The store offers a wide assortment of products in different areas: fashion, beauty, home, leisure, multimedia, etc. The items are of good quality, trendy and at reasonable prices. The staff is welcoming, competent and available. I appreciated the services offered, such as click and collect, return of online purchases, or free wifi. I also took advantage of the Manora restaurant on the top floor, which has wonderful city views and delicious food. Not really happy with the sale products

Manor sells wonderbox boxes, but Manor declines all responsibility with regard to wonderbox. There is no possibility of refund or exchange with Manor and wonderbox. If you like people don't give those Manor gift cards or wonderboxes. The person who receives this gift will have to worry about spending it or getting it refunded. It’s not a gift, it’s a burden that you give to people. Wonderbox in 2024 should already no longer exist. I would have liked to speak to the manager to ask her if she buys these gift cards or wonderboxes when she wants to go on weekends or do her shopping at Manor? Probably not because it’s stupid. Unfortunately she went into hiding. I'm going to reimburse this gift to the person who gave it to me and I'm going to offer this wonderbox to Manor clodo... I'm the one who's going to do after-sales service for Manor, because we're hitting rock bottom with them. I can't do better at this point.

Really different from the service at the Coop or Migros. At the wine library, a real sommelier who has worked in several starred establishments. A good part of the vegetables come from local market gardeners and a very wide choice of cheeses. All this with largely competitive prices. Of course, we will never be at the level of the butcher's shop, the luxury grocery store or the neighborhood cellar, which are preferred, but unfortunately they are disappearing one after the other.....

After 6 days, I still hadn't received anything and when I looked at where my order was, I was very surprised to see that my product arrived from China! So deadline not met. The product arrived too late! I must have called at least 7 times and sent at least 6-7 emails! To this day (2.5 months later), I am still waiting for the return costs to be reimbursed…. NEVER ORDER FROM MANOR MARJETOLACE!!!!
