Full room with monborde, very friendly staff. A little expensive for everyone who eats. Otherwise clean changing room like the toilets. For all levels and all ages. I advise.

Nice little room the same size as in Gland but a little better equipped with a moonboard and a more complete training area. The price from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 12chf is a pleasure. Considering there are few reserved parking spaces, I don't know what it's like during peak hours.

Nice place, great for kids and experts alike. Friendly conscientious staff, and a good place for the kids to hang out with their friends on a rainy day.

Absolutely amazing place! Kids were happy, the team helpful and welcoming, we had the best birthday ever! I highly recommend!

Very unpleasant reception staff, who get angry straight away instead of explaining calmly. We feel very badly treated from the start which doesn't make us want to come back at all! This place only thinks about money and nothing else. I totally advise against it.

Very nice setting, but unfortunately my backbag YSL was stolen during the day in TOTEM VERSOIX which I left in the center of the room on the bench. The staff neither called me nor cooperated to help me finding it days after. They on the contrary, were not picking up the phone all morning, and were hiding the fact that one of them actually found the bag and allegedly dropped it in the 'lost and found' items with no records how it disappeared from there. I find this behavior bizarre that they did not try to keep the valuable item at the reception.

Beautiful bouldering room. The blocks are renewed very regularly. The room is always spotless. The bar/restaurant area is pleasant. And the icing on the cake is that the staff is always attentive. I highly recommend it

Our son loved climbing, he wanted to do a camp this summer, unfortunately he got sick and the camp was fully refunded. They were very professional and responsive. We recommend them 100%.

First introductory course for my 8 year old son in Versoix. The teacher Sofia was super professional and super nice. Then the scam took shape... As soon as I registered for the 1st Quarter, it got worse. You pay for one term, less Geneva school holidays. Generally when you sign up for a language or other course, you pay for a defined number of lessons. But then you are fooled: at each session before the holidays, the course is unilaterally canceled for reasons of inconvenience or refusal. No response to emails. This is 3x over 3 quarters. Three out of Three. This is starting to get boring. Also, during the confinement period Totem decided to close children's classes, even if the schools were open. Another great scam. Then, through writing, Totem told us that she was going to make up for a missed day in May 2020. Today at the end of March 2021, we are still chasing this canceled day. Also since the reopening where parents cannot attend, there has been a profound laxity on the part of very young teachers. The children spend a lot of time sitting or climbing one after the other. The parents are not inside, but we can see them from outside... Another great scam....

Nice place to boulder but also to chill after. The place is clean, well-maintained and more importantly it has long opening times including weekends. This place is only for bouldering, not for indoor rock climbing.

A great room. A warm welcome. We manage to climb. It's not like it's overcrowded rooms where you spend your session watching others climb. I hope it continues like this!

The room has all the positive points of a climbing room: friendly people, places to hang out and courses that are as fun as they are technical. A puff point is available (thank you!) and you also have the opportunity to have a drink. I would have easily awarded 4 stars if the room was no longer under construction: the noise was very unpleasant, part of the courses were under (re)construction and there was not yet a locker to store valuables. I think that in this case a reduction would be welcome. I will also give 5 stars the day the children are better supervised. Indeed, there are many of them and some start to climb anywhere without supervision. They run in all directions without paying attention and I wouldn't be surprised if a climber gives up when a child rushes underneath... Apart from these points I had a lot of fun and the room has potential!
