L'unique Tartare Sàrl in Fribourg

Mark as open today on March 10, 2024 on the internet and on site at 10 a.m. we arrived at 11:08 a.m. and closed for a truly scandalous Sunday. We made the trip specifically for the tartare and nothing at all.

I went there before taking my train. The lady at the counter was very smiley and friendly! She was very quick in making my sandwich. The sandwich was very good! Thank you ma'am, we need more staff like you!

Very good tartare. I chose the vegetarian one and it was amazing! You can feel the difference with the meat ones but the sauce is similar so in the end it is not that different, and tastes very good in its way. Comes with a salad that you can compose, toast and chips. The availability of takeaway makes it also really convenient!

Always excellent but unfortunately yesterday we all got sick after eating one of their sandwiches too bad...

At the time, I was slightly disappointed. There used to be stamp cards (via computer, which were suddenly abolished). The Swiss-wide points system Probon / E-Probon would certainly have been a good alternative. Then I found out that the boss had changed. (But it's really great) so we have to be honest.

The tartare is also good, a weakness for Mexican guacamole

Usually very good. Bad luck this Sunday with the 2 Italian tartars: poorly mixed tartars, strangely fluid and unpleasantly salty. The fun is well wasted.

Excellent beef tartare! No complaints. But, and this is where the problem lies, the chips sold as an accompaniment are industrial and add nothing except their pasty taste, and the salad, meh, industrial sauce as well.. yuck. Yet it’s so easy to make a homemade sauce.

If I had known that a tartare in a train station was so good. Friborg would have been my main destination. Good advice for composition. The lady who composes does so with Love. It’s a place you have to stop at to take the time to eat. A real delight 😋🙏 thank you very much.

Order not ready, not fried and did not notify by phone even though I had asked. And honestly not the best tartare
