McDonald's in Zürich

Because we were traveling on the motorbike and it was raining, after we ate we waited a little longer until it rained less. Someone in the group fell asleep while waiting because it was already quite late. The bouncer then came and told us in a very aggressive tone that it was forbidden to sleep here. Very unsympathetic.

As far as McDonald's can go, this is a five star one. Fresh patties, perfect fries and a great Sunday. Being hungry can have contributed to the review.

I was eating and my girlfriend was resting next to me while we waited for the rain to stop. Meanwhile, security came to us and spoke to us and said viciously that she couldn't sleep here. Although she was just leaning back with me and relaxing while we ate in peace. My question is, is it wrong to eat here while we wait for the rain to stop, while my girlfriend leans next to me and rests her eyes until the rain stops. Is it wrong?

Large Mc with drive-in restaurant. Fewer parking spaces directly in front, otherwise many right next door in Letzipark.

Went to macdrive, paid for nuggets, fries and macfury, got no fries, spicy nuggets (asked fur normal, can't eat spicy), and all the wrong sauces:( thank you for the «awasome» service

It's very good, I'm there almost every day and I'm friends with the boss. I love the food and the service is also very good. I like it there.

Sometimes when you order via app, the food is ready within minutes (also for lunch time) but sometimes, you wait 10+ minutes to pickup your food. As i have given stars above, the food, the store and atmosphere is as every McD. You dont go to McD and expect a Gordon Ramsey restaurant, or do you?

They donot have straw . Toliet was not cleaning like Always .

The burgers we ordered were fresh, warm and the fries were crispy. Restaurant is very clean and the service staff is attentive and friendly. Donuts, Sunday very tasty and espresso 👍.

I wonder how hygiene is maintained here... people work without gloves and employees are regularly seen smoking and then back to work. Cash register is operated by employees who are involved in food preparation. Absolute no-go; Notes and coins in your hand and then eating without hand washing!

It's very rarely freshly prepared, it's not the first time I've stopped going there. I pay the same price, so if you want fresh food, I wouldn't recommend it either. All the good reviews must be friends of the owner. It's better to drive 5 minutes further and always go to McDonald's in Schlieren.

This McDonald's was far more spacious and maintenance was too good. As we had vegetarian burgers 🍔 and hot chocolate as a brunch 😋 we loved the Atmosphere very much. I loved the Ambience here.

The cleanest and most modern McDonald's I have ever visited on the WORLD. The McMuffin was the FRESHEST and the cappuccino had chocolate powder and choc sauce. Impressed.

Entrance to the toilet by the code indicated on the receipt. Food was brought quickly. The potatoes were not fresh, passed their serving time, I speak as a poppy worker in the past. The sandwich was excellent. Drink tube must be taken separately.

Whether on site or delivery, I am always very satisfied. The products are top and the employees are very attuned and friendly. No wonder this branch is always my first choice. Bravo to the team!

So, really surprisingly good service here. The staff is smiling, friendly and with the McDonald's app you don't even have to wait in line - they bring everything to your table. Today I only waited 4 minutes. The store itself is clean and modern, plenty of space to sit down whether alone or with family. There are no surprises when it comes to food, standard McDonald's, but that's the point.

Order received completely wrong, Mc Chicken was missing, instead of a Big Tasty Single Bacon I received a Big Tasty Double without sauce and without tomatoes?! Who orders eikek Big Tasty without sauce?!?!? After the drink, the food was ruined... it's a shame 53.- was spent, the only thing that was worth it were the cheeseburgers and the chicken nuggets...

Pleasant branch with lots of space, it's certainly normal during the week that there are hardly any guests.

Who eats this stuff? It was simply disgusting. Some sticky burgers wraped in a lot of garbage. When there are no other options, you might think "it cannot be as bad as some people say" but turns out: it is. Next time rather go hungry than potentially poisoned by ingesting this whatever it is they make their products out of. Service was quick.

Walked in, ordered via self-service stand, took a tag, payed with a card, received my BigMac Meal in a few min. No complains. Clean place, full of teens, quality pretty same as in other mcdonald places.

This woman at the counter is unbelievable, I pressed pay at the cash register at the machine and this woman at the counter screams at me and said in shippi accent "That's already paid for, it's not hers, you don't have to pay" she works for 3 minutes McDonald's or does she just have no idea... I was about to unequip and then yell at them, that's not possible... get rid of it with women like that... I felt sorry for the other employee when she wanted to help but couldn't because of these snobs next Sometimes I don't stay calm... (I always win)

One of the worst McDonalds in the city of Zurich. Burgers are usually just thrown into the packaging, sauce is minimal. The French fries are mostly old and you only get the rest, the small pieces that should actually be thrown away (was said as: we are against food waste, yeah yeah). The portions of fries are usually only 3/4 full, if at all. This was not just a one-off, but also a system. I complained via email and got a call saying things would get better, etc. I might go by again but I don't think so. In my opinion, the one in Regensdorf is the best, with consistent quality. If you're going to leave CHF 20 to 25 lying around, then please get good quality. Unfortunately no photos available. 1 star is actually almost too much.

I think it's overrated. But everyone has their opinion. True, it is very pleasant to order and sit at the table until the order arrives. It is very large and has a lot of space. The opening times are also very classy. It's difficult to judge about the parking spaces, they are small in relation to the restaurant, but since it is near Letzipark there is enough, you just have to find your way to get there. For the fourth time we have received completely chaotic assembled burgers. It looks like it was thrown together. While the burgers in other McDonald's restaurants are usually well put together, here they are completely bad. Please scold the employees on how to put together a burger correctly. Thanks.

I ordered a Double Cheeseburger Royale and got one with bacon, even though I quite clearly ordered without. Please pay attention to your orders, this is serious for Muslims.

This place is always consistent with their food and service, which is why I keep coming back.

Went to the drive thru to order 2 Mcflurry. We then got 2 melted Flurrys. When I pointed this out to the staff, all I got was "Yes, it's with chocolate and it's hot, that's normal, it melts." Strangely enough, I'd never had a chocolate mousse instead of a mcflurry. Here you can see the nice customer service you offer. But if you complain about a burger, it will be thrown away in front of the customer and you will receive a new one within 1 second.

Hello everyone, I would like to give it 2.5 stars. The food is delicious and the service is quick. However, I was there twice at lunchtime and took takeaway. The first time I received Coca Cola instead of Ice Tea & the second time I received the Big Tasty instead of the Spicy Homestyle Chicken with Bacon, very disappointing. Next time I'll check the order before I leave.

Not much parking at McDonald's, but enough in Letzipark. Orders are placed via a terminal and are super quick. Served at the table (took a while) and immediately corrected a mistake with the fries. I would love to come back because it is centrally located.

There are very good employees there, the bosses/managers are extremely friendly. I only had a bad experience with a few unfriendly employees. Eating is very unhealthy.

The young lady who took our order was super kind and polite. We got our food fast. The price is very average. I was not happy with the double cheeseburger I got. It was not assembled correctly and tasted bad.
