McDonald’s Restaurant in Biel/Bienne

Very well located in the walking area of Bienne. Don't expect to find a free parking lot around the building. We appreciated the terrace outdoor during June. Table service was quick. Staffs were nice and helpful. Food is like in any other Mcdonald's.

If you expect fresh fries an hour before closing time, think again. When I ordered they literally said "p****n pommes frites" and gave me the coldest most disgusting fries ever. Tasted like wet cardboard. Worst ever customer experience in a Mc Donald's. Absolutely unacceptable. Disgrace

The cheeseburger which I ordered with +3 extra cheeses was the biggest disaster (see the photos). The BigMac was cold the Fries were ok. Located in the center, not so much places for dining in, cold temperature inside because the door is opening a lot of times (automatic door), food is arriving from 5-10 minutes. I give 2 Stars because the food is not hot and the cheeseburger is disaster and the cold Temperature.
