Terrible. Food cold, but you wait a long time!

Today I had to wait 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, which are also smaller than normal... McDonald's is no longer worth it.

Staff was rude and made flippant statements. They wanted to deduct 10CHF from me and then didn't even want to serve me.

Worst McDonald's ever. I went to McDonalds at 11:45 p.m. and ordered 20 spicy chicken nuggets. However, the staff was too lazy to make 2 more spicy nuggets and then put 18 spicy and 2 normal nuggets in the box without telling me anything.

McDonald's is not one of my favorite restaurants. I go there when I can't find anything better in the area. Last time I visited I had a crispy burger and I really liked it.

Quick but the food wasn't that good.

We, two 50-60 year old women, were served very nicely by a young, humorous, courteous employee from the time we ordered until we said goodbye!! Compliments‼️and this in a fast food restaurant❣️

Very very unhygienic Very long waiting time There is no table that is clean. Everything I touched in the restaurant was sticky or oily. The service is overwhelmed, especially with Uber Eats. The frying oil must be so old that a sticky layer appears with each fried portion.

I think it's the only McDonald's in Switzerland where order&pay is slower than if you walk straight past.

I haven't seen a McDonald's in a long time that was as dirty as this one in Rapperswil SG am See. Disastrous! There were chips, napkins, leftovers on the floor everywhere and the seats were completely greasy and dirty!! The women's toilet finished me off! Never again!

The whole family was very poisoned, we ordered 2 happy meals and a medium hamburger, and two cocktails. The children vomited all night and until lunch. We will not visit again, and everything is very dirty, tables, floor, toilet.

Good evening Was in this branch about half an hour ago. It's sad that one burger was missing from two menu orders and it wasn't particularly busy. I was already at the parking lot when I noticed that the burger was missing so I ran back again in this rain. At first they looked at me until a waitress came and told me that I was missing the burger."ahh yes" that was their answer, they turned around and ordered my burger again, it was packed up and an apple pocket (without asking me) was put in the bag gave me the bag and said goodbye. Hmm I took out the apple turnover (allergy sufferer) and told the snobby lady that an apology was enough but she didn't need to say anything at all!! Mistakes happen but this woman's approach should be retrained otherwise she is out of place. Thank you for your understanding lg kujaj

The employees are very rude, especially this one man, as soon as you call he threatens to call the police. So I think he's crazy. And when you place an order they take a very long time and you are not accepted first! I hope this man gets fired asap😠😤

I ordered 1x Sunday this evening, ordered 1x MC Chicken and 1x Cola. Sunday was more liquid than Glide Gel (wasn't like a Sunday should be) the Cola had white pieces in it and the Bruger was cold without sauce... Actually deserved 0 stars and not Worth recommending. You should send the food inspectors there!!! And close the place.

The worst McDonald's ever!! Half the time there is no place. Regardless of whether there is a lot of noise or nothing, never be sure that there is something there.

I was at the same place for the second time and unfortunately the service deteriorated, or two men serving customers were not enough. Tables upstairs not very clean. There was a mistake in the order, but it was repaired without any problems and we received an incorrect and new order. The taste of the double double burger is very "paper" (completely different than in Poland). There is not much space for consumption in the building, but when the weather permits, there are a few tables outside.

The boss himself touches several things (cash register, counter, etc.) without wearing gloves and then goes straight to packing hamburgers (without washing his hands). That doesn't work and it's scary. I'll avoid the store from now on.

Little space, staff nice, tables clean. Just drank some hot cocoa. Wasn't a highlight. Comes with a bag to mix yourself.

This McDonalds should be avoided at all costs. The boss already has a bad reputation and yesterday I saw why. He's just the boss of a McDonalds, but acts like he's the Burger King 😂 I was there yesterday at almost 12:00 at night and there were few people, but he stressed his employees unnecessarily. He stood behind the employees the whole time and made stupid jokes in front of the customers and you could see how stressed the poor employees were about it. Unfortunately, this is the typical behavior of a person who exploits their power and abuses their leadership position. Very pathetic of him and a shame for the nice and hard-working employees there.

I spontaneously went to this McDonalds with a colleague and wanted to get a McFlurry. Their Mcflurry was well received, but my Mcflurry was rock hard and barely edible, it was probably in the freezer for several days and they just wanted to get rid of it.

Good day, I got a burger at McDonald's, the food was pretty okay except me and my friends found something disgusting in two drinks, it looked like chocolate. But the reason why I'm writing this is actually about the employees, they are rude to me and my friends, I came to pick up my order and someone said it wasn't ready yet, I wasn't on my cell phone and waited carefully for my order. It went on for too long, I came to the front and was told "it's not my problem, you were on your cell phone". This made me so angry and this is one of many reasons, please pay more attention. So the toilets aren't cleaned every day, the women's toilet has no toilet paper and the men's toilet stinks to the point of oblivion. Should be looked at more often and cleaned. While we're at it, I feel like smoking cigarettes every now and then.

What do you expect when you go to a McDonald’s? Not fine food - FAST food. You don’t get it here, avg waiting time 15 minutes. Too much for a McD. This branch is clearly understaffed. update: 3 stars because when complained after waiting a lot, my order was finished within 30 seconds and I got some extras too. Still, at peak times especially, this branch needs more staff.

I made a quick stop to grab something for the way. Fries soggy and lukewarm, Chechesenurger Royal also only lukewarm and the buns soggy, apple turnover was first forgotten, then I had an apple turnover in the bag that had expired by 5 minutes, which in the meantime had a crack, only the Mc Chicken was as you would expect as usual is hot and delicious. No wonder the colleague, who was probably a temporary worker or new true, crumpled up the napkins and straw like a disposable item and there was no self-service either. I was there at lunchtime today and it was packed, but Thomas coordinated and managed the process. Direct, friendly, efficient and respectful towards team members. I once worked at a fast food chain myself and know how annoying everything can be. Absolute respect for Thomas! I can only advise you as a company to promote this man. Really big compliment to him. If I owned a restaurant I would hire him as a manager in a heartbeat, so please try to get employees like him.

Hmm... Where do i start. Its 930pm. We dont fancy McD cuz we thought hey they uphold their standards worldwide right? Given the benefit of the doubt. We takeaway as our airbnb was 2min walk away. Doesnt seemed busy. Service was fast. She smiled. Served quick. As we got home. We popped open the chicken tenders and it was piping hot and flavourful. Thats an A. To start. To our demise and disappointment. Next. We munched into the fries. Quiet standard and not what we used to taste. Im gona put this at a C+. The last bit was the cheeseburger bacon. Now im sure i have travelled to more than 20 countries to know what a cheeseburger taste like. But this one was 1. Unflavorful. 2. Dry 3. Tasteless. 4. it was just a dot of ketchup 5. I saw 2 pcs of tiny onions once i decide to dissect it. 6. Gave us 1 ketchup. 1 (one). For real. When we dollop the thing unto the burger to make it less dry. We got nothing else for the fries. I mean yes. Sure we were supposed to check and asked for more. But usually i get a minimum of 2. Heck the burger was more of a disappointment compared to me in my asian family! It did the meat no justice. And

Absolute disappointment. I can be found regularly in McDonald's, but certainly not in Rappi anymore. The tables were dirty and certainly hadn't been cleaned for a while. And it certainly wasn't due to stress, apart from us there were only two other guests on the upper floor. The food wasn't even lukewarm, the complaints to the employees were ignored. The best part of the whole thing was that we had to eat in the semi-darkness because the lights were turned off and didn't turn on even when asked. So an absolute failure and not a good idea for this restaurant chain.

Thomas' service was perfect, very motivated, courteous, friendly and customer-oriented. He gave tips for a great sauce. We hope to see Thomas in a leadership position, as his style also rubs off on the employees.

This Mcdonalds scored an average family rating of 3 stars, however both adults rated below this and the score was boosted by very generous judging from one of the younger members of the team. It is very busy in here and the staff are quite confused by this. In addition the one bin requires emptying every 45 seconds or so. Would not recommend sitting next to it. Worst in Switzerland

I've been to this Mc several times and every time it's dirtier and dirtier. You have to ask the staff to clean the tables, otherwise they will just put the order down. The worst part of the whole thing was that there were huge green flies flying around the restaurant and attacking the food. The toilets are also so bad that I don't even want to go into that.

It was clear that you wouldn't get what is in the pictures on the Mac. But this Big Mac was really bad. Two super thin slices of whatever was supposed to be meat, but can't say for sure. And everything was soaked in an orange-colored sauce that tasted greasy, greasy and sticky. But it lasts very long on the palate. Fries, well ok. Clean tables? None.

I've never seen such friendly staff before, I ate there today with my business and I have to say the guy with the beard at the checkout and the tall dark-skinned guy (I think the manager) are very special, friendly personalities, people like that have to be encouraged and rewarded - conclusion it was a very Positive experience for me and my business colleagues. We will definitely visit this McDonald's again - of course also because of the fine food 😉

I ordered two cheeseburgers and a drink. The cheeseburgers were far too dry and therefore inedible. I hope for the future that the quality will be better, the cheeseburgers will have more sauce and the meat will be juicier. I am really disappointed.

The food is like in any McDonald's, but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. We sat outside for about an hour, during which time we didn't see any staff and the tables looked the same. This has been noticed several times and is done much better in other McDonald's establishments.

Food is quite okay. Unfortunately, we didn't receive any drinking tubes and lids for our drinks, which is why it was very difficult for us to enjoy them, as the ice always gets in the way and you basically have no chance of enjoying the drink as normal. Apparently you don't get a lid & drinking tube if you consume it in the pub, but for the reasons mentioned above, that's complete nonsense.
