and they open the door already. We did not make any reservations and the staff told us that we have to leave before 7.30pm. Guys, please call and make reservations in advance as the place was really filled up. We ordered a 辣子鸡 Fried Chilli Chicken and 干煸四季豆 Stir Fried Beans with Chopped Pork. While for drinks we ordered a Yakult Green Tea and Sprite. Our food was served around 15-20 mins. While we have to remind the staff on our drinks, after we reminded the staff our drinks was served swiftly. Fried Chilli Chicken was really good! The spiciness, the 麻 and salty level was just at the optimal taste! And usually this dish will have lots of dried chilli and only a little meat. But surprisingly the meat portion here is very decent! For the Fried Beans, it tasted sweet, feels like oysters sauce and dark soy sauce. Its a little different than the 干煸四季豆 that we know. At our place its fried with garlic, pork and salt, not sauces. For Yakult Green Tea, unfortunately they are out of Green Tea. So we have a Yakult Black Tea instead. The taste was sweet and good, it satisfied our craving for BBT! The Sprite was serve in a glass bottle instead of in Cans. Overall we are happy with the food and drinks. The place was very cosy and comfy. There is a restroom too if you need it. Recommend for you guys who want to try or have some Chinese Food.

Best chinese food I've had in Zurich in 15 years (admittedly that bar is not very high since Chinese in Zurich is usually a plate of rice with brown gloop). Great hot pots and fish. Only complaint was it's a bit noisy when full. Booking recommended.

Very good food! Both of our meals were very oily but tasty, next time I will probably ask for a less oily meal. The dishes are ver authentic though and I recommend them.

鸭血肥肠和辣子鸡 一定要试试！ Very authentic Taiwanese cuisine. You can find the real spicy food here, but do try with the ice tea in case it gets too spice! The waiter guy here is just amazing, he is always there, with soft voices and he will “sit down “in the air to lower his eyes to your desk level to talk you, what a great gesture ! He always give me extra candies after paying the bill :) Will always come back

We ordered a duck dish and a chicken dish. They were all great. Portion was not too huge, which I liked. Definitely want to try more food there!

Unfortunately, we did not like the food here. We took a fried rice with chicken and a crispy duck. The fried rice was overcooked and extremely olily. The duck meat was very dry, almost an effort to eat it. Waiters were kind though!

Great authentic Chinese cooking! This is easily our favourite place in Zurich. You can find the popular westernized dishes here (cooked authentically), but also more interesting things like intestines, duck blood, trotters, ears, and other delicacies cooked perfectly, intensely spiced and flavorful. Try the fried chilly chicken, it is extremely popular (and with good reason), the sea bass, or the duck blood with stomach if you're into gourmet food.

It’s one of the best Chinese/Taiwanese restaurants in Zurich. The rice is perfectly cooked. It’s most of time fully booked, and a bit more expensive than other restaurants.

We had a company dinner there. The food was of excellent quality, comprising dishes that you can't find in other restaurants. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we could smell the scent of spices that were not artificial but rather based on raw ingredients such as chili, Szechuan pepper, and garlic. I remember we had two of their mini-wok dishes with these spices, and they were really good. I look forward to returning to this restaurant soon.

Authentic Taiwanese food and beer. They definitely need better vents and the food is greasy, but yet so delicious. I will probably return every two weeks as long as my vital organs survive:) . We tried most of the menu with spring rolls, seaweed salad, duck, vegetables and even cauliflower and everything tasted impeccable.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Zurich. Very authentic, decent portion size, and good service. I will be back again to try some more items on the menu. I really liked the green beans with ground pork and the pork belly. Everything was delicious!

We came for CNY eve dinner. Everyone in the restaurant had a great time because the owner threw a surprise lucky pot for everyone including kids and babies to win various prizes. Although not redeemable on the same day, it really brightened up the atmosphere. The service was really friendly and the food very high quality. Would highly recommend a visit when. It is a special Chinese holiday as they often have surprise delights for all guests.

We were there for lunch with a group of about 12 people and had pre-ordered. That worked brilliantly! As soon as we sat down, the starters were served. The food was deliciously prepared and we enjoyed it very much and the portions were large.

Excellent meat dishes in a comfortable restaurant. Lots of options for vegetarians, too. There are a lot of Asian guests so you know the food is authentic. The food comes in various ranges of spiciness depending on the dish, this indicated on the menu, and you can order everything extra spicy.

Food is delicious however one of the lady staff attitude need to be more friendly. Payment by cash but they insisted do not have change for us and we only can choose not to take back the change as we do not have any small notes. Wish to go back for lunch next day but after think twice better not. As disappointed by the staff‘s attitude.

My new favourite Chinese restaurant in Zurich! All the 3 dishes were delicious and my favourite is the eggplants (鱼香茄子)! Note: the dishes might be a bit too salty for some people, but well, it goes well with rice 😊

The food was not bad, just there was a tall waitress that is quite rude to us.We had a reservation and ordered quite a lot of food for three people, after we finished our food, there's a group with 5 people arrived, and she basically told us if we're not going to order more, we have to move to a much smaller table.We actually doesn't mind to move, but the small table was still very dirty and she is very rude towards us, which makes us feel very unhappy the whole time.

Really loved the food there and it was very authentic. We had the 酸菜金針肥牛 and some starters, all of which was excellent. Service was also fast and friendly. Definitely would recommend.
