It's rare that I enter this public establishment but every time I eat their products my stomach hurts. These products do not suit me, because in my opinion they mainly feed the company's wallet. On the other hand, a big congratulations to the employees who work in tough conditions and it shows. I am not a fan! I would go there again.

Outing with work colleagues, we had previously been to the Flon wine festival which delicately distributes you a glass of wine and its pouch. We ate quietly on the Macdonald's terrace where we had ordered menus. On the table we placed our bags containing the festival glass which I specify “empty”! The manager was very unpleasant by asking us to hide our glasses which we showed her EMPTY! Rude and aggressive claiming that it is for image and that it was marked on the door!!! Went to read where it is actually written that consumption is prohibited, which was not the case! We will continue to consume Macdonald but definitely no longer at this location!!! They are giving priority I don't know how, for some people something to give is ok for some people no, specially we asked a Juice sipper for drinking cacao for 2 years child he wanted it, he was not able to drink it from their huge cup and they didn't give us it, but behind us they give it to others. When we asked, that we also need it for child, their answer was that they will not give us, then we had a question if it is not possible, why then they give it to someone and their answer was for them it is possible...Shame of you!!! I will share this information in internet and will suggest to everyone not to go there!!! It is very shame for Switzerland, where as I know child care is a priority!!!

The experience was not very pleasant for me, having dealt with the manager, he is not very friendly with his customers and moreover he is execrable with his employees, not bothering to yell at them while the restaurant is full, this does not give a good image of the brand. However, I returned there with my nephew the same evening and the service was impeccable, the employees helpful and very friendly and in a very good mood.

Unable to make an entire order it's crazy always something missing

Well centered and efficient, this Mcdonald's has been recently renovated (2019) access to people in wheelchairs by going around the building otherwise there are 3 - 4 steps to pass toilets without codes terrace, ordering platform, half-table service .

So I am totally dissatisfied with their lack of competence. I just ask for a sauce and they can't bring it back! Please stay focused!

The meal was super good and the service fast, the downside was cleanliness, most of the tables were dirty and we didn't know where to sit.

To flee incompetent and slow and above all they forget everything! I asked for 2 x there are really 2 portions of fries in it? because I saw my order being prepared by an employee and I saw that only 1 portion after asking for 2x I was told that yes and well guess what !? There was only one portion of fries 😡 it's not the first time McDonald's Flon really needs to take stock, it's catastrophic both in delivery and on site!

A distressing experience. I have posted hundreds of reviews and I have millions of views, I have never had such a bad experience this Sunday January 30, 22 in a McDonald's and more generally in any restaurant. Dirty place (floor, tables), uncleaned toilets, rude and very poorly educated staff. My mask was worn incorrectly and I was disrespected and humiliated in front of all the customers by a lady who refused to give me her first name. I tried to answer but the manager, Christopher, refused to serve me. I paid by card and he gave me change, without washing his hands, not respecting any of the hygiene rules that seemed so important 2 minutes earlier. Simply scandalous. I am sending a complaint to the management of Mc do Suisse tomorrow. There are two other McDonald's within a km, favor them. This one is to be avoided!

Ordered a “chocolate cake” from the e-kiosk and they served me a KitKat chocolate donut instead, saying it was a mistake on the e-kiosk (a bug). It’s not until my 2nd visit that I realised I paid more than what I got previously and yet the staff did not even inform me or offer a reimbursement for their error.

Bordering on unsanitary, the toilets in one were pitiful, really filthy, the sink was clogged and the 2nd sink had no water?? Great during the covid period, we tried to wash our hands in the men's toilet the smell was so horrible that I closed the door immediately, frankly my appetite was cut!!! we were sitting in the middle of a draft.... we wanted to be warm, but it was a failure! The staff on the other hand was very friendly. But I would never go back there.

Il m'a dit d'entrer par la porte d'entrée. Mais monsieur, il y a des escaliers à l'entrée, j'ai dit comment puis-je descendre avec la poussette? Les règles disaient comme ça, et personne ne m'a aidé pendant que j'essayais de le faire descendre les escaliers avec mes enfants dans la poussette double. si gênant ...

I got my order incomplete after I got home only I verified.. and when I called the manager he was really cooperate by the phone and offered me a solution. I really appreciate the manager like this who knows to handle the situations. The mac Donald should haired people like him.

Restaurant spacieux et personnel très agréable et souriant malgré la foule de clients (un vendredi soir), les distances à faire respecter et le stress occasionné. J'y retournerais rien que pour l'accueil.

The signs outside say it's "OPEN" in huge letters. The door is open. But when you get inside, "sorry, this place is closed until 11." I know it's "Covid-19 times," so I was expecting to take out some coffee, not eat in. But why would you hang an open sign in the window and leave the doors open of you're closed?
