March 15th - Entry per person 30.- and the worst DJ ever. Where did you find it? Only card payments are possible...at the checkout and in cash! If we hadn't come from very far away, we would have been back at the box office at the latest. Which film are you living in? What are these prices? 6 Tekila shots cost 60.- Never again.

Bad event planning and real rip off. I recommend you take a lounge in Plaza, Jade or Rinora. In the Mascotte, communication between the event planner and the club employees doesn't work at all. Ultimately, all costs are passed on to the visitor and the event planner lines his pockets.

For me, Luu is one of the best organizers ever! Always super hospitable and accommodating :) If you then complain that you have to pay an entrance fee when you reserve a lounge EVEN THOUGH this is CLEARLY stated on the Mascotte homepage, I really don't know... 3000 francs for 80 people is then only 37.50 francs per person Person plus 30 francs entrance fee, which in my opinion is a fair price! That's why I think it's absolutely stupid to blame Luu for this situation, who is the organizer and can't reinvent the rules in the Mascotte as he pleases! If you don't have any money, you don't have to reserve a lounge!! I give 5 stars for Luu and the RESTLEZZ team🫶🏼

Partying in Zurich always bothers me more... unreliable party organizer, empty promises etc. Price performance ratio very bad. For 3000.- at least 9 liters of alcohol in our “special lounge” would have been appropriate. At least the bouncers were friendly.

I don't recommend anyone to lounge at Mascotte Club. If it's your birthday and you pay 3,000 for the upper lounges you should actually be treated well. Wrong thinking, this started with the unfriendly bouncers who made us wait in the normal queue at first, even though we as VIP guests were promised a separate VIP entrance. Afterwards, the unfriendly event manager Lucas (luutheoneandonly) wanted everyone to pay the full entrance fee of 37.50, even though we were promised it free of charge. As a birthday child, after I spent 1,800 on the car (80 people) from Bern to Zurich and 3,000 on the upper lounges, I still had to pay entry plus the cloakroom, even though the event manager promised us this would also be free. I wouldn't have cared much about the money that was unnecessarily requested to enrich the event manager, but then upsetting my 80 guests so much ruined my birthday completely. Because of all the trouble, many people didn't come to the club at all and went somewhere else or went home. The bottles for 3,000 didn't last anywhere and were empty after half an hour. As expected, we brought in a huge cash turnover for the club, so breaking the deal and suddenly demanding entry and cloakroom fees was completely unnecessary. It's a shame, I'll definitely choose another club next birthday.

At Lucas (luutheoneandonly on instagram) it should be forbidden to host/organize future events. Very disrespectful to ask for money for entry after around 80 people came from Bern especially to celebrate a special birthday of Triplet's brothers and reserved VIP lounges for CHF 3000. He knew that we had traveled from Bern and wanted to take advantage of the situation and enrich himself financially. If he doesn't have any money, he should go to work more instead of pulling such a sad scam.

One of the best clubs in Zurich!😌👌🏽 Great music, 2 floors, great interior design, friendly and nice staff. The various parties allow everyone to have a worthwhile visit. Love it!

This was very disappointing. We came for a concert. The security at the door were very rude, unhelpful and pushy. They grabbed items out of our hands and rushed us despite the concert being delayed and very few people behind us. It did not help the overall experience that the band was late and the lack of any communication from sides of the venue other than that of the replacement act they sent on to the stage. I would not have minded the lateness much if the security would have treated us less like cattle and more like people.

Attention racist bouncers! What I witnessed last night in this club stunned me. Clear discrimination in the form of racism. The discrimination law in Switzerland has not reached Mascotte and a complaint would be appropriate.

Celebrated my birthday last weekend and we were really treated right! Great service and hospitality upon our arrival and in our lounge! The staff was very attentive and friendly. We were treated like VIPs and even had some extra perks. We did miss a bottle of water that I had added to our drink order, but didn't notice until about 3 a.m., so we let it go (got a glass of water from our neighbor lounge). Thank you, mascotte, for making our party memorable!

At 3 a.m. everyone was kicked out... According to the internet it's open until 5 a.m. You pay 25 for entry, really sad compared to better clubs... it's a shame but there are a lot of good clubs in Zurich... except for these "sheds"

I had you 2 times 1 time, was on Halloween night and 1 time last Friday, last Friday I didn't like it at all because I played the same track every 3 hours. As a guest, I expect professionalism and, above all, respect to be the priority. That's why I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the disrespectful behavior I was subjected to last night by an employee at the outside entrance. The employee who did the stamping was extremely rude in her communication and showed little respect by not mumbling, and I quote: "Always this extra sausage here * groan *", but saying it loud and clear. The complaining, still behind our backs, hasn't stopped. My repeated attempts to explain my concerns were largely ignored, resulting in confusion and dissatisfaction. That means we went into the show feeling annoyed and needed several minutes to calm ourselves down.

Was a super cool location for a workshop day. The beautiful Christmas decorations were perfectly complemented by the view of the Christmas market and the first snow.

One of the best Portuguese parties, the atmosphere in the place is great, there is a smoking area in the place.

Drinks are super expensive (normal for Zurich) CHF 20.- for a Vodka Redbull. 2cl vodka and a 250ml redbull Crowd is mixed 18-50yo The club is pretty chill and the people are more than okay for a club in Zurich :) So in General okay but there’s always room for improvement!!

I thought the restaurant itself was very good, and it was great that it had a large, non-smelly smoking room. The employees at the bar are very nice and competent, but the security staff are very arrogant and unfriendly.

Hendric's Gin shown in the digital menu for 16.5CHF. When I asked for it, it was 20CHF, the price didn't include tonic they said, come on! nonsense... Then I asked another bartender for the same and he said 21.5CHF. :) Get ready for a little rip off... Good place if you're looking for a cheap meat market. Most of the women are sleazy, the men are shark. Interesting place too see 😀

Abnormally rude, disrespectful and sexist bouncers. It's a shame to judge a woman from the outside because the pants don't fit her top, her figure or the demands of the male world! (This was/is a statement from two bouncers in front of the club), where men with trainers or inappropriately mixed clothes are allowed into the club. I think the staff should be fired or changed as quickly as possible! An impudence! Nightlife / Mascotte is not a BUSINESS IN WHICH A WOMAN HAS TO “PUT” HERSELF FOR SALE! Just so that more men have the chance to meet a young, naive woman! And what is definitely not possible is public humiliation and insults! I demand an apology/compensation and ask you to contact me immediately!

Very expensive. You can only pay by credit card. The music is not bad, there is a separate room for smokers.

Excellent club great staff Good drinks

Unfortunately the club is getting worse and worse. It takes forever to get into the club. Everything is artificially extended to make it look like the club is super hip. You cannot give away a sweater with a jacket. The party was called Tiempolatino. The newsletter included reggaeton, merengue, salsa and Latin pop. The only thing that was playing was LatinHouse. When we reported this to the cashier, we were just shouted at stupidly. A real shame.

Securitas probably doesn't know much about the law and uses their entire system. If you want help or information from the club you will simply be ignored. So from professional people where your guests are important, they are away from you. NEVER AGAIN!

Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to go in. The bouncer said because I'm not 20 yet. Waited for an hour for it to open. And it didn't say anywhere on the internet that men were only allowed to enter if they were 20 or older. I waited so long and wasted my time.

Aside from the fact that it's a huge drug event, the bouncers are apparently only employed to model. In a fight started by strangers, I would have expected more support and not stupid comments. That was really wrong!!

Yesterday (June 16, 2023) the titrit was free after the silent party. Mini Mom and her colleagues didn't want to go to sleep after their party, but the very nice bouncer completely ignored the group. Findi under all the crap. They are at the forefront and the woman doesn't care. But the younger ones are inneglah words, I think it's okay. Either all innelah or none.

Music was really nice last weekend. But it's no use if you can't move or barely move and it's too hot, if you just stand you'll sweat because it's too crowded. It would be nice if they only let in enough so that everyone can still stand without being pushed and you can still move. So that you can enjoy it instead of going to another club because it's just too crowded. We only left because we couldn't stand the fuss anymore.

Charge you for more than what you get

Sad just sad. No cash accepted and zero helpfulness in finding a solution. I would have liked to meet my Gastro Kolegegen but now we are standing in the cold at 11:20 p.m. on Sunday and all we can do is go home expensively and wish the paid babysitter a lot of fun with the money. Just really bad the day before the pay comes.

Were there on a Saturday. Entrance fee, drinks rather more expensive. Not for people between 18-24 unless you like old men who stare at you. DJ played really boring Latino music (he was also a grandpa). The ambience and smoking area itself is actually cool. the people and the music are bad. Then we went to jade🤷🏽‍♀️

By far the unfriendly bouncer... We bought tickets via Event Frog, where it didn't say anywhere that men were only allowed in if they were 20 or older. We weren't allowed in because of one person who would turn 20 in a few days, which is fine (rules are rules) but despite ticket protection, no money back?? and on top of everything else so unfriendly! We really can't recommend an absolute no-go. 9 whole tickets stuffed in the sand...thanks for nothing

The waitress made me pay 38.- for a Gin and Tonic and when I realized she told me it was my fault. It's really a shame. I won't even talk about the music and the clientele

I got sued by the club because they wanted to charge me more than what they told me to pay at first. I refused and when the police came they sided with us but they still sued us anyway. Worst club I’ve ever been to. They treated us poorly and we also were kicked out. Never coming again.

Expensive. And only cash payment possible. Bartender has to make a show of everything before serving the drink. Even a bottled beer has to be opened spectacularly. Unnecessary if you just want your drink and the queue has been long enough anyway.

I've been a regular at mascotte for years, spending 1000chf +. I never had any problems getting in... but for the first time I had a bouncer who was on her period. I'll never come back. If you avoid this club, go to Kaufleuten or hive.lg Corleone

Club for village people. No cash allowed, very expensive

I had various experiences in Mascotte. Having been out in many places around the world and used to expensive clubs; this club was average at best. The crowd is mostly local gangsters wearing fake gold and diamond necklaces. I bought some tickets beforehand with warranty that I could enter; but the bouncer refused twice to let me in. The first time he thought the make up I had on my face was coke and denied me entry despite having paid 30 chf ticket. Second time he refused because according to him 2:00 was too late to come inside the club. Besides that really bad experiences overall! The bouncers are really your typical low IQ thugs; but it's the case in major mainstream clubs in the city. Don't go here.

Good sound. Unfortunately it's way too hot in this club. At a club on Bellevue you could easily install better air conditioning.

They always have a great lineup for concerts! It's right in the city center so easy to get to. The people who work there is nice.

The last time in the Mascotte. I've always disliked the shed, unfortunately the concert of the band I really wanted to see took place there and it was once again confirmed why I don't like being there. The security guards are pompous, unfriendly guys. A huge fuss is made about crossing a line by a foot. The two of you have to stand in front of a lady and threaten her when she's just attending the concert, just to bully her. Unnecessary discussions during the concert (paid for by the audience). Even when you leave the event you will be looked at and attacked angrily. Like in kindergarten... Embarrassing, Mascotte, embarrassing!

I canceled my tickets to an event and initially received a very friendly response. However, the promised money was never transferred and all my subsequent emails were shamelessly ignored. Very unprofessional!!! The money is still missing.

It was very hot in there and the air conditioning was being repaired, and in my opinion the DJ didn't have much of an idea about the transition.

From the entrance staff to the security staff, they were extremely rude and unfriendly. We couldn't enjoy the evening. Long queues despite a ticket and also very inefficient work. Above all, a serious word must be spoken to the Securitas!!! THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS!!! They shouted at us for no reason and even pushed other guests into a stairwell to admonish them for something unnecessary.

Extremely disappointed! My girlfriend and I had a good time at first until she was taken 10 minutes behind a closed door by a security guard because she was smoking. She was very aware of her mistake and also apologized. Nevertheless, the Securita insisted on speaking to her behind closed doors. I spoke to the employee at the door and asked why this conversation couldn't take place with the door open, whereupon he just turned me away. When the security guard finally opened the door for my girlfriend, both of them were completely distraught and had to cry. I find it unreasonable that an 18-year-old girl is questioned behind a door with a 30-year-old man and even though she defends herself, it takes about 10 minutes for her to be released. As a company, having such employees is sad and cross-border!

Dirty organizations and harassment of employees...Disappointing service even though I promoted the club. Never again. Because of a water vapor vape, I was aggressively and unnecessarily detained behind closed doors for “blatant” misconduct. Totally unprofessional. Zero tolerance even though we brought such friends with us. There was no sign anywhere saying that smoke is prohibited. Bad.

After celebrating at the Mascotte, not all of our jackets were returned to the cloakroom, and an expensive scarf was also missing. The ladies at the cloakroom did a very incompetent job, and one of the security guards was very rude and annoyed. They said I had to call during the week, which I did. The manager Chayenne assured me that she would find a solution and call me back. Unfortunately this was never the case... When I called back after 4 days, they said they couldn't help me without a cloakroom number and that it was my own fault, I could have simply made this up, she said. I find this very weak and in my opinion shows very bad management. You should think twice about leaving something in the cloakroom there.

Some stuff is rude and the bouncer told me to get out when I was leaving. For 25 francs that I paid it’s not worth the stress.

I was there on February 12, 2022, but will never go there again!! The employees are not reliable when it comes to handing over my jacket. I handed in my jacket along with my bag and only received a metal token, even though they hand out an orange piece of paper for bags. When I wanted to go home they said they wouldn't give me my bag without a note, I could wait from 3 a.m. until 6 a.m. when everyone was gone, maybe I could have it!! Or they could check on CCTV, but not now🤦🏽‍♀️ Some idiot from Securitas said they weren't making a mistake and was extremely arrogant!!🤬 This is not for people with a level of skill!!!

The concept of the club needs to be improved, very unfriendly lady at the selection (wrong staffing at the entrance - really not working efficiently at all) nice lady at the cash desk and unfriendly young gentleman at the dressing room very cheeky! You must warn this gentleman not to shout at or disrespect the club's paying customers. The plus point is the good music

We had a Louvre lounge in the Mascotte, it was simply amazing, great service from Naomi. I can only recommend. Greetings from the lounge.

Aggressive, abusive and violent bouncers.

Despite having previously purchased tickets, we had to wait in a relatively small queue for over an hour because the club was completely overcrowded. There was no room in the cloakroom again and we ended up having to go in with our coats in hand so as not to wait any longer. Unfortunately, the security was also super unfriendly and became abusive very quickly. The music was okay, but the club was so full that you could hardly move on the dance floor. Unfortunately, overall not a good experience...

I was celebrating with my people at the Mascotte on Saturday, December 11th, 2021 and we took the Bellevue Lounge. It was a super great experience from start to finish. We didn't have to worry about anything and could just celebrate. The staff was super nice and was always there for us. I can only recommend a lounge at Mascotte. Personally, I will take a lounge at the Mascotte again with my friends to have this wonderful experience again. Many thanks to the entire Mascotte team.
