Sunday 6:50 p.m. Unable to find reservation. Luckily we had a confirmation email... Pasta carbonara... Sticky pasta and plastery sauce. And when I point it out, a deafening silence returns. Finally, this little email from Luigia, very enthusiastic (enthusiasm is their trademark) to ask me how I loved this experience, which allowed me to report to them the facts and this automatic response whose syntax is as accomplished as the carbonara. I call it casualness or contempt. What is worth the detour? The kindness of some employees, the building, the lighting and the parking lot.

Top Italian restaurant never disappointed, really very good pizzas, a perfect atmosphere. Molto bene 😀

Let's say that when it comes to restaurants that offer pizza, there are better! No generosity, the pizzas are small but the quality of the ingredients makes up for it a little. Don't expect exceptional service, but "Italian" service where the customer is not king, certain attitudes or remarks could have been avoided, especially since I understand Italian... In short, I won't go back.

I had been missing for a few years. I must say that the pizza is really excellent and the flavors are the classic ones of Neapolitan pizza. The trousers are also excellent. The environment is very nice and well kept.

An Italain island in Switzerland right next to cern. The place was surprisingly full with the line of people waiting to get the table despite an evening of the working day. If you plan to visit the place make sure to book in advance. The place is laid out in nice way but it was so packed that it was hard to get any feel if the atmosphere. The best part was service as the guy was very warm and new all possible language of Europe which was a treat. When I say he knew I mean he could speak English, German, Italian, French and Spanish with full fluency. The food was good and was serving was good. The place is expensive but to be honest doesn't have that expensive vibes

We met up with work colleagues for dinner in the evening. The ambience is nice, the service good, the food excellent. We had a lovely evening together. The restaurant was full and therefore loud. Highly recommended for its Italian cuisine!

The restaurant is very beautiful, new and pleasant. You can park there very easily and that's great. There is a section dedicated to children: cinema, table football, Arcade games, but beware if you arrive late you will wait for your seat next to it and it is very noisy 🔊 The cocktails were very good, the pizzas delicious and we really fell in love with the pistachio tiramisu. The service was quick and pleasant. We'll be back, right on time this time! 🍦🍕🍝

The pizza is good but how is it possible to charge 2 francs for oregano on the pizza?! Do you also charge for salt, pepper and spicy oil now? I thought it had been a mistake, as in the same pizzeria yesterday I had never been asked to pay for the oregano, but at the cash register he confirmed to me that you have to pay for the oregano. You could have earned much more with future pizzas because I was a loyal customer of yours, keep the 2 francs but I won't go back to you again.

Very good pizzeria We took the Petali Tartufo, which was divinely good. We took the Truffaiola which is excellent. We took the Mazzara which is excellent. The pistachio tiramisu is delicious and the Cannoli Siciliani is delicious. I recommend this pizzeria for very good fresh produce. Disappointed that we were not offered the boss's tour for having paid a certain amount which is what happens in other restaurants.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at "LUIGIA", and it was hands down the best pizza I've ever tasted. The crust was perfect, toppings were delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. A must-try for pizza lovers ! - Grazie ragazzi, siete grandi !

I Love this place. Pizzas are very good, Top 3 ever. Their desserts also are excellent I had a fondant au chocolat ( chocolate cake). Their coffee is also beyond average even among the regional specialized coffee maker. They are also very efficient, friendly and helpful. Drinks were on the table before we finished ordering(seems they use an app) the menu, within 10 minutes. They are also growing their food and recycling material for takeaway. Top !!

The food is not exceptional for the price and it's really the chain factory. They are in a hurry and don't take the time, you almost have the impression of being intrusive. There are much better Italian restaurants in Geneva.

End of year club meal, happy to find a restaurant for 26 people, but limited menu not interesting, pressure from the staff because a few people were late and threat of redistributing our reserved places, it's really the factory. Meal at 50chf which is not worth it at all, bruschetta as a tiny starter, very good pizza, dessert of pizza dough and pistachio or nutella not interesting at all and not refined, overcharging of one person in total, even the bottle of limoncello We were charged...not professional at all, I would never go there again.

Good pizza dough. I had a marinara, the sauce is very good, the spicy oil is also very flavorful. The only downside: you have to pay for the carafe of tap water even when consuming drinks, cocktails and desserts. Next time I'll take my bottle of water from home... Remember to reserve on Sunday.

I've eaten at this restaurant twice now... And frankly meh! I've eaten better elsewhere... the first time I wasn't convinced - I'd heard so much about it that I expected superior quality... The welcome and service leaves something to be desired and really needs to be improved… I was shocked by the treatment when I arrived: if you are not complete, they put you aside in a corridor to wait… You ask for cheese for your pasta: the waitress forgets you or doesn't care even though it goes without saying that she should have added cheese... We give you the plates so that you pass them on to the people at your table… never seen that :-/ Quite noisy restaurant… The pizzas are good… I don't mind paying the price when it's delicious... but nothing extra... Much too expensive...

Great pizza with lot of choices and scanning the menu is a plus for rapid ordering and they served our order fast (pizza, dessert and coffee), very good service. To settle the bill, we have to pay directly at the cashier and we didn't have table number so we have to remember the name of our order as reference. Unfortunately we ordered 1 aperitif drink but they charged us 2 aperitif drinks (we did not double-check the bill when paying).

The dishes are of good quality and price, which means that this restaurant is popular, at lunchtime during the week in any case, so it is useful to book via the website, and there is no point in calling. Beautiful, tasty and gourmet Italian dishes, a “sure value” restaurant

We had a reservation for 6:30 p.m., but upon arriving at 6 p.m. for a beer, we found that the restaurant had not opened, even though the staff were inside and had spotted us in the rain. We decided to go to another restaurant to warm up and wait for a pregnant colleague who was late due to public transportation. We returned to the restaurant at 7 p.m., and there we were informed with a big smile that our table was no longer available, because it was too late. We were offered to wait standing for 60 minutes, which was very uncomfortable, especially for our pregnant colleague.

Cancelled our reservation because we're 30min late without notice. Service was making jokes about it but didn't behave professionally.

It's a shame. We had reserved a table and despite this they managed to make us wait 45 minutes for a seat. Very poorly organized. Other people had been waiting for an hour and a half and some customers who were leaving were also unhappy with the wait and the poor management of the reception staff. Non-professional employees, with a few exceptions, of course. It was worth it for the quality of the food. Not to be repeated. It's just show off.

When I asked for tap water, which is of excellent quality in Switzerland, the waiter seemed reluctant and attempted to upsell bottled water. I wanted to book, but it's only possible with their app. Unfortunately the app is too old for my phone. I had to go there and was able to get a table... The dishes are very expensive. Positive point, the products are local and they produce some in their gardens.

Good restaurant but don't be in a hurry

Expensive, no consideration for customers and never the slightest gesture despite countless disappointments. Tiny children's pizza charged at full price. Glass of wine that contains less than a deciliter. We were then asked to evacuate the premises at 10:50 p.m. while the room was full. This restaurant is unworthy of Italian hospitality and no sense of welcome. We were regulars, but will look elsewhere from now on!

The pizza was good. BUT: - They placed us (having the same reservation number) accidentally in two different tables and as a result one of us was waiting alone for 15 minutes without knowing the mistake until the moment we called each other. They could be more careful, since it was quite unpleasant. :/ - When we went to pay, it was a surprise that we had to pay 3CHF for each carafe of tap water. Nowhere else in Switzerland I was ever charged for a simple "carafe d'eau" (not a bottle)!

Probably my favorite Luigia in Geneva. Firstly, it is never as busy as the one in Adrien Lachenal and Petix Saconnex. Secondly, it has a great terrace overlooking their mini garden. Thirdly, it is far from all the traffic and city center fuss. As always, great pizza as well as a selection of pastas and main courses. Good choice of drinks. Probably one of my favorite pizzas in Geneva. Proper Napolitana pizza from the oven. Recommended definitely.

Honestly, I expected something more from Luigia. We went to Luigia Academy for the first time, we usually go to Luigia at Eaux Vives / Meyrin. The pizza was okay, but the dessert disappointed us a lot. 3 small profiterol balls 12 chf. The other luigias are much more generous. We certainly won't be going back for dessert again.

Bad experience due to the big delay and comleete absence of service. The waiters told us to wait 20 minutes to get a table. We waited 50, and when we finaly got a table, noone approached to us to take the command for another 20 minutes without exageration. They had only 2 people to do this for a huge place.

Unable to reach the Meyrin restaurant by telephone, we called another Luigia restaurant. The person who answered us was so "nice" that she only gave us one wish: to never reserve a table in any of the restaurants again. To be more precise, here is his response: "If we don't answer the phone, it's because we're busy working and for reservations, you have to use our app." Suffice to say that faced with such a welcome, flight is in order. It's just a shame that it's not possible to give it a 0 rating. Well done Luigia, keep it up but you shouldn't cry the day you have a lot fewer customers. Yet regular customers of your restaurants.

Disappointed... I placed an order through UberEats and did not receive the order. Once paid (37.-), it was canceled after 30 minutes. So I tried several times to contact the restaurant to find a solution, but no response. Finally, non-refundable order on the pretext that the dishes have already been prepared. Waste of money and time...

I had a tuna pizza delivered this Thursday, August 17. Catastrophic pizza at 23.50 francs with 4 mini pieces of tuna in the pizza. Scandal ! In addition, the pizza was small with little taste. I do not recommend pizza delivery from this Meyrin establishment. A calamity ! To flee ! Don't bother with this kind of order.

However, my recent evening visit was a stark contrast. The service was disappointingly slow, with a 15-minute wait for just water and beer. My meal was forgotten, leaving me without food while my partner nearly finished theirs. I also overheard another table lamenting a 20-minute wait for coffee. But amidst the chaos, Kevin, one of their staff, stood out. Without any prompting, he proactively addressed our concerns. He communicated with the kitchen, ensuring my meal was prepared, and astonishingly replaced my partner's half-eaten pizza with a fresh one. As someone in customer service, I admired Kevin's initiative and his natural friendliness, even after what I assume was a long day. His actions transformed a potentially poor dining experience into a commendable one. Kudos to Kevin for exemplifying excellent teamwork and client focus.

It's Luigia, well known pizza place in Switzerland and I've eaten at a few. This place is new and looks great. The lights in the entrance was very disturbing to the eyes. When I walked in, the door lady walked right past without looking at nor greeting me. I had to get someone's attention to be seated with my friends. Our waitress was pleasant but other staff were cold. Don't know, might give this place another try since the place has potential but the staff need to up their game. Still as good. A delight ! You can go there with your eyes closed, the quality is there every time. The vegetable garden is right next to the restaurant. All is well ! For those with a sweet tooth, don't forget to save a place for nutelline! And kids friendly. It's easy to have a nice meal while the little ones are busy.

A healthy and warm atmosphere. A thoughtful and effective decoration. The welcome and service are truly up to par. We have to be professionals. Once the entries arrive, even fewer doubts. Everything is worked on, presented and at the right temperature. The seasonings are just right and the waitress takes great care without overdoing it. It was a very beautiful evening which ended with fireworks from the glass roof above our heads in honor of August 1st. Thanks to Luigia. We will come back.
