After I was harassed by a security guard Secrururururururururruruurururructyyyyyyyyyyy and it almost came to an argument, I went to McDonald's, where I felt extremely safe and comfortable, enjoying the company of the Puregym helper that I mentioned in the previous post and my girlfriend ( g) I ate a steakhouse burger, I could see that, but luckily I order the burger without spicy sauce, otherwise the posts would be over. I got hello from Ronald Mcdonald and personally kechup and mayo from nese. I opened my mouth and pushed the burger in slowly and with pleasure, the experience was simply outstanding for my taste buds. Simply sensational!

I wanted to say after the years of gastronomy experience I have gained. I have never seen such a motivated, fast and happy employee as the young gentleman Urim!! I would be lucky to have someone like that. Employees available!

Order veg salad and fries , they served fish instead of veg patty , not even apologized offered when I went back to change it

There is no soap in the ladies' toilet, the hand dryer doesn't work, which is probably why there is crumpled toilet paper everywhere, which the guests used to dry their hands. No trash can except the small one for hygiene items. Impossible, since people mostly eat with their hands. Do you just want to wash your hands first? No chance, ask for a code, wait in line and.........so.

The first Mc.Donalds in Zurich and still the best. Thanks to employees like Urim and Zhor, the whole thing becomes a good experience. Highly recommended. Always happy to come back.

I am very disappointed with my last visit to the McDonald's branch on Stauffacher. Despite using a voucher via the McDonald's app and properly scanning it by staff, my order was apparently forgotten. After an unreasonable waiting time of ten minutes, it turned out that my order had not been processed. When I pointed out this mistake to the staff, the older man in the shirt asked me to show the voucher that had already been redeemed again. To my astonishment, he then claimed that the voucher was no longer valid or that it had to be shown in person in the app and that I would have to pay the full amount. It makes sense if they let the 10 minutes pass and the voucher was actually redeemed. It must be mentioned that the voucher was actually redeemed at the very beginning by the other employee (presumably an apprentice) and the order was placed. This is not only ridiculous, but also unacceptable, especially since the error was clearly yours. For me, it's not about the small amount lost, but about the principle of responding to customer needs in the sense of customer-centered, fair treatment. I am appalled at the unprofessional manner in which this situation was handled. The management of the branch seems to have deteriorated significantly. It makes me wonder whether there have been any recent restructurings that have led to such neglect of customer rights. Such incidents should not occur in an established company like McDonald’s.

I havent been to a Mc Donalds in years. I had such a pleasant experience with my mother here today! The food was fresh and served to our table. I would like to mention that Zohr and Nicolas were exceptionally friendly and helpful! They made our day!

It has been a while since I am now ordering from this Mac Donal’s location. The service is impeccable, but most of all the nuggets big size I just ordered this morning were perfectly done ( as it is every time) compared to other locations. I was lucky to find - Ueli (I believe it is his name)- that provided me with super good recommendations and customer support. Ueli has a very social aspect of gastronomy that often we miss out. Thank you to the whole team of tonight for this awesome and quick service. My friends and I got all our orders finish in less that 7’. Awesome work!

Very bad Mcdonalds, first 2 drinks were neglected and then my fries were unsalted. I asked very nicely for new fries and the woman said I should salt my fries myself and gave me salt, very DISRESPECTIVE. Never again in this McDonalds!!!!!!

I was in your restaurant on Tuesday at 8:49 p.m. I ordered 2 hamburgers and 1 hamburger was a nerve inside and was burned. We reported this to the person in charge and he treated us very badly and humiliated us because I had a hamburger for I ordered 1 fr, he insulted us and didn't apologize for the hamburger because it was burnt and he had a nerve in him. He didn't take the burnt hamburger back and didn't give a new one.

MacDonald's at Badenerstrasse 21 in Zurich is an example of poor service on the part of the manager. This person is the polar opposite of Swiss friendliness, unpleasant, rude, and bad manners. Go to another MacDonald in Zurich.

Good for McDonalds (fresh and warm burger) and the drinks are cold and sufficiently carbonated. The only thing that is really annoying is the lack of napkins, but it is now standard in all branches. (Triple hallelujah to whoever shows me how to eat at McDonalds with no cutlery and just a napkin!)

Food poisoning! On Saturday evening, May 13th, 2023, around midnight, I visited the McDonald's at Badenerstrasse 21. I ordered a Big Mac menu without sauce. Unfortunately, I was served a Big Mac with sauce. I decided to go back to the counter and point out that I had ordered it without sauce, which was also noted on the box: "Without sauce". The employee scolded the lady behind the kitchen for preparing it incorrectly. Despite the misunderstanding, I remained polite and thought to myself: "Mistakes can happen, it's not that bad." Unfortunately, the next day I discovered that I had suffered from food poisoning. The pain was excruciating. I vomited and had diarrhea for two days. My guess is that the employee may have been upset because the meat was underdone or contaminated in some way. Because of this I had to miss two days of work. This experience will stay in my memory forever.

Service was fast but staff was stressed. Supervisor was shouting at staff infront of guests. Took less than 10mins for my order to be processed. It was quite busy so this was very quick. People with simpler orders were served within 2 mins.

Saturday night April 16th, 3:30 a.m. we were threatened with a tazer by your "security personnel". After a night out, we wanted to get some relief from the morning hangover, so we decided to stop at McDonald's on the way home. After eating, my colleague, who was feeling sick, was not allowed to leave the branch by the security man because he had not cleared his tray. When he then wanted to investigate, he was verbally harassed by the security man because he didn't immediately know where the storage was. As a result, a verbal argument broke out between the two. When I tried to de-escalate, the “security officer” pulled out his tazer and threatened me with it. Yes, we were drunk, but at no point did I threaten him or anything like that, which is why I have a complete incomprehension of the "security" reaction. Of course it's good manners to clear your tray after eating, but I don't know that it's mandatory. I also find it extremely questionable to prevent the guests from leaving the store and to threaten them with a weapon. In such a situation, your “security staff” should try to de-escalate rather than making fun of and threatening guests. In the future, we will give the branch a wide berth both day and night.

Ms. Sadaf, the slim, dark-haired young lady with the operated nose - is very rude! Unmotivated, cheeky and disrespectful, she also gossips about guests with employees and points the finger and the employees are so unprofessional that they get involved in this and gossip and la help with it? Weird McDonald? Makes people? Apparently you're bored? I asked where the meat comes from? Mrs. Sadaf said “I don’t know” I said in a friendly tone that if you work here you have to know this and inform guests if they ask. She was effortless, unmotivated, cheeky, never smiled, even looked grim when she saw me? When she brought me the food at the table, she disrespectfully placed it on the table so that it banged on the table. She didn't put it in a friendly, gentle and neutral way like others do, but in a dominant, cheeky, coarse and disrespectful way? I hadn't done anything wrong? Or was it bothering her that I asked about the origin of the meat? To protect myself from further toxic reactions I will never enter this mC Donald again! Although I have to mention that it also has very friendly employees, the majority are normal and work correctly and friendly, and the boss there is an Albanian, a very good-natured, warm-hearted person! Always very friendly, respectful and has a big heart! Nevertheless, Ms. Sadaf's behavior irritated and bothered me! Before I left I told Mrs. Sadaf what bothered me and what I find unfortunate... She denies everything and said she was nice?? Lying until it doesn't work anymore! I told her I would report it, she just said "do what you want" Incredible cheek and arrogance are rarely seen in a MC Donald! Most of the time she's neutral towards people, I've observed, but if she doesn't like someone, does she show it? Which to me is a sign of ignorance and stupidity

I ordered salad with the menu and it is only lettuce. 14 CHF the menu and only lettuce? Seriously? I cannot believe it, thats not fair at all. I will not go back again.

It was sunny day. I was really hungry. I was starving. I went to my favorite place in whole world - McDonald's and I decided to buy my favorite food in the whole universe:💞McFlurry💞. How big... how huge... was my disappointment when I saw, that it's just ice-cream with a chocolate pieces ONLY on a top of it. I can't explain my pain. You can't even imagine how huge pain I felt weil I was eating (this mcflurry😢). I cried, I screamed, hated it all. I was hitting the wall in my room all night. I will struggle whis this trauma whole my life!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, in 2 out of 5 previous orders, I received the wrong burgers. It's a shame, you pay for the right things. Edit: Contact with customer service is very pleasant and you feel like you are being taken seriously as a customer. From 2 to 4 stars.

I payed extra for bacon but none was in. This is sich a scammy branch will never go again.

At the moment, the second floor was closed, so it was not very convenient to stay in the hall. In general, the burgers were tasty and hot. I didn't really like the service, the employees put the wrong sauces that I ordered, although this problem was solved. In general, I am satisfied, I recommend it to everyone.

When I went years ago it was bigger, now it is much narrower.

Something got mixed up when ordering. However, the employee present, Ms. S., immediately responded to the situation professionally and quickly and solved the problem. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

We just went for a Mac flurry. It's the only thing I eat in McDonalds. We made a mistake by ordering twice the same thing and charged our cards double the amount. We explained the situation to the employee and she returned us the money. A Serbian girl that unfortunately I didn't ask her name to thank her for that . Just for this the services gets 5 stars! Thank you again my Serbian sister

If something is great, you can definitely say so. The burger was warm and beautifully prepared, the fries were really hot and the table service was very friendly and attentive. Keep it up!

We used to like coming to this place on Sunday mornings since they have a playgroud for my son (and we stay until lunchtime). Today when we arrived, we asked if the playground was opened and we said that it was. After some minutes, the lights were turned off. When I went down to check, I got informed that had to leave as the playground was closed. My son (2 years old) was really annoyed about being kicked out. After some minutes, somebody came to tell us that “we could stay” but the harm was already done. It’s a pity but I am not going to take the risk of having my son disappointed again.

As an American traveling, it is always nice to test out the local McDonald's. This McDonald's is like any other McDonald's in America with the exception of a few items that are missing and a few extra items that are vegetarian. The kiosks offer multiple language and when I was there the service was fast and efficient. The place was clean even though it seemed that there were several homeless people in the restaurant.

MacDonald never disappoints. You can tell if a macdonalds is good, if the fries are fresh and this one was fresh!

Well structured McDonald's branch. I particularly liked the wireless chargers on the tables. The toilet process seems poorly organized to me: you need a door code for both, which you should ask the staff. During peak times, you have to jump in line to order or wait a long time. Here I would prefer solutions such as printing the code on the receipt :)
