I find the staff very welcoming and very kind. The waitress with curly hair is a bitch and always has a joke.

The staff changes quite often and is not always very friendly.

Unfriendly staff, mediocre coffee and the worst is the man at the cash register not interested in welcoming customers...there are nicer cafes in Versoix

Very good service and quality products.

High-level bakery and tea room. Neat space with a wide variety and above all the high reputation of the brand. Very pleasant and competent staff. Located in the center of Porte de Versoix with all amenities such as parking. Recommended and even if the prices seem a little high, the quality will show you otherwise.

This place used to be amazing back in 2020-2021 before they changed the staff. I went there a lot with my son (2-3 years old at the time). Today when we went there, one of the staff members prohibited me from giving my son his packed lunch to eat while I would have one of the cafe’s lunch options and coffee. I know that restaurants don’t allow people to have a picnic in their spaces, but seriously? My son is 5 and has his food preferences and I would still have paid them like 20 bucks for my lunch. The lady was seriously rude and offered no options at all. Will never go back there and will not recommend it to people with kids. Shame.

Thanks to the large choice of different quiches, all excellent, and a very helpful and friendly team when ordering, we have become regulars on Saturdays of the "quiche + salad" formula. In addition, the corner is bright and the day's newspapers are available to Customers for a little reading. It feels really good there, what more could you ask for.

The service and welcome are both warm and full of professionalism. Add to that the delicious collection of products available at Martel, quite simply an address to highly recommend!
