Way too loud room. Ceilings extremely high, which means the reverberation is extremely extreme. Food ok, drinks completely overpriced. Service quick and good. Paid 75 for 2 burgers and 2 mineral water 0.5L (6.50 each). My conclusion: 👎

I was here 3 times at lunchtime and today for the first time in the evening. What should I say, the quality is simply not good. I tried burrito, enchiladas, fajitas, etc. A lot of spice, but it doesn't fit, meat is dry and the tomato sauce is a puree/concentrate that tastes nasty sour. The worst thing today was this tomato rice from the microwave, it almost made me throw up. It has nothing to do with Mexican food, at least it would be tasty, but not even that. But it came out of the kitchen so quickly, as if everything had already been ready and had been sitting there for hours, which is how it tasted. Drink margaritas, they are delicious and drink a lot, blurred memories are unfortunately beneficial here.

Nachos where really good. The food was fine (tastewise) but overpriced for the portion that you get. Staff seemed to be annoyed by us.

We decided to order the “Combo Fajita” for the third one... The price for this is 39.50 per person! So for 120.- we got a portion that wouldn't even have been enough for two people. And that despite the starter... In addition, the tortillias were cold and the Angus beef was very dry. (120.- portion for 3 people see picture)

The camarones with garlic were great, the red tomato sauce on top was a little too much. Nachos grande was fun with the cheese and pepperoni. The staff was attentive and the dishes were served quickly. Will definitely come back. The overall package is ok, but I've also eaten better Mexican food. More midfield, good, but a lot of potential for improvement. Update: I was in your restaurant again with a colleague and had a better impression today. We took a starter and main course for two people. We had fun and enjoyed the food. thank you for the great evening

We booked relatively early at 5.45pm. Empty place. It took them twenty minutes to take the orders and the food arrived after an hour, after having said that we would happily leave without dinner, only then did the dishes appear. Excessively expensive for two chicken wraps. Never again

My review might be an exception state however the restaurant wasn't fully booked. We came in and had waited 20 minutes without someone coming to pick up our order, so I asked. We orderd Combo Fajitas (40.- per person btw). When we got served the food they first forgot half (ergo the sauces, the salad). We had to ask again where the other part is. They brought it sorta immediately but oof 40.- and almost not getting all value? There was supposed to be pork in it too but im pretty sure there wasnt. The food was partially overcooked and the chicken was dry. As I finished to food I paid 90 bucks for whatever that kind of price/service/food value was. Honestly I'm disappointed, I have been multiple times to the tres amigos in winterthur and they do their job better even in a full restaurant state. Sadly not the greatest and a "won't visit again" for me personally.

I asked the waiter to bring a "surprise" cocktail for my wife's birthday, and 10 minutes later he comes again without a cocktail and asks who the cocktail is for?

We were there before the cinema and it wasn't great but it was ok if we went to the cinema afterwards like we did. My friends found everything good, but the quesadilla was pretty lacking in taste. The food was not price-performance-a wheat tortilla with a little sauce and a little green salad for almost CHF 30.- is completely over the top. Well, the location and probably go again because it's convenient in combination with the cinema.

If you want authentic Mexican cuisine, stay away from this place. The rice not only looked like Uncle Ben's ready-made Mediterranean rice, but also tasted like it. Meat was tough, hardly any sauces. service is terrible. never again.

There were 3 of them in service and there were guests at 2 tables. We had to wait a long time for someone to get drinks. The food was so well. During the entire 2-hour evening, someone came exactly 4 times when asked. Pick up and bring drinks. Picking up and bringing food. After we wanted to pay and no one came after waiting for 20 minutes, we just got up and got ready. And suddenly paying was quick. Stop like that, I don't feel like hiring people. You're doing more damage than if you were to spend a little more money on decent staff.

Such a nice mexican restaurant! Huge props to the owner. I have been there three times in the last two weeks. The price performance is soo good! I dont know any other restaurant which is so cheap and still serves such good food. One time we had the fajitas for two and on the other day we took the single fajitas portion. Tortillas can be ordered again if needed. The sauces and meet are all very good except the Cuacamole. It tastes not new but fresh out of a can or glas. Somehow really understandable because of that pricerange... I love the hot plate with the meat on it and the burned onions at the bottom. The staff is very friendly and i really like the fact that they have a few of young staff working there. It makes it especcialy for young adults very attractive. The birthday party looks cool with a funny song and a little cake. More than enough parking spots in the integrated parkinggarage below the restaurant and the cinema. There are also electric charging stations which i always use.

The restaurant is very nice. However, some dishes are overpriced. Risen creves were rather small shrimps and few.

Unfortunately, customer requests were not taken into account enough. We were there at lunchtime, 4 people, 2 children. He didn't even ask us for the children's menu, we also had to ask for something to paint. The staff in Dübendorf is much more competent. It seemed to me that he didn't feel like doing anything and that we were disturbing him. And this is the second time.

Food was good. Service too. Unfortunately, the nachos were very small, but the rest was good. Possibly 2-3 points that I would change: Cut the meat (fajita res) into more 'bite-sized' pieces. Cheese and corn would also be welcome as a topping. Guacamole was to die for!

The food itself is very, very good but the service was catastrophic. If you wanted something, they didn't really stop and didn't take us seriously. Very, very bad. Especially the blonde, firmer woman. Very negative and rude. In my opinion, the cheeky manner of communication from the gentleman at reception (1.90, bearded) is not appropriate for such a good restaurant chain. If the service was better, I would come again. Never again!

Very strange comments received from a waiter as we didn't order alcohol. Portion size sufficient, taste rather bland for Mexican food.

We were there for lunch, 2 adults and 1 toddler. Nice atmosphere, very nice staff and delicious food. There is a special card for children. The dips/sauces are great! Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. We'd love to come back!

We went out for a drink in the evening on December 30th, 2023. A woman with black hair was extremely rude and annoyed and had no idea about the service. The man who was in service that evening also didn't want us to visit the restaurant at first. (Unlike the lady with blonde hair, she was very friendly and accommodating). Unfortunately, something like that is a shame for this beautiful restaurant and I will avoid Tres Amigos.

The food and drinks were very tasty. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Salim and Iqbal were very accommodating and served us very nicely. I like to come to this restaurant more often.

December 17th, 2023 around 8 p.m After the film in the Pathe we had a bite to eat, so of course it makes sense to turn right immediately and linger there. We got a table straight away (2 people), the waiter was back quickly to order and the food was at the table even faster. So the service managers really stepped up their game, respect. Overall, we ate very well, ordered fajitas res, of course it's not enough if you're really hungry, but it's completely sufficient after the cinema. The only downer is the prices.... 2x Fajitas Res with a Cola Zero and 1x water, followed by 1 bowl and 1 cappuccino, Bingo 95 Sfr. 😱😵‍💫😱 Switzerland and eating out are always a nightmare for every budget

Service ok. Not a good price-performance ratio for the combos. The three of us ordered the combo, but unfortunately we didn't get enough. The portions weren't enough. When we also ordered a 2-pack combo, we didn't notice any difference to the 3-pack combo. The quality of the food is ok. We expected more for these prices. Was our first and last visit to Spreitenbach. A pity.

We had our fourth Christmas dinner in this restaurant. There were 22 of us and we paid a lot of money. The three years before were really perfect but this time the food was cold, the portions on the plates were noticeably reduced and the service was really bad. The boss Mr. Oswald and his 'right hand man' are extremely unfriendly and inattentive. We had to wait forever for each course. It was a feeling of not being welcome. Dessert and coffee were not served, even after ordering several times, after a long wait, as was the starter and main course. There was a very young service employee who was at least very, very friendly. Unfortunately she was only responsible for cleaning up. We can definitely no longer recommend this restaurant as long as the boss, or at least it seems to us, no longer wants to do his job. We hope that he will find his motivation and the necessary hospitality again or that there will be a fundamental change in management. We won't be entering this restaurant again before then!

Unfortunately, the food (enchiladas) tasted like soap/scented candles, really bad, it was inedible! In addition, the drinks we ordered were forgotten several times and we waited almost 40 minutes for water, even though there wasn't much going on. The food was basically snatched from under my nose while I was still eating with the words “You’re done, right?” It's a shame, the restaurant would be nice, but the service wasn't good last time. At least the food was okay back then. But unfortunately that was the last time here...

This was the first time I realized how much I actually like Mexican food. Really tasty! The restaurant is very cozy and the staff is friendly. As with almost all Mexican restaurants in Switzerland, the prices here are rather high, but it's still worth stopping by every now and then.

The food has nothing to do with Mexican dishes. If you are looking for authentic taste or Mexican cuisine, avoid this restaurant. Ambiance and service good. Worth a stop for a drink at most.

This has absolutely nothing to do with Mexican food. Ready-made burger patties, ready-made chicken, all in all far too expensive for the non-existent quality of the dishes.

The place looks really nice with Mexican decoration but the food was not tasty at all. It was really expensive and the food didn’t really taste like fresh Mexican food. If you just want a cocktail before a movie it is worth it but I would not recommend it for food

It's not the type of Mexican I'm used to in terms of atmosphere, but the food is good and the quantities are acceptable. The price may be a little high in proportion, but a good place to have lunch or dinner.

The food was quite good, apart from the nachos, which were far too little for the price and this meant that some of them were very soggy. Service was incredibly intrusive but taciturn, as soon as it was finished it came with the dessert menu and the cola was non-carbonated. All in all, price/performance 1 star.

I was here for dinner with 3 colleagues, we were really disappointed, the staff didn't understand the instructions we gave to order, we ordered combo fajitas for 4 people, we got everything on one plate, so not enough for 4 People and for the price, the meat was cut into unusually large pieces, not well seasoned and was raw and the tea I had to order 2 times until I received..., I would not order from this restaurant...

Wednesday evening around 7 p.m. I was lucky to get two seats. The restaurant is recommended, but nowhere top. Ambience 08/15 Mexican style, waiters look southern but nobody speaks Spanish and they were a bit stressed, the food was ok but there are some better Mexicans.

Please forget it... The food has never been in Mexico... Left the food there. So beef without taste and the entire filling of the burritto didn't taste good. Aha and service a disaster
