Meal ordered for 20 people for a birthday, no one can be reached on the day even though the delivery time is not respected!!!!!!! In less than 2 hours the guests arrive and no meals and no one answers or emergency on the weekend!!!!

Cuisine much too salty..... too bad because the team is very nice with the exception of the chef who should taste his dishes before presenting them... when I called him to tell him that it was very good salty he told me to change creameries! this is what we are going to do

Very happy with the service from Traiteur de Châtelaine!! On recommendation, to organize my half-century, I chose a small, simple and effective cocktail between friends/family. All the dishes chosen were exactly what I had ordered and were also delicious, with great taste. The organization between the first contact and the end of the event took place simply and smoothly. The set up gave a very nice presentation which was beyond what I expected. The service of the staff present was very pleasant, a small, warm, caring and smiling team like you find a lot more in certain restaurants....All the guests were equally delighted ;-) To do again and to recommend without hesitation!

We called on them for our son's 1st birthday. The aperitif and the meal were very good and appreciated by the guests. The +: Friendly place For banquets, seminars or others. Very good small sofa, good meal and good service. Very pleasant little corner for children. The -: Small downside of the place and poorly indicated. As for drinks, you see some alcohol here. On the non-alcoholic side, always the same things: orange juice, pear juice and water. Sad and uninventive. Too bad this place is in an industrial zone.

I was able to be in contact with the servers throughout the evening to let them know my preferences regarding the course of the party. They always responded to my expectations very kindly. The food was really excellent and good value for money with regional products selected in advance. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Everything was perfect for the wedding. The food was excellent and complimented many times by the guests, the servers were very professional and attentive. The preparation for this event went very well, despite the postponement and restrictions linked to the health situation; they respond quickly to emails and are attentive to our desires. It’s a caterer that I recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again!

We had a BBQ for 40 people for a wedding. Everything was perfect in terms of quality and flexibility in difficult weather conditions requiring a move indoors in the middle of the meal. Highly recommended, this is not our first positive experience.

Good food - terrible service We selected the chatelaine caterer for a cocktail, grilled meats for dinner and a dessert as part of our wedding (September 2019). There is nothing to complain about the food which was of good quality and taste. The service, however, was the big downside of the evening, which we still talk about and which the guests still complain about. There are a good twenty points as diverse as they were varied which were raised, whether by us the bride and groom or the guests. In summary, it was the attitude of the staff that was deplorable. Not only were they incompetent, but we felt that they really didn't want to be there. Some examples: no smile all evening. The bartender doesn't drink alcohol and therefore doesn't know how to make a gin and tonic. Doesn't know to put a lemon or ice cubes in a glass of water, responds "that'll be hot" when a guest asks for an extra empty glass. These are just examples among many. I could go on like this for a long time. We were VERY disappointed with the service. The owner apologized and said it was exceptional. Maybe, but impossible to verify and useless anyway once the damage is done. In the meantime, we trusted Traiteur de chatelaine and were greatly disappointed because of seriously unpleasant and incompetent service. We don't recommend it at all.

Having selected the Château du Crest for the reception following our wedding on June 15, we collaborated for the reception with the caterer of Châtelaine who has the exclusivity. We quickly realized that this was in no way a constraint. Listening to our requests until the last minute, our contact person was always able to find a relevant solution to each of our questions. Whether for the meal, the flowers, the room or any other needs expressed. We also really appreciated the possibility of being able to test the menu in order to be able to adjust the last little details. Perhaps the date of June 15 will speak to some people because of the storm that hit Geneva. Despite the few inconveniences linked to the weather, the team on site (both the caterer and the Château) managed efficiently to improvise and give us an excellent time without showing signs of panic or stress. . All the comments we received from our guests regarding the food offered on this important day for us were all positive and the cake was a great success. We used the Châtelaine caterer for our wedding on May 25, 2019. The service provided during the service (wine reception, meal and set-up) was excellent. The chef was able to respond to our somewhat special requests (mini-poutine, Quebec flavors, etc.). All the guests were won over. The team on site during the event was very pleasant and responsive. A top team, available, and very attentive, from the creation of the menu until the last minute of the service. It's good, but it's 1 canteen, but really nothing to complain about, it's good. You have to remember to take a drink because there is no water available in the room.

Excellent performance. We called on them for our wedding meal where there were 75 people. When we arrived there, everything was set up. The servers were very helpful, efficient and professional. In addition, the food was excellent and very well presented as a buffet. It is a very reassuring and very efficient team. We will not hesitate to come back to them if we need to organize a new event. I called on the Châtelaine caterer for a private reception (brunch). The quality and presentation of the food was perfect. The quantity was impressive and the quality/price ratio was very good. Le Traiteur de Châtelaine has a pretty room, large and well lit. The food served is of good quality at very reasonable prices. There are plenty of parking spaces on site. It is therefore a valuable advantage to get there by car. Another positive point: The possibility of privatizing the room to organize festive events such as Birthdays, Staff Evenings or Weddings. All the equipment (disco lights and sound) is available on site, which is extremely practical. I highly recommend !
