Nice restaurant in the shopping center, great.

Expensive in my opinion, but has everything you need

Rooftop eatery is the bomb. So lunch there. Eat on roof weather permitting. manora.... Go find it. And be amazed.

The food at the Manor was expensive. However the quality is average...

Very bad shopping experience. Waited a long time for the checkout in the household department this afternoon. I was standing at the checkout and she continued doing her thing. I asked, can I pay? The staff said should I wait! A few minutes later another customer called, she immediately went to serve. I stood at the checkout and waited for a while. Then I looked for another employee, but I couldn't find one. Don't they know I've waited a long time.

Excellent place to do watch shopping, Lenoir is very kind and has a good knowledge on watches.

Inexpensive menus under Fr. 20.00. You can choose your own side dishes. Friendly staff and fantastic panoramic views of the Alps, lake and city from the sunny roof terrace.

Do visit their restaurant on the top floor. They have an amazing selection and affordably priced. A very kind chef explained to us how the pricing works and which sections were vegetarian/with meat etc. (We were translating everything on the menu before he explained) Extremely warm hospitality, thank you!

The Manor branch is a historic shop located in the center of Lucerne. The available items comprise a large part of the package of products that the house promotes. The perfumery on the ground floor and the subscription departments are especially interesting. Even the restaurant on the top floor is a pleasant place to stop for a quick meal or a simple coffee. In summer it is possible to stop on the terrace and admire the view from the roofs of Lucerne. Definitely worth a visit and a bit of shopping.

A good shopping destination, have to go to Lucerne to experience something like that, in Zurich Blackout. Shopping in Lucerne is wonderful and you can always find delicious food. Thank you Lucerne.

Yesterday at the Sunday sale. Great on the outside - bad on the inside... No toilet that is cleaned regularly is that dirty.

Practical for a few errands and a small snack

Nice, well-arranged department store. Large selection on several floors.

When I entered and left the store the security alarm started buzzing. On leaving, I was asked to open my bag, take off my jacket, etc.. Although the member of staff was polite, I was made to feel like a thief because of the store’s faulty security system. I visited other stores that day - no alarms going off. Needless to say the first thing I did when I got home was to cut my Manor card into pieces and I will never shop there again.

Visited the Manor in Lucerne, but unfortunately was not impressed. It feels much smaller than in other cities. The selection in the hardware store is not as great as expected, but Sephora pleased me with a large number of discounts. Prices were also on average higher than in other stores. The service was standard, nothing special. Overall, I enjoyed my shopping experience and it makes sense to come back here."

The electronics store in this branch is a little strange. Not a lot of different kinds, and it feels so narrow compared to the other branches.

Great breakfast in the restaurant

I can't really recommend the Tissot stand in the Manor. I had my watch battery changed there. The watch wasn't cleaned, the bracelet and glass were dirty, and the date wasn't even correct. 🙈🥴.

Restaurant/café with a beautiful roof terrace

I couldn't try on my earring in peace in the jewelry department. The saleswoman asked me if I had more time and couldn't decide quicker! She had a lot of customers who wanted to try on jewelry and she wouldn't be able to serve them if I didn't make a decision. I realize it's not allowed to leave the jewelry lying around, but then Manor would have to hire more employees! There is no customer loyalty! Online is so preferred! - Don't visit Manor anymore!

Today I was in UG at Gold Schmuck (left). I don't think I've ever met such an unfriendly employee. After I greeted her, she just said YES and then at my second greeting she also said her colleague had to serve me. Both of them were out of work. Their German colleague behaved a little better, but she had no patience at all with our 2-3 questions about the jewelry. I don't understand how you can let people like that work in such a nice place so many tourists and such unfriendly employees. It's a shame. So we'll avoid this shop in the future

We had lunch in the restaurant and finished our drinks on the rooftop terrace. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

Still a great department store. Unfortunately it's a bit old. But I hope he stays for a long time. I love looking at things, feeling them and really seeing them before I buy them. I hope that people will soon realize that this internet ordering is ruining everything.

I can’t say worst customer service ever, cause it’s non existent!! Not even at Mac cosmetics I could find assistance. And everything is described in Germany but it’s located in the tourist district!!

To be honest, it's all too small for me

Classic old department store concept in the old town of Lucerne. Numerous different departments on different floors with little selection compared to specialty stores. What is positive is the connection between online and offline with the Click & Collect concept, which worked very well. From the restaurant terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over Lucerne and Lake Lucerne.

Hello, I was just at the Manor Lucerne...abt ladies Carol fashion...I heard the whole time....only Albanian was spoken, that really annoyed me...I don't care in private but that doesn't work in school

At Manor you can get everything your heart desires and you can also eat delicious food.

Amazing rooftop views and the food was quite good. You serve yourself from salads, soups, hot dishes, great desserts, and wine/beer/non-alcoholic drinks. It was quite a bargain compared to other places we've eaten in and around Lucerne!

It is unbelievable that such a once good business has declined like this. On Tuesday June 6th, 2023 there was no employee to be found in the perfumery. There was also no salesperson in Mac Cosmetic. When I asked to call the staff, I was told that they wouldn't come until 11 a.m. At Estee Lauder the salesperson doesn't come until the afternoon..... The salesperson at the Sephora store apologized to me and told me to try again later. I think next time I'll first ask my magic crystal ball if I'll meet a saleswoman in the manor before I go into the shop. I find it cruel how little the staff at the Manor is valued and how people save on staff. If you carry on like this and put such a strain on the few remaining staff, you could soon close the branch. Now the first association that comes to mind when I think of Manor is the name Top Market or Bazar ISTANBUL, Manor no longer has anything to do with the name Manor, the good name is unfortunately fading more and more, which is a shame.

The buffet has a lot of vegetarian options, offers good views of the city and is priced well for the quantity.

This manor is located in the middle of the old town. Unfortunately there is no direct parking, but there are many parking garages nearby. It has an escalator and an elevator.

Good restaurant, nice selection of children's clothing, great sales. One point deducted because there are no family toilets and the cleaning lady doesn't let parents with strollers into the disabled toilet.

We had to wait a long time until we were served. After an employee came, we were told the right person would come in about 45 minutes

We ate on the rooftop terrace. After picking up all the things on the top floor, I went to the counter and they paid for it. It was a shame that it was cold, but I was satisfied with the great view from Lucerne.

The electronics and multimedia department (fnac) has closed. The restaurant has many delicacies on offer.

It is a store that has several items. From babies to adults, home and school. There is a restaurant above which you can look at the city from above with a 360 degree view, but you can only see the rooftops. This has to be warned. The food is cheaper than the others, however nothing special. If you are traveling in Switzerland and want to save money, this is a place that won't be too heavy on your pocket. 💖

Great shop :-) I mostly visit it for children's clothing (0-3), there is a good selection, Manor's own products have a good price/performance ratio, the products are of good quality and I personally like the motifs. You can also get some great bargains in the sales. With the lift you can also plan a visit with a stroller and the toilet directly behind the children's department is easily accessible when it's time to say 'Mommy, Pippi!'

Was in the beauty department at the Manor today and received great service from A.Radosavljevic. Very friendly and would love to come back. It's extremely refreshing to be able to get the right advice again, even though there are still other customers waiting. I really appreciated that.

At the jewelry store on the ground floor, very unfriendly staff, there were 3 employees because they all ignored me, instead one filled up the watches until I asked her if she was also responsible for this, rude answer huge ashess to shaffe!!!
