This McDonald's doesn't even deserve one star. The service is pitiful. We order medium fries and end up with half the bag. Food is thrown into bags. Not to mention the wait. We don't have the impression that the employees really want to work. Damage.

Expensive like most food in Switzerland. Ordered via a touch screen and had it delivered with a smile. Was able to dine in on a Saturday lunchtime. Seating on ground and first floors. Couldn't help noticing the strange Dyson hand dryer in the men's washroom... Ha!!

A wonderful restaurant and it was called (the savior in Europe) because it is available in all cities, villages and countrysides 24 hours a day. Thank you to those who run it.

6 months ago I gave a very negative opinion on this McDonald's after a negative experience in this fast food restaurant (see below). I went back a few days ago and what was my surprise to find a clean place, a little makeover done, the staff very friendly and there was a person who cleaned the tables. No trash on the ground. So I'm taking the time to change my mind and say thank you for making this place more pleasant than it was. My comment from 6 months ago: I think it’s the worst McDonald’s in Geneva. Well located, that's all. It should be restored because it is old and dirty. We ate on site: The tables and chairs were not cleaned. The ground is littered with trash. The staff didn't even crack a smile. There were errors in the order. And finally I strongly advise you not to use the toilet!

It doesn't even deserve a star, honestly. We asked for A BIG FANTA, we received a sprite. The DEPLORABLE mcflury! FADE all mixture Extremely bad***. We didn't even get a ticket to change them because they don't make an effort to repair them! (I don’t know why I insist on coming because it’s the same every time) HORRIBLE! Nice place if only it was run by people who want to work, cashier all good to watch the vegetables grow in a garden, holding the hair that grows in her hand. We ordered a maxi-size ice cream and we received a half-filled ice cream, when we went to ask for a little more ice cream given the price we had paid for the little ice cream we were refused in a very cold! Paying 6 CHF for an ice cream for a receipt worth 3 CHF we won't come back!

No heating in the evening when the outside temperature is below 5 degrees. When we ask if this is normal, we are told that the manager has gone down to save money and that he is not there. Unfortunately and systematically in almost all restaurants of this brand the fries are absolutely not up to par. Lack of salt and above all bland cooking, without any crunch, please make an effort! Concerning the service, the place is dirty, today a waitress spilled a large glass of Coke, this can happen, however not only did no one come to clean up but no apology to the customers, some of whom had their shoes sprayed. Too bad because the restaurant is well located and the interior architecture is very successful.

Common McDonald's like everywhere, very practical to place orders, affordable, wonderful sauce for the beef sandwich (Big Teasty), and with a very good offer of daily discounts on the McDonald's app, however, let's face it, the options are not interesting, rare exceptions on commemorative days.

Overpriced and cold and the fries were too salty

They stole a backpack with photographic material valued at 1000 euros. I know perfectly well that I am totally responsible for the mistake that allowed the theft (I left it next to the seat and they took it from the seat behind me). The negative review is because when I asked the workers for help (to call the police, explain the theft, there are surveillance cameras...) because I did not master the language, the response was 'it's not my job'. And it's true that it's not their job, but there weren't many people, and helping in a pinch is the job of any citizen. What kind of pressure does a worker in a place like this have to have to refuse to give this help? I no longer have an opinion on the food, it only came in every few years when I had no other option for tourism. After this incident, it is the last.

Fast food my I like to go from time to time

As it had been several years since I had been there, I sincerely appreciated it. The 🍤 🍤 🍤 are a real treat (you have to ask the staff because they are not listed on the order terminal).
