Small, fine gelateria, clear selection without trendy fancy nonsense, motivated-friendly staff even on holidays, taste and portion size definitely worth the price. As everywhere: if three customers have special requests or difficulties making a decision, a little more patience is required. Time to enjoy the view, as only a few people can fit in the room anyway and there is a queue at the door. Thank you for the very pleasant spontaneous moment of enjoyment!

Love the ice cream but very disappointing this evening as it was closed at 22:30 although listed here as open until 23:00 on Saturdays. We and others were hoping for a late night gelato 😟

The ice cream is really delicious.... unfortunately the service is extremely unsettled & uninformed, what a shame! I wanted to buy a 20.00 voucher and no one knew how to issue it. Then I walked out without a voucher. When it came to paying, the gentleman wanted to give me 7 francs back without me giving him any money. I was so honest and told him that I hadn't given any money yet and would actually like to pay with a card!🤘🏻 Conclusion: Best ice cream in Zug city but please train your service properly!🥰I would have liked to have had my voucher.

Ice cream was okay. In my opinion, the prices should also be written in German and not just in a foreign language.

I am disappointed unfortunately... So used to Italian ice cream... Sorry. The nice team. But my ice cream was rather bland for my taste. I still give you three stars for your sympathy.

Best ice cream in Zug! I haven’t tried a flavour that I’ve disliked. Generous portion sizes, and friendly staff. It’s so nice being so close to the lake, too! I always bring friends and family that are visiting from out of town as well! ☺️

Small gelato shop with no seating. A selection of about a dozen ice creams. A few classics like pistachio but no moreno cherry. Had the white chocolate and pistachio both good. Friend has the pistachio and coconut- coconut was good. No queue. About 6CHF for two scoops.

Best 🍨 in Zug! Opening hours are weather dependent, normally from 1-6pm, but they stay open till 11pm on busy days.

The best ice cream of my life 💯 whether on the Baltic Sea, North Sea, Berlin, Switzerland or anywhere else, for me it's really 9.8/10 points. Big balls, very friendly, and the quality is incredible Truly heavenly
