McDonald’s Restaurant in Lausanne

Ubereats order made at this establishment. The quality of the food was pitiful, it was inedible. The packaging was poorly stacked, the fries were cold and soft, the nuggets were terrible (a box of 20 wasted), the ice cream was as liquid as Coke so once again inedible, and the burgers were dry and cold. 60CHF thrown in the trash. I haven't written the review on ubereats yet, but expect it to be just as salty as this review...not like your fries.

Faster and much more professional than cauldron

Restaurant massively suffering from Lausanne's policy of social regression. This McDonald's has become dirty; almost unusable toilets, damaged seats and benches, in short, sad atmosphere, unworthy of McDonald's, unworthy of a Swiss city.

We celebrated my son's birthday and really impeccable. Everything was prepared, the girls were great, the 7 year olds had a great time and I had fun with them.

If I could give a negative rating I would have put less than infinity, particularly for the behavior of the "manager", very unpleasant and rude, when we ask for the composition of a product, the gentleman speaks behind us saying that we must application, I point out that I don't have the application and still no response he doesn't even come to see the customer, and even allows himself to make fun of us with a yellow blonde girl, fortunately he had a nice employee and polite to try to catch up with this gentleman who has nothing to do in business and catering, I wasn't expecting the moon but he still managed to disappoint me!

I am sharing this post because my partner who placed her order for home delivery, received it late, cold and upside down. She was sick all weekend. I don't say thank you and I don't recommend the Bourg establishment in Lausanne

During my visit to McDonald's, I was accompanied by 2 friends of mine. The whole service was going wonderfully when by chance we noticed in the distance a single McDonald's, which had no owners. Our project was therefore to wait to offer something to a person in need. But it was with horror that we saw the waitress walk towards the tray to grab it with both hands and throw it without any conscience into the trash. It was a tragic experience for me and my friends to witness this appalling waste.

I ordered at the terminal and yet my order was mixed up after going around in circles for a long time to find out who bought what In a hurry to leave after having waited a long time, I did not check the contents and so I paid an order for 68 euros for 3 sandwiches and a happy meal.. The staff, including the manager, didn't seem very happy on top of that with their frustrated and tense attitude, the fault must be on my side, sorry... On top of that, the sandwiches were cold and poorly assembled In short, I recommend, it's the opportunity to be immersed while doing their work, you just have to be warned

There are a lot of errors in orders via smood, uber eats, etc. But on site it's the same thing!! Of the two times I came to eat there, both times they managed to serve me cold tea instead of Coca-Cola. As for the McRaclette, seriously, heat the cheese, so that it is melted, so that you at least have the impression of eating raclette cheese, as the name of the burger suggests. Apparently a colleague told me that this is how it is done and that many other customers had made the same remark. So why don't you change, and don't listen to what customers tell you, it's absurd! Following an Uber Eats order that arrived non-compliant, I called the restaurant and agreed with them to come to show the problem. I show that the meat of all sandwiches is completely dry. They reordered me without discussion, I appreciate it. I arrive home and see the same problem...meat is equivalent to rubber. I couldn't eat anything. The grill is set too high in my opinion. It’s sad to go around and show a dysfunction only to leave with the same thing. Also, the steaks were not seasoned! This is the first time this has happened to me in this Mc Do, it will be the last.

It's a McDonald's, 🤷 basically a simple fast food restaurant, nothing more. I noticed that the floor was very sticky, approximately every time I went there. But otherwise there is plenty of space on the 1st floor.

Following numerous orders I am starting to get fed up with such incompetence. In my order today my big tasty simply had no meat. I'm not vegan, when I order a burger I want a burger.. Following the call, the employee apologized and still said that I was lying and that I should go to another McDonald's if I'm not happy, knowing that it's the only one that delivers where I live. So here is the proof and therefore I do not recommend this poor quality fast food. Please educate/train your employees.

Takeaway meals on Ubereat are never complete, there is always something missing. Typically when ordering salads, either a sauce or croutons are missing! And as luck would have it, customer service doesn't work. And it’s never refunded!

Place never to go again. We waited 40 minutes for the food to be delivered to us because there was nothing fast food available. After delivery, we asked for straws for the drinks because only one came in 6 menus, which they refused and said that due to the environment they couldn't give more, I thought MC Donalds already had paper straws. There were also 5 napkins left to use for cleaning, which was requested for more and was denied. Sad to say that when it was time to eat, the burgers were cold and the Coca Colas without gas were completely dead and full of ice... and as far as I know, ice is not a drink. The Happy Meal came without a Toy and the carrots in the Happy Meal were reaching their expiration date on the respective day but were completely frozen and dry. When we went to exchange the carrots we were told that they couldn't exchange them but after explaining the situation they wanted to exchange them for others that were even worse so I decided not to accept them and leave without this meal, the toy that was returned was some letters that I didn't have nothing to do with the theme, as they said it was what they had available if you wanted, if not......nothing to do. It's sad when big companies take advantage of these speeches for their own benefit in order to reduce their quality and then in the end they make millions and pay pennies and serve crumbs and still want to be right.

Order at 6:14 p.m. Delivered around 8:45 p.m. and email to estimate my order at 8:53 p.m. Soft and cold fries. Pasty and lukewarm nuggets.... received 2 sauces instead of 4. (thanks for the reimbursement of the 2 sauces) This is the second time there has been a disaster with the McDonald?s on rue de Bourg. There will not be another experience. In addition, when we are worried after 2 hours of waiting, they do not answer the phone. So: AWAY!!!!!

I ordered a big tasty without cheese… I had a big tasty with cheese “removed” Nuance… Clearly visible on the meat. Luckily I'm not allergic to it. Another customer could have been and they could have been in serious trouble. When we don't want an ingredient, it's for good reasons (most of the time - even if there are always some problems...). I came back a few hours later to report it to them without causing a scandal, I would have appreciated a commercial gesture on their part, nothing, except an apology, the minimum. In short, apart from this mishap, which will not prevent me from going back (but checking the burger before leaving), nothing to report. Sorry if, last remark, I waited behind the counter a little too long for my liking although I think it was obvious that I was waiting for something. It was when I started to take out my camera (advice for the rest of you - photo attached), that people came to me...😉

Unacceptable, I arrived at this fast food restaurant at 9 p.m. and the employees were really unpleasant. I understand that it's been a long day, but to make comments that make fun of customers and respond poorly to them, thinking that they don't hear it, is unacceptable. This would involve showing a minimum of professionalism. Why close most of the restaurant on a Sunday evening when there were certainly a lot of customers?

Instead of preparing orders, they tell their colleagues about their lives... We call it fast food but nothing out of town, it's not fast food....

If you want to order here, go there, do not place your order through Snood, because not only are the lead times very long, but what you will receive is cold, so cold fries and hamburgers, very little for me. 22h31 avant la fermeture de 23h suite à la conférence ils sont déjà fermés. Selon les infos sur la porte la cuisine ferme 15min avant fermeture et pas 30min donc 22h45. Très déçu.

En termes d’accueil, personnel (une petite femme avec lunettes et cheveux courts et noirs) très malpolie et irrespectueuse. Elle manquait de respect ; pour la promotion des verres, elle m’a pris le ticket de ma main sans me demander (je voulais demander les verres qu’elle ne m’avait pas donner). Elle parler très violemment avec les clients et moi y compris. Une des qualités/obligations pour travailler au McDo : avoir un bon sens de contact avec la clientèle. Pouvez-vous me dire pourquoi elle travailler toujours dans un McDonald’s, alors que ce n’est pas la première fois qu’elle parle très rudement avec les clients ?
