Good club for dancing but extremely young on the ground.....and they say "proper attire required" but I imagine that in 2024, the trainings are considered correct

No locker room as people handed in their jackets in front of me. I quote "we are waiting for the show case to be finished to open another locker room". Inadmissible.

The reception needs to be reviewed as a whole, from the bouncers to the waiters... too bad the place was nice.

Good general atmosphere, a reference for Flon & nightclub. I recommend it for party people who like "commercial" music in general. Thanks to the team

Music doesn’t follow a single genre, never fits the vibe, service is horrendous. A lady took my drink and threw it away when I was holding it for my friend!!! Don’t come here if you want a good time, go to D Club instead.

Amazing experience at the Jet Lag bar last night Friday October 6th. One of the waitresses at the bar opposite the WC (matt complexion, black sweater with Seks Symbol written in red) saw us, then signaled to us that she was coming, we waited quite a long time calmly, but she decided not to serve us and take care of the new arrivals (not 1 or 2), I ended up going towards the second waitress, to whom I made a sign that I wanted to speak to her, I just wanted to tell her that her colleague didn't want to serve us, we can't hear each other given the music we're going to say that's it, she shouted at me to calm down even though I was much calmer than her (a little saddened and in the incomprehension of the disdain also in the bodily attitude of his colleague, but very calm) the stress of work..fatigue..we will say.. usually the latter sees the customers and is adorable. It was the 3rd woman who was not normally at the service who ended up over time, seeing us without a drink while serving us.. I am still a little in shock, I have the feeling of having suffered abuse of power and mockery for no reason. The boss and staff are always so classy, ​​professional, friendly and smiling... I needed to ask it so here it is. I just want to avoid this feeling for other customers, I think that just a little word can make them aware of the impact of their behavior and change it.

Phenomenal dance club. Ambiance definitely gets you in the mood to move, music was a great combo of different genres but all with a throbbing beat throughout making it easy to dance. I like crowds at a club but I'll admit the top floor was packed beyond capacity, that said everyone was vibing together real well so no issues. Could have used a few more bartenders (took almost 30 minutes to get a drink). However the drinks were strong and for a club, actually affordable. Cannot recommend enough! I definitely will be returning next time I visit Switzerland.

I paid for a VIP table for an amount of almost 300CHF in order to enjoy a pleasant and festive. However, my evening quickly turned into a very unpleasant event. for no apparent good reason, I was attacked by the club's security staff. I found myself in an intimidating situation where I was strangled by a VIP customer, which is completely unacceptable and against all standards of safety and respect for customers. Additionally, I received no explanation or justification for this aggressive conduct from security personnel. On the contrary, they asked me to leave the premises immediately, prematurely ending my evening for which I had spent a considerable amount of money. Great place to have a good time but be careful when leaving because you risk having your jewelry stolen if you wear any. This has happened to several people and it continues, the police are aware but are not afraid to do anything so leave your jewelry at home.

Always too crowded, the security is frighteningly amateurish, always panicking and unpleasant even with a reserved table. We feel that they have collected all the bodybuilders in the neighborhood with a 2-digit IQ and who do not know how to provide quality service. No need to reserve a table, neither the quality of the service nor the 30 people who will instantly come and squat will allow you to enjoy your moment. All the other Lausanne "boxes" work better and will provide you with at least a "proper" welcome. Not the MAD and that’s a shame.

The 3 stars are attributed to jet lag. There should be many more evenings for over 30s and not just once a month. Then, what a shame to have put this large bar opposite the toilets in the middle of the old dance floor. Result ? At Jet, we're all packed in like sardines. Space is limited. Concerning the bouncers, you certainly don't have an easy job, but a little smile doesn't hurt!

A must for Lausanne evenings. At Mad, entertainment and music are king. The whole team works hard to make your evenings at the club a special event. 4 floors of pleasure with music of different styles, shows of all kinds, DJs from all over the world (even locals), there is something for everyone. A very professional security service which avoids any problems. A downside perhaps...the queue in the middle of winter during certain popular evenings. But you can avoid it thanks to the membership card and even invite friends.

The decoration of the club is actually quite nice. There are 4 floors of different style of music, but commercial all. I was on Saturday. The place is absolutely overcrowded with no control, people constantly pushing and a couple of violent scenes coukd be seen within one hour. We fear for of safety due to overcrowd in particular the underground. Overall the place could be interesting if they had control of crowds. Staff was correct. Prices a bit high. Avoid on Saturdays.

Coming only twice to Mad is a bit hard to judge, 😅 especially since between the first time I came in February 2017 and the second time 6.1.2023, there is a gap of almost 6 years. Atmosphere on the different floors: 14/20 good atmosphere on the different floors with quite a bit of musical variety. Security Management: 16/20, no problem on the two times I've been, it's hard to assess the waiting time at the entrance because I haven't come regularly enough. Locker room management: 16/20 big improvement, it's super cool that your locker room is now inside your establishment and no longer outside like in 2017 during my first time and plus I waited less in the locker room for a long time. Price of drinks: 11/20 a little expensive Welcome: 14/20 a nice welcome from your team. General programming of your club: 20/20 Overall rating: 15.7/20 = 4 stars

Iconic club in the city of Lausanne. The atmospheres of the different rooms are all different and equally pleasant. I really recommend, their appearance in the top 100 best clubs in the world is deserved! However, the big downside of this club is the queue, horrible, come early (before 11 p.m.) because the checkouts close early, around 12 a.m./12:30 a.m. It’s not like Paris where you can enter the club at 3am 😂

I heard a lot about this club so me and my friend were really excited to try it. Unfortunately we arrived at midnight and there was a queue that crossed the whole place, mostly men. We waited one hour and then we menaged to get in thanks to a friend with the vip card. The dance floors were beautiful but the rooms were so crowded, it was impossible to walk, dance or even drink, people were bumping into us all the time. And the music was even worse, also, there was almost only french music, a little sad for those who don't know it.

3-level disco. On the first floor is for guests of the Mad card club, the second floor is Latin, the 3rd floor is techno, “acid”. Everything is quite bright, there are a lot of visitors

Finally a nightclub worthy of being called such, after the pandemic the quality of the nightclubs has been getting worse and worse but this place always remains the same. It is very large but it is always full, there are several rooms where you dance and listen to different music even if in the end they broadcast Latin music above all. I was there for an entire season and it always closed around four in the morning.

As usual, excellent evening. I find it a shame that the smoking room is jetlag.

My wife took our friend who'd had too much to drink out to get him an uber and the door staff wouldn't let her back in. The drinks are also over priced -- 11 francs for a bottle of beer!

The atmosphere is great, however the prices remain slightly above average. It remains a must-see in Lausanne.

I went to the club with my colleague at around 11 p.m. and there wasn't a soul to be seen apart from the bouncers. (Signs of an "extremely good" atmosphere in a club) We showed our IDs and were searched (everything is normal so far). When I went in, I noticed that my colleague was missing and went back to the entrance. It was said that he wasn't wearing real pants... Even though he was wearing the same pants as me in a different color, which I explicitly approved of. So we were denied entry. A testimony of incompetent and untrained bouncers who accepted our argument but remained stubborn on principle. I will not visit the "mAd cLuB" again!
